In this episode of the Sales Maven Show, Nikki Rausch hosts an on air coaching conversation with Lizette Cloete, a Christian dementia caregiver advisor and podcast host. The episode focuses on strengthening a Discovery call framework for service based businesses, especially when the work is emotionally complex and deeply personal. Nikki guides Lizette through refining how she leads discovery conversations so they create clarity, confidence, and momentum without over coaching or giving away the solution too early. Lizette works with Christian family caregivers navigating dementia, and her approach centers on helping people feel grounded, supported, and informed during overwhelming seasons of life. Nikki helps Lizette translate that heart centered work into a clear Discovery call framework that honors both the prospect and the seller. When discovery calls lack structure, they often turn into long conversations filled with free advice, emotional labor, and unclear next steps. This episode addresses how to prevent that pattern while still showing compassion and care. Throughout the coaching session, Nikki reinforces the purpose of a Discovery call framework and what it is designed to accomplish. Discovery calls are not meant to solve the problem. They are meant to determine whether a real need exists, whether there is alignment between the prospect and the service, and whether the seller has earned permission to present what comes next. When these elements are clear, the conversation feels grounded instead of rushed or awkward. Listeners will hear Nikki explain how to ask the right kinds of questions that move the conversation forward. She breaks down the importance of asking questions that identify fit, decision readiness, and expectations, while also using thoughtful expertise based questions to establish authority without teaching the solution. When sellers rely on improvisation instead of a Discovery call framework, they often talk too much and miss important buying signals. This episode shows how structure actually creates more ease and confidence on both sides of the conversation. Nikki also emphasizes that discovery calls are not about proving yourself. When you trust your process and your Discovery call framework, you no longer feel pressure to convince or rescue the prospect. Instead, you guide them toward clarity and a decision, whether that decision is yes or no. This episode is ideal for service providers who feel emotionally invested in their clients and want a Discovery call framework that feels ethical, professional, and sustainable. When discovery calls feel draining or inconsistent, this conversation offers practical guidance for creating conversations that feel complete, respectful, and effective while protecting your time and energy. If you are exhausted all the time and can't figure out why, this episode is for you. Today I'm breaking down the real truth about adrenal health, cortisol, and fatigue, and why so many women feel stuck, dismissed, or confused when it comes to their energy. Fatigue is not one thing. It is not always just stress, and it is definitely not something you should be told to "just push through." One of the most frustrating things about fatigue is that so many symptoms overlap. Low energy can come from nutrient deficiencies, blood sugar instability, thyroid dysfunction, estrogen or progesterone imbalance, adrenal dysfunction, or cortisol issues. This is why guessing rarely works. When women ask me: Why do I feel like this? Are my adrenals burned out? Is my cortisol too high or too low? Why does nothing I try actually fix this? The answer is not a guess. The answer is data. This is one of the reasons I love the DUTCH test so much. It shows us what your body is actually doing with cortisol, not just a single snapshot in time. I recently reviewed a DUTCH test for a woman whose main concern was low libido. She had tried every testosterone supplement out there and even changed her workouts to boost hormones. Her testosterone looked great. The real issue was her cortisol and adrenal function. This is incredibly common. Cortisol issues can shut down libido, energy, motivation, sleep, and even weight regulation, especially in women. High Cortisol vs Poor Cortisol Clearance Sometimes fatigue comes from producing too much cortisol. Other times, it comes from the body being unable to clear cortisol effectively. The DUTCH test shows us both. Elevated cortisol production can look like feeling wired but tired, anxious, inflamed, unable to sleep, or constantly on edge. Poor cortisol clearance can lead to puffiness, brain fog, inflammation, weight gain, hair loss, and a sense that stress just keeps piling up. These require different strategies, and this is where personalized care matters. Why Lifestyle Has to Be Part of Healing If someone is helping you with hormones but never asks about your sleep, stress, digestion, or daily life, you are not getting full care. Sometimes healing looks like: Supporting cortisol regulation with adaptogens and targeted herbs Improving protein and mineral intake Fixing sleep timing and consistency Supporting liver, gut, lymphatic, and kidney clearance Learning how to stop living in constant survival mode And sometimes the most powerful changes are surprisingly simple, but only once you know exactly what your body needs. How We Actually Fix This Once we know what's going on, the next question is always: "Okay, what do I do about it?" This is exactly what we do inside The Hormone Foundations Program. This is a six-month, one-on-one program where we: Run a DUTCH test at the beginning Create a fully personalized plan based on your results Adjust support as your body changes Address adrenal function, cortisol production, and clearance Re-test at the end so we can compare and confirm progress There is no cookie-cutter timeline. We focus on what your body needs, not what a generic schedule says you should work on. This is our most popular program for a reason. It gives you answers, a plan, and support every step of the way. As a storyteller I've had many opportunities over the decades to learn about and use the power of the pause. In this episode of The People Dividend Podcast, host Mike Horne and Nancy Griffin explore the interconnected themes of self-worth, net worth, and legacy, particularly in the context of women's empowerment. Nancy shares her journey in advocating for financial independence, wellness, and philanthropy among women, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing health and the impact of generosity. The conversation delves into actionable steps for building a legacy and the significance of working with trusted advisors to navigate financial planning. Through personal anecdotes and insights, Nancy highlights the transformative power of philanthropy and the ripple effects it can create within communities. Key Points: Self-worth and net worth are deeply connected. Women often bear a disproportionate amount of responsibility for family health and wellness, which are essential for being an asset to others. Generosity often returns benefits to the giver and can create a significant ripple effect in communities. Women are increasingly earning and inheriting wealth, creating opportunities for stewardship. Leadership involves empowering others to step into their strengths. Building a legacy starts with education and community involvement. Hello to you listening in Keenesburg, Colorado!Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday and your host, Diane Wyzga. If you followed my New Year's Day Polar Bear Dive story published in Episode 774 and Episode 776 it might have sounded all too easy: show up, scream, run, dive in, go home.I'm here to tell you that I'm a dyed-in-the-wool introverted kinda gal. I do not do well in settings where I have to show up alone, don't know anybody, have to make small talk, and may end up looking the fool. The Polar Bear Dive was a real challenge for me. Not the part where I dove into the 43 Fahrenheit degree water of Puget Sound but showing up. I could have stayed in bed, stayed at home, walked onto the beach and turned back, stayed on the beach but hung out in the background watching the others. You know what I'm talking about. And, no one would have known. I could have lied about what I did or didn't do.But that's not how I live anymore. Practical Tip: Here's what I've learned: the courage isn't about getting to the Finish Line; the courage is agreeing that you will start. And once you start it's all Finish Line from there on out! Guaranteed! You're invited: “Come for the stories - stay for the magic!” Speaking of magic, I hope you'll subscribe, follow, share a 5-star rating and nice review on your social media or podcast channel of choice, and join us next time! Some relationships are not meant to last forever — they are meant to change you, teach you, and then release you.In this episode of the Spiritual Journey Podcast, Nimesh Radia and Stacey Brown explore the deeper meaning of soul contracts and how they shape the relationships we experience in this lifetime. They share a grounded spiritual perspective on how soul contracts are formed before we incarnate, why certain connections feel magnetic or destined, and how these relationships often arrive to support our growth, healing, and self-awareness.The conversation moves into the emotional complexity of recognising when a soul contract has come to an end — especially when love, history, or expectations are still present. They speak openly about the pain that can accompany endings, the temptation to hold on to what once was, and the courage it takes to create space for relationships that align with who you are becoming. They also explore repeating relationship patterns, how these cycles reflect deeper inner work, and why trusting your intuition becomes essential during times of transition. This episode is an invitation to gently reflect on the people in your world, honour the lessons each connection has brought, and release what is complete — not with bitterness, but with clarity and compassion.Key Themes✨ What soul contracts are and how they form ✨ Knowing when a soul contract is complete ✨ Emotional healing, grief, and expectations in relationships ✨ Intuition, self-awareness, and breaking repeating patternsTakeaways✨ Some endings are soul-level completions, not failures ✨ Expectations can keep us attached to what is no longer aligned ✨ Repeating patterns point back to inner healing ✨ Creating space allows new relationships to enterSound Bites✨ Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional ✨ Be open to the experiences that you have ✨ Be gentle with yourself, be kindAlso available to watch on YouTube. Hello to you listening in Falkenstein, Germany!Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday and your host, Diane Wyzga.Like a story in the making we are balanced between what was and what will be. I have a suggestion that might make it easier for you. Did you know that what you're looking for is looking for you? It is! As David Wagoner reminds us in his poem, Lost:Lost"Stand still. The trees ahead and bushes beside youAre not lost. Wherever you are is called Here,And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,Must ask permission to know it and be known. The forest breathes. Listen. It answers,I have made this place around you.If you leave it, you may come back again, saying Here.No two trees are the same to Raven. No two branches are the same to Wren.If what a tree or a bush does is lost on you,You are surely lost. Stand still. The forest knowsWhere you are. You must let it find you." From Traveling Light: Collected and New Poems. Copyright 1999 by David Wagoner. In the inaugural episode of Season 10 of The People Dividend Podcast as well as the 100th episode of the show, host Mike Horne discusses the critical role of people in driving growth, innovation, and success. He emphasizes the importance of purpose-driven leadership, the shift from engagement to belonging, and the evolution of leadership development in a hybrid work environment. Mike calls for organizations to invest in their people and create cultures that foster thriving, innovation, and meaningful connections. Key Points: People are the dividend that keeps paying off, as investing in people leads to greater organizational success. Purpose-driven leadership is essential in 2026 as employees increasingly demand leaders who create meaning and inspire action. Leadership development focuses on self-awareness and emotional agility. What if your next trip wasn't about seeing more, but about feeling better? We open the year with a clear pivot: moving beyond packing lists and must-see cities toward purposeful, healing-centered travel. Cheryl shares how a lifetime of journeys—from a childhood RV trek to a two-week solo reset after divorce—shaped a coaching approach that helps women 50+ navigate grief, trauma, and reinvention with travel as a supportive tool. You'll hear the story of Jamaica after her mother's passing and why unexpected moments can spark hope when words fall short. We also unpack a candid Camino de Santiago experience on the Portuguese route: the training, the high expectations, the loneliness, and the physical strain that refused to fit a neat healing arc. The lesson is honest and freeing—travel rarely transforms on command, but it does create space for patience, perspective, and small, steady shifts that last.If you've felt overwhelmed by life and underwhelmed by your options, this conversation offers practical guidance for designing why-cations with intention. Think slower itineraries, nature-forward routes, reflection rituals, and gentle support that pairs well with therapy. They tackle everything from the power of peer-to-peer fundraising (hint: 80% are brand new donors) to why guilt-based appeals only work once, why your 50th anniversary isn't a fundraising strategy, and how to diagnose exactly where your donor retention is leaking. If you've ever wondered why people aren't giving to your organization despite doing great work, this episode gives you the framework to stop guessing. After opening, I made a very embarrassing mistake. My website showed photos of French and Italian vineyards. The first guests arrived… and immediately left. Why? They believed they were booking a château surrounded by vineyards. The images created the wrong expectation. I removed the photos immediately and hired a professional photographer. In this powerhouse episode of the Think Millions Podcast, host Dr. Alexa D'Agostino sits down with Timothy Rexius, CEO of Rexius Nutrition, Iron Heaven Gyms, and Omaha Protein Popcorn- for a raw, tactical, deep dive on building multi-million-dollar brands without outside funding, scaling through people, and turning “failure data” into breakout growth. From raising six kids while running three companies to a 20,000% relaunch after a day-one tradeshow flop, this convo is a masterclass in grit, systems, and brand clarity.Keys Parts of the Conversation:1:06 – 3:35 | Family as Fuel & Early Involvement How six kids became an asset in brand-building, softening the approach at events, and sparking product ideas—plus the “seven shared calendars” system that keeps life and business in sync.3:35 – 6:09 | Why Protein Popcorn Exists Solving a real problem at home: getting kids and older adults to consume protein. 600 batches later, candy-coated protein popcorn is born.13:18 – 14:06 | Be Somebody's Something Tim's mentor line: “Don't try to be everybody's everything—be somebody's something.” Staying in your lane beats carrying every product under the sun.17:25 – 18:12 | Tradeshow Faceplant → Breakout Pivot Day one: zero foot traffic. A Hershey's exec delivers brutal feedback; they add the words “Protein Popcorn,” and lines form for two straight days.18:54 – 19:10 | The 20,000% Relaunch Wife and daughters redesign the brand for the real buyer. New look, mascot, color system—demand explodes across 14 countries.21:53 – 23:31 | Scaling Through People, Not Heroics Selling stores to staff, franchising to insiders, and moving to a chairman role while partners run SOPs and day-to-day.23:45 – 24:18 | Permission to Innovate Empowering a 21-year-old operator to “step on my toes.” Merging Gen-Z ideas with seasoned strategy.24:30 – 25:23 | Owner Mindset at Every Level Profit sharing, equity for key team members (including his former nanny turned assistant), and why 200 “owner eyes” beat one founder.Great Quotes from the Podcast:“If I'm going to be broke, I might as well be happy and broke—not miserable and broke.”“Don't try to be everybody's everything—be somebody's something.”“The ability to shake a hand and cultivate a relationship creates repeat business you can't buy with ads.”“Our first expo day nobody stopped at the booth. Day two, one banner change to ‘Protein Popcorn' and there were thousands in line.”“Women make 80% of buying decisions—I was marketing to me. That had to change.”“I look at every employee as a long-term interview for a future partnership.”“When you give people ownership and profit sharing, you get 200 sets of owner-eyes on the business.”“The popcorn started as a way to trick my kids into getting protein—then the market told us we'd built a brand.”“Ego holds you in the operator seat. Let others lead so you can build the brand, the systems, and the future.”Resources:All Episodes: Think Millions PodcastQuestions or Comments: support@thynkconsultinggroup.comAlexa's Instagram: @dralexadagostinoAlexa's Website: AlexaD'Agostino.comBook a Discovery Call with Alexa: Discovery CallThynkFuel Agency: ThynkFuelMedia.com
Hello to you listening in Shah Alam, Malaysia!Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds (and a bit more) for Motivate Your Monday and your host, Diane Wyzga. The beginning of a New Year can feel daunting. All those plans to kick start, days to fill, resolutions to keep, and more to do! There's no shame in admitting feeling a wee bit wobbly-legged about going forward in the face of wide open frontiers. What to do? Gain some courage by reversing your Bucket List. Instead of a list of what is yet to be done, what about a list of what you've accomplished from the littlest things that you felt made a difference to the biggest things you never thought you would achieve. You might begin by asking yourself:What made me proud? What have I learned? How did I transform my thinking about strangers to compassion and kindness?Who revealed the meaning of true love to me?Where did I find the hope and resilience to face whatever came my way? When did I feel most content or fulfilled? What would I do all over again just for the joy of it?What did I long for as a child? What have I created or, at least, not destroyed?Who have I lifted up?How have I defined my life? What dreams came true? And, which was I happy to leave by the wayside? What or whom did I fight for and why? When did I take time to play? In my experience the Reverse Bucket List invites us to pay attention to what we've done, won, gained, lost, learned and kept on living no matter what. It's proof that over and over again we have stepped outside our comfort zone to strive for something to do, someone to love, and something to hope for! Give it a go. Reverse your Bucket List and shine a light on you. You're always welcome: "Come for the stories - Stay for the magic!" Speaking of magic, I hope you'll subscribe, share a 5-star rating and nice review on your social media or podcast channel of choice, bring your friends and rellies, and join us! You will have wonderful company as we continue to walk our lives together.
