Holiday Break Announcement: No New Episodes for Two WeeksIn this brief holiday message, Kelle announces that there will be no new podcast episodes for the last two weeks of December. This break is to give her husband, who manages all the editing, some much-needed time off after dedicating himself to the task of post-op recovery nurse for two months non-stop. She humorously explains the concept of being 'overdone' and encourages listeners to take their own downtime if they are feeling cranky or exhausted. Kelle invites the audience to revisit over 400 past episodes during this break and promises to return with new content in the new year.00:00 Introduction and Holiday Greetings00:03 Announcement: No New Episodes00:18 Reason for the Break00:33 Signs of Being Overdone00:53 Taking Downtime00:58 Returning in the New Year01:11 Enjoy Past Episodes01:21 Final Holiday WishesIf you would like to learn more please book a Discovery Call here: https://kellesparta.com/discovery-call/Keywords:#SpiritSherpaLicensing and Credits:“Spirit Sherpa” is the sole property of Kelle Sparta Enterprises and is distributed under a Creative Commons: BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. Desire feels mismatched. Emotional connection fades. Sex becomes pressured or avoided. In this episode, we explore why intimacy isn't something you find again — it's something you build over time through emotional safety, curiosity, and shared experiences. We talk about how play and novelty reduce defensiveness, why new experiences create powerful bonding moments in the brain, and how small, realistic shifts (not grand gestures) can dramatically improve emotional, physical, and sexual connection. We also break down the different types of intimacy — emotional, physical, sexual, spiritual, and intellectual — and help couples clarify what they want their intimate relationship to feel like now. This episode offers a practical framework for:Letting go of old intimacy stories that no longer fitCreating a shared vision for connection that honors both partnersBuilding habits that foster desire without pressure or obligationAddressing real-life blocks like stress, parenting, mental health, and time constraintsShifting intimacy from a task into an experience of connection and pleasureWe also emphasize that intimacy is a living practice, not a one-time conversation. Couples who revisit these conversations regularly — with curiosity instead of defensiveness — build more secure, resilient relationships over time.In This Episode, We Cover:Why play and novelty are essential for long-term intimacyHow to create a new intimacy story instead of chasing the pastThe role of emotional safety in rebuilding desireHow stress, avoidance, and pressure quietly sabotage connectionPractical ways to bring intimacy into everyday life (not just the bedroom)A simple reflection exercise to identify how you feel desiredAction Step for ListenersTake a few minutes to reflect — alone or with your partner:How do I feel desired emotionally? How do I feel desired physically? How do I feel desired sexually? These answers can become the foundation of your new intimacy story.Want More Support? Our Relationship Renovation at Home Patreon includes a full, step-by-step intimacy series designed to help couples build emotional safety, repair communication, and create lasting connection at their own pace. Most companies don't have a marketing problem. They have a trust problem.Specifically, a trust breakdown between the CEO and the CMO.In this episode of Think Millions, I unpack why CEOs don't trust marketing leaders, why CMOs feel set up to fail, and why both sides are actually right. Modern buying behavior has changed, but the mental models and measurement systems evaluating marketing have not.Buying is nonlinear.Decisions happen privately.Influence happens long before attribution ever shows up.Yet marketing is still judged at the end of the funnel. This episode breaks down the real reason trust erodes, why marketing feels invisible even when it is working, and how leadership teams can fix the disconnect without forcing marketing into outdated boxes. No hype. No theory. Just what actually happens inside real companies trying to scale.Key parts of the conversation:0:16 – Why CEOs don't trust CMOs and why CMOs feel set up to fail 0:54 – The stat that should make every CMO uncomfortable 1:14 – Why trust controls budgets, hiring, and risk 1:29 – One third of Fortune 500 companies eliminating the CMO role 2:01 – Why CEOs and CMOs are both right 2:12 – The outdated system quietly killing trust 2:36 – Rising expectations, shrinking budgets, impossible timelines 2:58 – Brand and trust compound quietly but are evaluated loudly 3:06 – Why modern buying no longer happens in a straight line 3:20 – Marketing influencing outcomes before it can be measured 3:34 – The burnout and trust fracture inside marketing teams 3:41 – Most marketing arguments are actually about fear 3:51 – Why uncertainty makes leaders pull back 4:13 – Marketing used to feel simpler, even with less data 4:25 – Marketing shapes preference before pipeline 4:30 – CEOs are asking the wrong question, not an unreasonable one 4:36 – Marketing is no longer transactional; it is directionalGreat quotes from the podcast:• “Most companies don't have a marketing problem. They have a trust problem.”• “80% of CEOs do not trust their CMOs. That should scare you.”• “Trust is the foundation of every decision a company makes.”• “When trust exists, leaders invest forward. When it breaks, leaders pull back.”• “The CEO isn't wrong. The CMO isn't wrong. The system is outdated.”• “Marketing is being evaluated on outcomes that no longer happen in a straight line.”• “Marketing is influencing outcomes before it can be measured.”• “Marketing is doing two jobs at once shaping perception early and justifying results late.”• “Most marketing arguments aren't about marketing. They're about fear.”• “Marketing is no longer transactional. It's directional.”• “Strong marketing starts to look invisible when measurement lives too late.”ResourcesAll Episodes: Think Millions PodcastQuestions or Comments: support@thynkconsultinggroup.comAlexa's Instagram: @dralexadagostinoAlexa's Website: AlexaD'Agostino.comBook a Discovery Call with Alexa: Discovery CallThynkFuel Agency: ThynkFuelMedia.com

Expectations often feel harmless, even hopeful. But when people don't act the way we want or need them to, those expectations can quietly turn into deep emotional pain.In this episode, Esther shares personal reflections on how expectations created suffering in her life — and how learning to accept people as they are changed everything. Not because they changed, but because she did.We explore why replaying old stories keeps emotional wounds alive, how triggers are connected to unfulfilled expectations, and how acceptance can bring peace without denying our feelings or lowering our boundaries. This episode is an invitation to look at your own stories, release the need for others to be different, and reconnect with your inner power. When you change the meaning you give a situation, you change how it lives inside you.At the end of the episode, she also shares how you can book a free one-on-one coaching session with her if you feel ready to work through your own story in a safe and supportive space.Book Your Free Coaching Session hereBOOKS:
"What I bring to the table is enough."Hit me baby one more time - at least in 2025! Welcome friends to the last episode of this year. It's been a strange one. A year that has utterly challenged yet elevated me and I found myself in a new relationship to this space here. I published fewer episodes than ever before but felt more connected to the guests than I ever have. And this episode is a living testament to that. Today, I speak to my friend, actress and artist Roxanne Rittmann. Roxy and myself go way back and have been through hell and high water together. We saw many people come and go, lived, laughed and loved together and I'm eternally grateful for the friendship we share. On another dimension, I'm deeply inspired by the wisdom Roxy carries within her and that informs her craft as an actress. I'm sure you'll know what I'm reffering to after you've listened. Stay safe, well, honest and courageous out there. I love you, always. Much love, Maxi!
Hello, to you listening in Neenah, Wisconsin!Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Wednesdays on Whidbey and your host, Diane Wyzga.A few years ago I had to make the decision to send my kitty over the Rainbow Bridge. He had been living pretty well with kidney disease but I noticed changes. What to do? Is it time? We're coming into the holidays. Will the home visit vet be available? The day before they were to leave for a week with their son and daughter-in-law my sister and her husband were faced with the Rainbow Bridge decision for their good and faithful dog who had been ailing with cancer and old age. What to do? Cancel the trip? Find a dog sitter?Recently, my friend was placed in a position of having to leave a relationship because it had become very difficult and dangerous. What to do? How to do it? When to do it?Maybe you see yourself in these situations. I have a solution. The choice we're called on to make isn't between what is right and what is wrong. The decision is between what is right and what is best.My sister and I knew we had done right by our animal companions over the many years of time together and care. Now it was time to do what was best for them. Likewise, my friend knew that she had done what was right for the relationship; now it was time to do what was best for herself. Practical Tip: When faced with a situation that places you at a crossroads of what to do and how to do it, consider asking yourself: How might I choose between what is right and what is best? I just know you will come to the right answer. Thank you for listening. You're always welcome: "Come for the stories - Stay for the magic!" Rest is a strategy — not a reward. And right now, I'm being incredibly intentional with how I'm resting so I can step into 2026 with clarity, grounded energy, and real momentum. In this honest behind-the-scenes episode, I'm sharing: ✨ Why rest is a business strategy — not self-care fluff Your next level requires capacity. Capacity requires space. Space requires rest. ✨ What I'm doing (and not doing) during my intentional rest window This is not collapse-rest. It's intentional, creative, cyclical rest. ✨ The 3 types of rest I'm prioritising to prepare for 2026 Emotional, mental, and energetic rest — and why all three matter for long-term success. I'm thrilled to host her and share a few of the insights from her work. Questions We Answer in This Episode: [00:04:28] How has entering midlife changed how Abbie views her own research? [00:06:34] Why do postmenopausal women often need more training volume to change body composition — and how do we balance that with recovery? [00:14:54] Is high-intensity training actually helpful for midlife women — and how do we know when intensity is helping versus hurting? [00:14:46] Does walking really burn more fat — or is that one of the biggest myths in exercise science? [00:21:02] What is metabolic inflexibility, and why do so many midlife women struggle to burn fat even when they're exercising and eating “right”? Maybe you're using an old play book that used to work but no longer does. Maybe your attitude could use a reboot.Deep down, we all know it - don't we? We have a hunch what's gone missing, a risk we need to take, a habit we need to break. It's like a desire to take up daily walking for all the right reasons. This episode opens a deeper doorway into what it truly means to be seen—not just by the world, but by yourself. Nimesh and Stacey explore the tender space between vulnerability and purpose and why being seen is often less about visibility and more about allowing your soul to step forward without hiding. They reflect on how old patterns, childhood experiences, and inner fears shape the way we show up—and how the current energetic shifts are pulling so many of us out of the shadows. Through lived experience, emotional honesty, and spiritual insight, they share the moments that invited them to rise, speak, and trust their truth, even when it felt uncomfortable. If you've been feeling the nudge to show more of who you are, express your voice, or let your story be witnessed, this conversation will speak directly to your heart.Key Themes✨ Being seen as a soul initiation✨ Vulnerability as a strength✨ Inner child wounds and visibility✨ Turning pain into purpose✨ Trusting your voice✨ Community, connection, and co-creationTakeaways✨ You are being asked to stop hiding✨ Your visibility deepens healing✨ Your story carries medicine for others✨ Fear softens in the presence of truth✨ Being witnessed is part of your evolutionSound Bites✨ Healing is a lifetime journey✨ Your voice is your gift✨ Trust it, trust it, trust itAlso available to watch on YouTube. If this episode resonates, please like, comment, and follow the podcast.Connect with Nimesh

But true intimacy doesn't start with sex, it starts with the emotional safety to be vulnerable, honest, and seen.In this episode, we dive deep into how curiosity becomes a bridge across the intimacy gap… and how emotional safety transforms the hardest conversations into opportunities for closeness. In this episode, we cover:Why emotional safety is the #1 predictor of long-term relationship satisfactionHow curiosity helps couples reconnect when intimacy feels out of reachWhat it looks like to approach hard conversations with “soft eyes”How hormone changes, stress, and life transitions impact desire — and how to talk about itSelf-regulation vs. co-regulation: what each partner needs to bring into sensitive conversationsHow couples can avoid falling into repetitive patterns that shut down intimacyA real, personal story from EJ & Tarah about navigating desire discrepancies with vulnerabilityWhy repair matters more than getting it perfectPractical scripts for bringing up intimacy concerns without triggering defensivenessKey Takeaways:Curiosity is the antidote to fear. In this heartfelt in‑person conversation from Florida, Tina Paulus‑Krause and her daughter Courtney explore what happens after a transformational retreat or "reset." They share the real integration work required once you return to everyday life—how to walk the walk, not just talk the talk. Through their own mother–daughter healing journey, Tina and Courtney unpack key themes like accountability, nervous system regulation, spiritual growth, and the courage it takes to stop trying to "fix" everyone else and start doing your own inner work. They define what it truly means to hold space, why receiving is so hard (especially for leaders, moms, and high achievers), and how retreats, membership support, and spiritual development can create lasting change in relationships and life. If you've ever left a retreat, program, or conference wondering "Now what?", this episode will give you language, perspective, and hope for the next phase of your journey. Timestamps / Chapters [00:00] Welcome & setup In-person podcast in Florida, preparing for end-of-year retreats; today's focus: what happens after the reset. [01:36] The aftermath & integration Courtney on going back home, relationships, and work with new tools—and why integration is ongoing, not instant. [04:27] Real mother–daughter work Tina shares how their relationship was rebuilt through dark nights of the soul, communication, and imperfect attempts to integrate new tools. [07:05] Accountability & not feeling alone Feeling seen and heard at retreat, the "honeymoon phase," and why accountability and community matter when life happens. [10:27] Processes to clean, clear, and come back to self Modern distractions, getting stuck, and why we need repeatable practices to return to ourselves. [11:09] What "holding space" really means Courtney defines holding space emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—without fixing, judging, or gossiping. [13:04] From fixing to listening & self-space Tina's shift from fixer to space-holder; listening to understand; holding space for yourself and creating the retreat center. [15:04] Learning to receive Why receiving feels so uncomfortable, how ego resists it, and how it transformed their relationship. [18:12] Energy exchange & love languages Balancing giving and receiving, honoring different love languages, and finding shared activities that create true connection. [20:15] Generational patterns & mother–child retreats Why change often starts with the mom, generational healing, and inviting mothers and children into new ways of relating. [22:17] Doing the work & why the Reset Retreat exists Daily relationship work, visioning individually and together, and stepping out of "fixing everyone but me." [23:22] Choice, suffering & turning the mirror Suffering as a choice, pausing, introspection, and having hard conversations as the way through. [24:53] From darkness to development Victimhood vs. self-development, family resistance, mirror work, and how their inner work became a life mission. [26:29] Nervous system regulation & why Tina does this work Hurt people vs. transformed people, tools Tina wishes she had when her kids were young, and learning to manage the nervous system. [28:13] Why Courtney does this work Worthiness, consciousness, and supporting people to step through the "gates" into higher awareness and responsibility. [32:03] Lone wolves & being truly held Coaching, being fully honest, not having to do it alone, and creating a structure that can hold even deep trauma. In this powerful guest episode, Nimesh Radia is joined by healer, intuitive and medium Sarah Verhoef for a deeply honest exploration of what it truly means to let go of the past so you can step into what is waiting for you.Together they unpack why we cling so tightly to what is familiar, how that attachment creates suffering, and how courage — not confidence — is what moves us forward into new opportunities.Nimesh and Sarah explore the intensity of the current energetic climate, the rapid shifts so many are experiencing, and the importance of meeting yourself with kindness instead of pressure. Sarah also shares her journey of connecting with spirit from childhood, expanding her gifts instead of containing them, and learning to receive support without guilt. This episode is an invitation to soften your grip on what is finished, trust yourself more deeply, and remember that you are not stuck — you are simply being called forward.Key Themes✨ Letting go of the past to make space for new opportunities✨ Courage versus confidence on the spiritual path✨ The difference between pain and suffering✨ Receiving support instead of always giving✨ Moving from loneliness into soul family and spiritual communityTakeaways
If you've ever hit a money milestone and felt… weird about it? Guilty? Like you shouldn't talk about it? Or like you need to “earn it harder”? This episode is for you. So many women feel guilt when money starts to flow — not because they're ungrateful, but because they've been taught (often unconsciously) that having more than others is unsafe, unkind, or “too much.” Today we're unpacking: ✨ What really causes money guilt — and why it shows up even after success We break down the hidden beliefs formed in childhood, culture, family systems, and early career environments that tell women to “stay small” financially. ✨ The identity conflict between your old self and your wealthy self Your nervous system only tolerates what feels familiar. When money grows, identity must expand too. ✨ How guilt leads to undercharging, over-giving, and emotional overspending You'll hear the patterns that keep women stuck in a cycle of earning → shrinking → earning → shrinking. ✨ The shift from guilt to gratitude, and from shame to stewardship I'll walk you through practical mindset reframes to help you feel safe receiving, having, and holding more money. In this episode, Esther opens a tender conversation about the moments that make us ask, “What's wrong with me?” She shares personal stories from friendships, family, work, and relationships—moments where she blamed herself long before looking at the situation. This episode invites you to question old patterns, to understand where they come from, and to discover the gentle shift from self-blame to self-support. Why do I insist on the music of the spoken word? Because that's where the magic happens: at the intersection of the story, the listener, and the teller's voice with its cadence, tone, inflection, repetition, pacing, and energy. So much gets lost in translation to the printed page. What we yearn for without even knowing it is human connection. Believing it will make it so for you. When I was in my 20's, I worked in the shoe department of Macy's. It was a prized job in retail because commission sales can mean significant income without management responsibilities.I was good at it because I paid close attention to each single person I was serving. I asked questions to discover what they wanted and then, brought them options that fit. They felt heard and understood. But when I became a coach, I got up in my head about selling and forgot about connection.I worried what hearing ‘No' would mean about me. Send us a textWhat's the one thing you wish the public understood better about the problem you're solving? That gap between what people know and what you wish they knew? That's your narrative change work, and it should be driving every communication decision you make. On this week's episode, we break down how small nonprofits can stop reacting to headlines and start shaping the conversation around the issues they care about most. Maria sits down with Dimitrios Kalantzis, a nonprofit strategist, communications expert, and former journalist with 10 years of experience covering public affairs. From the "if only people knew" framework to treating your organization as essential reading, this conversation will help you change hearts and minds with confidence and clarity. Changing Hearts and Minds- The Highlights: Your nonprofit should function as its own media organization. With traditional journalism struggling and public affairs reporting declining, nonprofits have an opportunity to fill critical gaps. When supporters sign up for your newsletter, they should feel like you're essential reading on your issue. The "if only people knew" test reveals your narrative strategy. Every nonprofit leader has thought "if only the public knew [blank]." That gap between what people understand and what you wish they understood? That's your narrative change work. Let it guide your communications strategy. Lead by showing others how to think about the issue. Don't just react to how criminal justice, education, or homelessness is being discussed. Be the organization that demonstrates how we should be thinking about these problems in 2025 and beyond. Actionable Tips for Nonprofits to Changing Hearts and Minds: Lead with your strategic plan. Before commenting on any external event, ask: Does this align with our strategic plan? Is this serving our mission or confusing it? Your strategic plan should be your compass for every communications decision. Identify your "if only people knew" moment. What's the one thing you wish the public understood better about your issue? Write it down. That's your narrative change work, now build your communications strategy around closing that gap. Treat your newsletter like essential journalism. Position your organization as the go-to source on your issue. Share what you're learning, be transparent about challenges, and fill the gaps that traditional media is leaving behind. Bridge back to your message. When a news event pops off, you don't have to address every question or debate. Stay on message even if it feels repetitive to you, your audience needs to hear it. Don't engage with bad faith arguments. If someone is asking a question designed to distract or derail the conversation, don't take the bait. You only get pulled into the mud. Redirect to your core message or ignore it entirely. In this episode, I'm flipping the feedback conversation and focusing on the receiver instead of the giver. As leaders, we're constantly told how to deliver clear, meaningful feedback—but we're also on the receiving end from bosses, boards, peers, and our own teams. How we receive feedback is just as critical as how we give it. I'll walk you through: Why feedback really matters for growth, confidence, and performance The five cornerstones of effective feedback (curiosity, mindset, cognitive bias, active listening, and communication preferences) Common barriers that get in the way of receiving feedback well How our emotions and communication styles (including Insights Discovery color energies) influence our reactions A simple mindset shift to move from self-protection to self-expansion using curiosity You'll leave this episode with practical ways to stay grounded, open, and intentional when feedback finds you—whether it's in a formal review, a casual comment, or even an eye roll from your teenager. The magic isn't in getting feedback; it's in what you choose to do with it. Enjoy!
