On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Chief Justice Roberts improperly relied on English common law as a basis for birthright citizenship, despite the framers using it only as a guide and rejecting elements that conflicted with the U.S. system. The 14th Amendment and the preceding Civil Rights Act of 1866 were narrowly intended to grant full citizenship rights to freed Black slaves and their children amid post-Civil War resistance—not to address immigration or confer citizenship on children of illegal aliens. The opinion wrongly equates "jurisdiction" with mere physical presence, leading to illogical results like automatic citizenship for babies of illegal immigrants (who retain foreign allegiance) while creating unaddressed exceptions for diplomats, revealing a result-oriented, activist approach that rewrites history. Roberts and his Majority twisted the history of the 14th amendment and just constitutionalized birthright citizenship, knowing full well that our nation, like Europe, is facing a grave threat from within as a result, in part, of the intentional refusal of our government, when the Democrats are in power, to enforce immigration laws and, oppositely, facilitating the importation of aliens from all over the world without proper vetting. Also, the constitutional amendment process is rarely used. It requires two-thirds approval in both houses of Congress to propose language, followed by ratification by three-fourths (38) of the states—neither of which is feasible for issues like changing birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has constitutionalized elements not originally in the Constitution, making reversal through amendments impractical. Instead, the effective path is filling Court vacancies with constitutionalists, as achieved in overturning Roe, without resorting to court packing. Later, Hans von Spakovsky calls in and explains that Roberts' opinion was appalling and a complete rewrite of American history, particularly regarding the 14th Amendment. He notes that Justices Alito and Thomas eviscerated it in separate dissents, highlighting that Roberts' historical account was inaccurate. He criticized Roberts' selective and distorting use of sources like Thomas Paine and Frederick Douglass, pointing out Thomas's observation that Douglass viewed Black Americans as citizens due to their equal allegiance to the U.S., unlike illegal aliens who owe allegiance to their native countries. Finally, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison favored limited central government, while Alexander Hamilton preferred a powerful, activist federal government with implied powers. Modern nationalist populists share this Hamilton big-government outlook with the left, which lacks clear constitutional principles and risks abuse, in contrast to true constitutional conservatism. Dan is joined by Strict Scrutiny's Leah Litman to talk about this week's big Supreme Court decisions giving Trump the right to kick out Haitian immigrants and deny asylum claims for people stopped just shy of the American border, as well as a ruling — with some surprising ideological crossover — tossing out claims against Monsanto for how it labels Roundup, its popular weedkiller. Then Dan and Leah discuss all the major decisions still to come this week, on birthright citizenship, trans rights, and more. Lastly — rage warning! — Leah reacts to Susan Collins's claim that her vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh *didn't* have an impact on Roe v. Wade getting overturned. For a transcript of an episode of Pod Save America, please email transcripts@crooked.com.

It's a magic moment for sports—and no, we're not talking about the Knicks over in the MNBA, we're talking the WNBA, where women just negotiated a huge, historic new collective bargaining agreement for themselves. What's next, and what can the rest of us learn from this victory? Brittany Packnett Cunningham is joined by journalist, author, and media powerhouse Jemele Hill for a conversation about how these players fought for “dignity and respect,” and why they're more activist than many male athletes. They also unpack how the Men's World Cup is influencing America's global reputation (maybe…for the better?), and the political power of the soccer stadium. Plus, Dr. Brittney Cooper joins the group chat to talk about Michelle Obama's speech, her sorta-friendship with George W. Bush—and the four-year anniversary of the overturning of Roe v Wade.
It's Thursday, June 25th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Adam McManus Cuban Communists keep sick Protestant pastor imprisoned Christian Solidarity Worldwide reports a Protestant pastor remains in prison in Cuba amid concerns for his health. Pastor Alexis Padrón Lorenzo leads the Communion in Faith Church in Havana. Authorities detained him on June 10, physically abused him during interrogation, and blocked family members from contacting him. This happened after Lorenzo expressed opposition to the country's communist system. Please pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ in Cuba. The country is ranked 24th on the Open Doors World Watch List of the most oppressive countries worldwide for Christians. Write a polite, 2-sentence note of objection to Cuba's top diplomat: Lianys Torres Rivera, Cuban Consulate, 2639 16th Street NW, Washington DC, 20009. Rubio urges new Columbian president to end illegal immigration to U.S. As The Worldview reported on June 23rd, the citizens of the South American country of Colombia narrowly elected conservative Abelardo De La Espriella, who was Trump-endorsed, over left-wing candidate Iván Cepeda. De La Espriella promised a crackdown on crime. g the election, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio posted, “The Trump Administration looks forward to working closely with your incoming administration to advance regional security cooperation, end illegal immigration to the United States, and strengthen our economic ties.” Daniel 2:21 reminds us that God “changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings.” Biden's illegal immigration drove up housing costs In the United States, a recent report from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas found illegal migration under the Biden administration drove up housing costs. The report estimates that unauthorized immigrant worker flows explain about 30% of the total growth in house prices and 20% of total growth in rents. Listen to comments last year by Vice President J.D. Vance on the subject. VANCE: “When we talk about housing and why costs are so high, we don't talk enough about demand. One of the drivers of increased housing demand, we know, is that we've got a lot of people over the last four years who have come into the country illegally.” Four years since Roe v. Wade overturned: Pro-life laws in 19 states Four years ago, on June 24, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. The ruling said the U.S. Constitution does not include a right to abortion. It also handed regulation of abortion to individual states. Since then, 19 states have passed anti-abortion laws. Thirteen states ban abortions in most cases. Four states ban abortions at 6 weeks of pregnancy. And two states ban them at 12 weeks. Trump ends sexually explicit school teen programs The Daily Signal reports that the Trump administration will cut funding to many teenage pregnancy prevention programs in schools this week. The Department of Health and Human Services reviewed Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program grants. It decided to terminate most of them, ending $67 million in grants. The administration described the grants from the Biden-era as “medically inaccurate,” “age-inappropriate,” and “sexually explicit.” U.S., Mexico, & Canada Bible societies share Christ during World Cup Bible societies are using the 2026 World Soccer Cup to engage millions of fans with Scripture. The United States, Canada, and Mexico are hosting the event. So, the American Bible Society, the Mexican Bible Society, and the Canadian Bible Society are promoting Bibles, devotionals, and evangelistic booklets. Christian Daily International notes, “These efforts reflect a broader trend among Bible societies worldwide. As major global events attract billions of viewers, organizations are increasingly developing resources that connect Scripture with cultural moments and reach people who may not normally engage with churches or religious programs.” For example, Living Waters, founded by Evangelist Ray Comfort, has printed 2 million copies of the 2026 World Cup million-dollar bill tract available for free when you cover the shipping. They are an effective tool because there is: Instant curiosity: People pick it up and ask questions Natural transition: From “World Cup” to The Cup of Grace Clear Gospel message: Simple, direct, and memorable And it's easy to share: Great for friends, coworkers, and public outreaches Visit the website: www.LivingWaters.com/WorldCup Major League Baseball no longer requires Christian players to support perversion And finally, Major League Baseball recently announced it will not require players to wear uniforms that promote sexually perverted lifestyles. The issue arose after three San Francisco Giants players added Bible verses to the Rainbow Homosexual Pride caps which they were initially required to wear. Republican Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri posted a letter from the Commissioner of Major League Baseball. Hawley wrote, “The Major Leage Baseball Commissioner writes to me and admits they were wrong to threaten the Giants players over Bible verses and promises never to fine or discipline these players -- or any players for their religious beliefs.” Several San Francisco Giants Christian pitchers — Landen Roupp, Ryan Walker, and J.T. Brubaker — referenced Genesis chapter 9 on their hats about the true meaning of the rainbow. In verses 14 and 15, God said, “It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the Earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.” Landon Roup was asked about his hand-written Scripture on his cap at a press conference. ROUP: “God's covenant, and a promise that He makes to us, that His faithfulness and His mercy. It's kind of something I believe in. I stand firm in that.” Amusingly, Cyd Ziegler, the homosexual co-founder of OutSports, was enraged by the Scripture the Christian pitchers had added to the hats. ZIEGLER: “It defaced the Pride Rainbow with a Bible verse telling the LGBT community that they do not own the rainbow, that God owns the rainbow.” Mr. Ziegler, I've got news for you. God does own the rainbow! Send a two-sentence thank you note to Robert Manfred, Major League Baseball Commissioner, 1271 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020. And send a 2-sentence thank you note to Landen Roupp for his Christian witness and outspokeness. San Francisco Giants, Oracle Park. 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107. Today is the four-year anniversary of the Dobbs decision -- the day the Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade and with it, our constitutional right to abortion care. But women across the country have been fighting back: marching, calling their legislators, and sharing their personal abortion stories. Places like Ohio have even put laws and constitutional amendments on the ballot to enshrine abortion rights in their state.Doctors and providers have been working hard to make sure reproductive care stays available too. In today's episode, we talked to Nan Whaley and Gwynne Perry from Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio. Earlier this spring, an anti-choice protester attacked their clinic and set it on fire, but Nan and Gwynne didn't hesitate. They opened the clinic the very next day, ensuring that patients didn't experience even a one-day interruption in their care.In Gwynne's words, "We thought, hell no. We're not doing this. We're gonna see patients. So we did."Four years on from the Dobbs decision, lifesaving care is being provided not by politicians or Supreme Court Justices. It's coming from women like Gwynne and Nan -- and for that, we're grateful. For a transcript of this episode, please email comms@redwine.blue. Josh opens the show by discussing the state of the pro-life movement as the nation marks the anniversary of the Dobbs decision. He examines the progress that has been made since Roe v. Wade was overturned and what still needs to be done to protect the lives of the unborn. Next, Josh breaks down the rise of socialism in New York following major victories for the Left in Tuesday's primary elections. He explains why the Democratic Party continues to move further left and what the diminishing influence of moderate voices could mean for the future of American politics. Finally, Josh provides the latest update on the Iran negotiations, explaining why the situation differs significantly from the conflict in Lebanon and why that distinction remains a major obstacle to reaching a broader ceasefire agreement.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Pope Leo celebrates 100 years since the founding of the Vatican Publishing House. Meanwhile, 4 years later, pro-life leader Kristan Hawkins reflects on the overturning of Roe v. Wade. And, a series of unpublished homilies by Pope Benedict XVI is now available in English.
"Judge not, lest ye be judged" might be the most misapplied verse in scripture. Brian From walks through Rachel Gilson's piece at the Gospel Coalition unpacking what Jesus actually meant in Matthew 7 — it's not a prohibition on moral discernment, but a call to humble self-examination before correcting others, with love as the motive, not arrogance. Then a sobering reflection on the consequences of sin, prompted by reports that a sports journalist lost an $800,000 job after an affair with a married NFL coach came to light — a reminder that sin entangles even when it's never publicly exposed. Four years after the Dobbs decision overturned Roe v. Wade, Brian clarifies a common misunderstanding: abortion wasn't eliminated, it was returned to the states, and the pro-life cause remains fundamentally grassroots. A genuinely helpful piece from Relevant Magazine on feeling spiritually stuck even when you're doing everything "right" — and why dryness isn't a sign of failure but often where real growth quietly happens. A new study links anxiety and depression in young people to difficulty recalling positive memories, with real implications for parents about prioritizing shared experiences. And a closing reflection from Randy Alcorn on choosing daily to trust God's sovereignty — even when life is genuinely hard.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Susan Collins says that she does not regret casting the deciding vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Collins went on to say that Kavanaugh was not the deciding vote in the 6-3 ruling to overturn Roe V. Wade. The problem with that is that the vote was not 6-3, it was 5-4 and Kavanaugh was in fact the deciding vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. Collins' opponent Graham Platner says that the Senator's comments are either a lie or ignorance - both of which are disqualifying. Why are progressives so bad at making the case for abortion? The overturning of Roe v. Wade four years ago didn't take place in a vacuum. It was the culmination of pro-choicers' decades-long failure to make an articulate case for abortion. How could such a powerful movement utterly lose the ability to make a cogent argument? We break it down on this week's episode of The 40 Days for Life Podcast.
Tomorrow is the fourth anniversary of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade. Brittany Fonteno, President and CEO of the National Abortion Federation (NAF) and the National Abortion Hotline, sits down to talk with us about NAF's new report, which shows a marked uptick in anti-abortion violence in the years since Roe's overturning. The Roe decision came down in 1973. NAF was formed in 1977 and began tracking violence and disruption against independent abortion providers, Planned Parenthood affiliates, hospitals, and individual providers that very same year. The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act was passed on bipartisan lines in 1994 to combat harassment, violence, blockading, and threats in front of abortion clinics. But in his first few weeks in office this term, Trump pardoned nearly two dozen anti-abortion extremists and has set aside a $2 billion fund-- partly to protect those who violate the FACE Act-- from legal consequences. There is still in-person harassment outside of clinics, but rates of online harassment, death threats to providers, and harassment rooted in racism and xenophobia have skyrocketed in recent years. Hannah will help us look back at the last 4 years and share what stands out, what has changed, and what still needs work in the battle for LIFE. And as usual Adele will look at today's subject through the lens of Theology of the Body with quotes from St. John Paul II who said TOB is the antidote for America's culture of death.
Sexual abuse survivor Hadley Duvall, who was raped by her stepfather when she was 12 years old, is now an activist for abortion rights in America.Hadley's story first sufaced publicly when she was featured in 2023 ads for Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear's re-election campaign.Hadley spoke with Terry Meiners on WHAS detailing her life as a new mom, an outspoken advocate for sexaul assault victims, and her upcoming speech in Washington D.C. on the anniversary of the Supreme Court's overturn of Roe v.

Hello everyone! We're going into #TheUpdate vault to play one of our many episodes throughout our many years of the show. For today's episode, we go into the world of Year 5 of The Update. When we first started this then-show at WKRB in 2017, the first year had a lot of things going on. Donald Trump's first year in office, mass shootings worldwide, and the Great American Solar Eclipse to name just a few. In Year 5, it was more of the same. There was the Russian war in Ukraine, more mass shootings in America, and the overturning of Roe V. Wade to name just a few that we'll mention. But also, after more than two years out on the road, we made our way to a new studio at UD Team in the summer of 2022. Oh, and one last thing- be on the lookout for some WKRB highlights as we looked back on five years of memories.
The 2022 Dobbs decision that reversed Roe v. Wade promised to return the issue of abortion back to the states. But for anti-abortion activists, that's never been good enough. Some anti-abortion activists are pushing bills that could see women who get abortions imprisoned. And with the number of people who have gotten abortions only increasing over the last year, that's a lot of punishment they want to mete out. Jessica Valenti, founder of the Substack Abortion, Every Day, has been tracking abortion rights for more than a decade. We talked about why the anti-abortion movement has gotten more extreme – and what we can do about it.And in headlines, Republicans blast Trump's new Iran memorandum, the Supreme Court rules marijuana users can own guns, and you heard it here first: the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is still green.Show Notes: Jessica's Substack – https://jessica.substack.com/ Call Congress – 202-224-3121 Subscribe to the What A Day Newsletter – https://tinyurl.com/y4y2e9jy What A Day – YouTube – https://www.youtube.com/@whatadaypodcast Follow us on Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/crookedmedia/ For a transcript of this episode, please visit crooked.com/whataday

A woman miscarries and is charged with murder. A new mother tests positive for a drug her hospital administers and loses custody of her newborn. Four women are convicted of horrific crimes against children they never touched, based on junk science and homophobia and spend nearly twenty years in prison before being exonerated. A queer teenager takes a photo of a child's diaper rash at work and is sentenced to 126 years. These cases are not aberrations. They are symptoms of a system that punishes women and queer people not for what they have done, but for who they are. In the United States, nearly three-quarters of all wrongly convicted women were convicted of crimes that never occurred at all. Valena Beety, co-founder of the Indiana Innocence Project and award-winning legal scholar cited by Justice Sonia Sotomayor, reveals how ordinary tragedies—a child's sudden death, a husband who dies in his sleep—are transformed by prosecutors into murders that never happened. These “no crime” convictions disproportionately target women and queer people, whose identities are recast as evidence of guilt through bias, junk science, and entrenched stereotypes. Drawing on devastating real-life cases, Professor Beety exposes how prosecutorial overreach, flawed forensic science, and cultural panic converge—and how fetal personhood laws, the fall of Roe v. Wade, and anti-LGBTQ+ legislation have dramatically expanded the reach of criminal law. What emerges is a chilling portrait of a legal system that increasingly criminalizes pregnancy outcomes, motherhood, and queer identity itself. Guest: A wrongful convictions litigator and former federal prosecutor, Valena Beety is the McKinney Professor of Law at Indiana University-Bloomington Maurer School of Law and a co-founder of the Indiana Innocence Project. World-changer Seth Gruber launched The White Rose Resistance in the wake of the overturning of Roe v. Wade. The mission is simple but supercharged: awaken and mobilize the local church to resist evil and to eradicate abortion. Seth is a dynamic speaker and author who has a passion for convincing the passive American church to rise and stop the pandemic of evil in modern culture, like abortion, porn, and stark animal worship. He traces the decline of American morality to key moments in 1973 and calls out the church for failing to implement its mandate to have dominion over the earth, to stand firm for the truth, and deny satanic influences. With the 250th American anniversary rapidly approaching, churches need to wake up and get back to basic kingdom building. TAKEAWAYS There is a major correlation between monogamous cultures and successful societies America is toying with the same kind of idolatry and pagan behavior of ancient Israel: baby killing, sexual deviance, and animal worship The church must reclaim its mandate and save the West The church is often too concerned with being nice, rather than being effective and truthful

Her coursebook The Wrongful Convictions Reader is used in classrooms nationwide to teach about wrongful convictions. Host: Dr. Christina Gessler is an academic writing coach and editor. She uses her Ph.D. in history to explore which stories we tell, and what happens to those we never tell. She is the creator, producer and show host of the Academic Life podcast. It's Casual Friday on The Majority Report On today's program: Elon Musk is set to become the world's first billionaire as Space X launches its initial public offer today. A More Perfect Union explains how this sketchy IPO could destroy many people's 401(K) accounts. Heather 'Digby' Parton, columnist at Salon and publisher of the Hullabaloo blog, joins to recap the week's news. Topics include the war in Iran, midterm elections and more. In the Fun Half: CNN airs a compilation showing the 39 times that Donald Trump claimed that we a deal with Iran is imminent. Trillionaires Trump is now claiming that Strait of Hormuz has been open the whole time, but we just didn't know it because it was a secret. Shhhhh don't tell the Ayatollah. Department of Energy secretary Chris Wright admits under oath that he lied when he tweeted that the U.S. had successfully escorted an oil tanker through the Strait of Hormuz back in March. That kind of conflicts with Trump's claim that the strait has been open. Elissa Slotkin issues a press release stating that she believes that Michael Martin, a Trump pick for a U.S. district court, would be different from the president's other picks in that he will admit that Biden won the election in 2020 and that January 6 was an attack on the Capitol. Unfortunately for Slotkin, Martin answered those questions in the exact same fashion as all of Trump's other sycophantic nominees. Marco Rubio cites three examples of what make America so unique; our constitution, the moon landing and the UFC. We take a trip back to 2018 to watch Susan Collins on CNN promising that Bret Kavanaugh would not overturn Roe v Wade. All that and more. Roe v. Wade was never enough. Reproductive justice advocates have been saying that for decades. So why did so much of the reproductive rights movement organize itself around protecting Roe anyway? In this solo episode, Imani Gandy explores how legal arguments became the center of the fight for abortion rights, what got lost in the process, and why public health researchers and reproductive justice advocates were often telling a different story. From Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas' anti-abortion roadmap in Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky to the public health findings of the Turnaway Study, this episode asks what happens when a movement builds itself around a court decision—and what is left when that decision is gone. Since the fall of Roe v. Wade, we've been told a simple story: red states are radically out of step with public opinion. But what if that's not actually the reality? On this episode, we speak with Natalie Hernandez, Yale PhD candidate in Political Science, about her upcoming APSR paper, "Asymmetric Representation: Post-Roe Abortion Policy and Public Opinion in the U.S. States." Using a massive dataset of 155,000 respondents, Hernandez finds policies in Democratic-controlled states are actually furthest from the average voter, and what happens when Democratic lawmakers prioritize wealthy donors and national activists over the median citizen. In this episode of DSC's Campfires, host Larry Weishuhn shares the thrilling details of his recent European roe deer hunt. He recounts his journey through Sweden, Poland, and Scotland alongside friends Mark and Carol Little, as well as expert guides Stefan and Sofia Bengtsson from Scandinavian Pro Hunters. Larry's deep passion for the sport and the delicious rewards of the hunt shine through as he details the beautiful landscapes, his gear, and the magnificent animals he encountered along the way. Larry compares the European roe deer to the whitetailed deer of European countries. These deer have a notably small body size, typically weighing between 50 and 60 pounds. Beyond the challenge of the hunt, Larry notes that the meat from these deer is absolutely delicious. The three-nation hunt was initially created as a donation for the DSC Foundation Gala in 2025. The package was generously put together by Larry alongside Stefan and Sofia Bengtsson of Scandinavian Pro Hunters. Mark and Carol Little purchased the hunt at the gala to help fund various DSC Foundation projects. The actual hunt came to fruition shortly before recording, taking place in May 2026. Larry traveled from Austin to London to Copenhagen, eventually driving across the waterway to the southernmost tip of Sweden. The group hunted on a large estate managed by Scandinavian Pro Hunters. This property featured a beautifully rehabilitated waterway that now supports abundant wildlife and sea-run trout. Carol Little successfully harvested a great deer early in the trip. Larry hunted from a "hochsitz" (an open-top deer blind) using Stefan's single-shot K95 Blaser rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. He harvested a mature, silver-medal buck with gorgeous ivory-colored antler tips. The group traveled by train from Malmo to Copenhagen, then flew directly into Warsaw, Poland. The Polish hunting grounds were highly agricultural, filled with apple orchards, blackberries, and strawberries. Larry hunted with Stefan and a local English-speaking guide named Derek. Using an R8 Blaser in .243, Larry shot a buck late in the evening. The local property manager used a thermal drone, which is completely legal in Poland, to recover the deer in the dark. This buck scored as a silver medal and featured a unique 3x4 point configuration. On a subsequent outing in Poland, Larry successfully used an 8x57 JS rifle to take another beautiful silver-medal buck. The final leg involved flying into Glasgow, Scotland, and driving to an area near Inverness. Larry hunted with a local Scottish guide named George. Larry used George's 6.5x55 Swede rifle to stalk and harvest another incredible roe deer buck. In total, Larry took four roe deer during the trip, including three 3x3s and two featuring a fourth point. Larry will be attending the Texas Wildlife Association Convention in San Antonio from July 23rd to July 26th. He will also be present at the upcoming DSC Summer Expo and DSC Gala. Another Scandinavian Pro Hunter trip will be auctioned off at the DSC Gala. Listeners can find full written stories and photos on Larry's website at larryweishuhn.net. Video coverage of the hunt will be available on Carbon TV and his YouTube channel, A Sportsman's Life. Telling pregnant people what to do and enforcing pregnancy criminalization has been a decades-long threat. Dr. Grace Howard sits down with us to discuss her new book, which “traces the long history of state attempts to regulate and control people who have the capacity for pregnancy--from the early twentieth century's white supremacist eugenics to the end of Roe and the ever-increasing criminalization of abortion across the United States.”For more information, check out Boom! Seth Gruber, the CEO of White Rose Resistance, joins Allie to explain why America is in a “Last Stand” moment. Gruber pinpoints 1973 as the decline of American civilization, citing Roe v. Wade, distribution of pornography, and the tail end of the sexual revolution as the beginning of the end of the American republic. Seth also gives both historical and biblical examples of how people are enslaved by lust while outlining the dangers of unbridled licentiousness. He exposes that the abortion industry is only killing half as many unborn children as the IVF industry.
