My friend Jon Hiller recently turned me on to a powerful framework for thinking about decisions, life paths, goals, and dreams: It's the idea of "push vs pull energy", and it's already starting to change the way I approach the world. So what exactly is push vs pull energy? What are some tangible examples? And why is it such an important and powerful idea to grasp? I sat down with co-living housemates Jon Hiller and Raul Espinoza – both of whom have come to embrace a life of "pull" – to explore the idea further. In this episode – the first of a multi-part mini-series – Jon and Raul define "push vs pull energy", and give tangible examples of each. Support the show (http://www.radicalllydifferentpodcast.com)
