Los argentinos de bien estamos cansados de tener miedo y que, por consecuencia, los delincuentes gocen de privilegios judiciales. Sí, porque hasta hoy la edad era una manera de tener un escudo judicial. Se acabó la joda. Si bien esto es un paso, en lo personal considero que debería ser incluso mucho menor la edad. Delito de adulto, pena de adulto. Y la verdad me encanta imaginar que una rata asesina como estas, carente de moral y valores, entre en pánico con el solo hecho de planificar, matar a alguien o robar. Prefiero mil delincuentes presos que un inocente muerto".Miguel Ángel Pichetto, diputado nacional por Buenos Aires por Encuentro Federal, dijo: "En principio estoy de acuerdo en bajar a catorce, en la media internacional de la mayoría de los países. Ahora bien, ¿Qué hay detrás de este proyecto? De un gobierno que no invierte en infraestructura, que no invierte en reparación de rutas, que no invierte en educación. Es una falsa dicotomía esa. El problema es cómo abordar la criminalidad, eh, niños, niñas y adolescentes. Y el abordaje tiene que ser: primero hay una situación previa, que es la situación de salud mental y consumos. Cuando vos tenés un pibe perdido por el paco, eh, el Estado tiene que poder tener las herramientas para tenerlo en un centro de internación. Hoy eso no existe. Y ellos lo dicen, ¿eh? Pero no pusieron la ley de salud mental en extraordinarias. ¿Por qué? Pepe Baunat analiza un escenario de mercado tenso y volátil, en el que se producen caídas bruscas en valores concretos y en el que la gestión del riesgo se vuelve prioritaria. El mensaje más insistente es la necesidad de utilizar stops de protección, ya que la ausencia de estos puede llevar a pérdidas muy rápidas y profundas en un entorno donde los movimientos a la baja están siendo violentos y generalizados en muchos activos. Dentro de este contexto, el IBEX 35 mantiene de momento un comportamiento relativamente sólido frente a otros mercados. La estructura técnica sigue siendo positiva, con una sucesión de máximos y mínimos crecientes que respalda la tendencia alcista. No obstante, Baynat señala un nivel clave cuya pérdida sería una señal temprana de peligro, ya que supondría un deterioro inicial de esa estructura: los 17.500. Mientras ese nivel se respete, el índice sigue siendo uno de los más fuertes del panorama europeo. El principal foco de riesgo para el IBEX se sitúa en el sector bancario, que ha empezado a mostrar señales de debilidad tras una fase de subidas muy intensas. La banca tiene un peso determinante en el índice y, si continúa corrigiendo con fuerza, podría arrastrar al conjunto del mercado español a una caída más profunda. Por ello, se insiste en extremar la prudencia y no asumir que cualquier retroceso es automáticamente una oportunidad de compra sin una estrategia clara. Finalmente, Pepe Baynat advierte de que la bolsa estadounidense es la que empieza a generar más dudas. Aunque algunos índices muestran mayor resistencia, el S&P 500 se encuentra en una zona de soportes relevantes, lo que incrementa la importancia de su comportamiento en las próximas sesiones. Una ruptura clara de esos niveles empeoraría sensiblemente el aspecto técnico y podría dar paso a correcciones más amplias, reforzando la necesidad de cautela y disciplina en la gestión de las posiciones.

Hay que dar gracias a Dios porque él no te ve como la gente lo hace, sino que siempre te ve como podrías llegar a ser en sus manos.Zaqueo estaba etiquetado como un ladrón, un embustero, un aprovechado, un enano, en fin, todos los sobrenombres que te puedas imaginar. El conocía muy bien de su condición, sabía que no era querido y había visto más de una vez las miradas reprobatorias y llenas de rencor contra él. Sentía pena por sí mismo, pero al mismo tiempo sentía la necesidad de llenar su vida con algo más que el dinero. Había escuchado de Jesús —su fama no podía ser pasada por alto— y tenía un ferviente deseo de verlo. ¿Pero cómo? Para los que son de baja estatura, su mente busca siempre alternativas hasta encontrarlas.Sin titubear se subió a un árbol que estaba por donde va iba a pasar Jesús. Nunca se hubiera imaginado que también Jesús quería verlo, ya que este se detuvo justamente bajo el árbol y contempló al hombre aferrado a las ramas (quizá hasta le pareció cómico). «Date prisa, desciende, porque hoy es necesario que pose yo en tu casa». Estas palabras fueron música para sus oídos. Rápidamente bajó y corrió a casa para recibir a Jesús. En este encuentro entregó cuadruplicado todo lo que había robado y repartió la mitad de sus bienes, así como también entregó su corazón.¿Cómo te llaman? ¿Qué etiqueta tienes? Ten la seguridad de que a Dios no le preocupa cómo las personas te juzguen o te consideren. Dios sabe en dónde estás trepado, conoce tus luchas y te busca. En el fondo de tu corazón, sabes que también necesitas de Dios. Deja tu orgullo a un lado, encuentra la mirada de Jesús y escucha lo que te dice: «¡Baja! Hoy es necesario que yo cene en tu casa». Jesús cambiará tu vida y salvará a tu familia porque cuando él llega a casa, todo cambia porque todo es por su gracia. 

Cruce de reproches entre Gobierno y oposición después de que el Congreso tumbara el decreto ómnibus con la subida de las pensiones. Partido Popular y Junts afean al Gobierno que esa medida se llevara en un mismo bloque junto a la paralización de los desahucios. Ambos partidos creen que el Ejecutivo fomenta así la okupación. Las críticas han llegado incluso del PNV, socio considerado estable en el bloque de investidura. Moncloa acusa al PP de no querer revalorizar las pensiones, aunque de momento evita aclarar cómo y cuándo volverá a llevar la medida a la Cámara Baja. Juan Bravo, vicesecretario de Hacienda, Vivienda e Infraestructuras del Partido Popular, asegura en RNE que el Gobierno está cogiendo "como rehenes a los pensionistas" y lamenta que lo esté utilizando "para buscar la confrontación y como cortina de humo". Añade Bravo que lo que proponen desde su formación es que haya un real decreto ley que solo lleve la revalorización de las pensiones: "Si presentan el decreto solamente con las pensiones, tienen el voto favorable del Partido Popular. Lo dije desde la tribuna". "Los pensionistas han cobrado el mes de enero con la subida de las pensiones. Ahora hay que esperar al abono de la pensión del mes de febrero. El Gobierno tiene cuatro semanas, cuatro Consejos de Ministros, para aprobarlo. Es más, creo que es tan importante como para que pudiesen hacer un Consejo Extraordinario.
