Born in Kenya, Africa, in 1992, Rama Rupa Das grew his devotional philosophy to become a Vaishnava at the ISKCON Mayapur West Bengal Gurukul school for boys. Mahatma Prabhu was born in Los Angeles, California in 1950. In 1969, at the age of 19, he first met Srila Prabhupada through The Bhagavad Gita As It Is, and then later that year met Srila Prabhupada personally in Los Angeles. In January of 1970 he moved into the temple in Berkeley, California and shortly after received first and second initiation.He went on to do a variety of services including book distribution, sankirtan leader, temple president, college preaching, congregational development, and various educational projects. Krishna Chaitanya Das was born to a devotee family in Mumbai on 14 January 1989. He was the first young devotee in Gurukul to complete Bhakti Sastri. Prabhu was the Head Master in Gurukul for a few years and still teaches Gurukul to youngsters how to do Yagnas the traditional way according to Sat Kriya Sara Dipika by Bhaktivinoda Thakur. Prabhu is in charge of teaching and performing all the yagnas here in Mayapur. Jagadanada Das was born in July 1980 in a small village in Bangladesh. He was known for singing Bengali kirtans in his village from a very early age. Biography of His Grace Kripanidhi prabhu.His Grace Kripanidhi Prabhu was initiated by Srila Prabhupada in 1972, at the age of 21, in Portland, Oregon, USA.On the direct order of Srila Prabhupada, he traveled and distributed books as a brahmacari for the next 11 years.In November 1977, he was briefly sent to Vrindavan, where he was present during the final pastimes of Srila Prabhupada. He was privileged to dig the samadhi by hand for Srila Prabhupada on the night of November 14th with another brahmacari.He returned to India in 1983 and served as President of the New Delhi Temple for 6 years. Ramai Swami was born in Alexandria, Egypt, but grew up in Australia when his parents moved there when he was 4 years old, and studied music at The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). He came in contact with ISKCON by reading a Back To Godhead magazine belonging to a friend from the university. He joined as a full time member and was initiated by Srila Prabhupada in Melbourne in 1973. Ramai Swami spent his formative years in ISKCON in the Brisbane and Melbourne temples, and later headed bus programs, traveling to cities and towns and sharing Krishna consciousness all over the Australian continent.
