The Steelers had a very noticeable presence at the North Dakota State pro day on Thursday to see QB Cole Payton go through his paces. We discuss the meaning of that, who went to see Payton, and the Steelers bringing in Payton for a pre-draft visit on Friday. Three other draft hopeful players are joining Payton in Pittsburgh for visits with the Steelers on Friday, so Alex and I discuss Washington CB Tacario Davis, Texas Tech ILB Jacob Rodriguez, and Georgia Tech G Keylan Rutledge. Alex and I also discuss Alabama WR Germie Bernard scheduled to come to town soon and Illinois DL James Thompson Jr. and Pittsburgh LB Kyle Louis both visiting with the team on Thursday. With the annual Michigan pro day scheduled to take place on Friday, Alex and I wonder if Steelers HC Mike McCarthy and GM Omar Khan will be attending it and especially with four pre-draft visitors being in Pittsburgh to meet with the team. Originally built as a fortress, it was transformed over centuries by the Butler family — Earls and later Dukes of Ormond — who held the castle for more than 600 years. Today visitors will find: Elegant reception rooms Decorative plasterwork ceilings Large windows overlooking parkland Formal gardens The castle sits in the center of Kilkenny City, surrounded by roughly 50 acres of parkland that locals still use for picnics, sports, and relaxing on sunny days. Kilkenny Castle is an OPW managed site. Tickets are available on site, and advance booking is rarely necessary. Built in the late 15th century, the castle is tied to dark legends and family power struggles. The castle chapel is known as the “Bloody Chapel,” named after a violent incident during a rivalry between brothers. During restoration work in the early 20th century, a hidden dungeon filled with human remains was reportedly discovered. Leap Castle is privately owned and lived in by musician Sean Ryan, who has carried out much of the restoration work. Visits are possible, but only by appointment, so travelers must contact the owner ahead of time to arrange a tour. Dunluce Castle on the Causeway Coast Dunluce Castle (County Antrim) – The Dramatic Cliffside Castle Few castles in Ireland match the dramatic setting of Dunluce Castle along the Causeway Coast. The ruins sit right on the edge of towering Atlantic cliffs, creating one of the most photographed castle locations in Ireland. Visitors can explore: Ruins of the castle keep Clifftop viewpoints Visitor center exhibits about the castle's history The castle itself is impressive, but the surrounding views may be even more memorable. Two particularly stunning viewpoints include: The bend in the road east of the castle, where it suddenly appears in front of you Magheracross viewpoint west of the castle, offering a sweeping coastal perspective Bring a jacket — the winds here are often strong even on calm days. Ireland's Best Castle Hotels Ashford Castle viewed from the gardens Ashford Castle (County Mayo) – The Luxury Castle Stay For travelers dreaming of staying in a castle, Ashford Castle delivers a truly luxurious experience. Approaching Kinnity Castle Kinnitty Castle (County Offaly) – The Most Authentic Castle Stay For travelers who want a castle experience that feels historic and intimate, Kinnitty Castle is a wonderful option. Unlike many castle hotels that have been extensively modernized, Kinnitty retains much of its traditional character. The baronial rooms at the top of the castle feature exposed stone and wood, creating the feeling of being a guest in a historic residence. Activities nearby include: Horseback riding Archery Hill walking in the Slieve Bloom Mountains Guests can also visit nearby attractions like Birr Castle and Gardens. Researchers in Australia have developed an AI tool that means a routine mammogram can also monitor your heart health. The study, published in Heart, the journal of the British Cardiovascular Society, shows it's as accurate as the standard methods used by doctors. Cardiologist and Associate Professor Clare Arnott, Global Director of the Cardiovascular Program at The George Institute for Global Health, which is an independent medical research organization, joins Nuala McGovern from Sydney to discuss the work.Prisons are failing to get the basics right when it comes to helping vulnerable inmates keep in touch with families, that's according to a report out today. The investigation by His Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons looked at jails in general, but visited two women's prisons as part of their inspections. They found keeping in touch with families was too often only seen as ‘nice to have,' and having a detrimental impact on both prisoners and their children. Nuala talks to HM Chief Inspector of Prisons Charlie Taylor, and also to Sophie Carter, whose partner is 18 months into a 25-year sentence.Now for a moment of history in the Church of England. Dame Sarah Mullally, the new Archbishop of Canterbury, is today beginning a pilgrimage from St Paul's Cathedral to Canterbury. In this Monday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right into discussing the Pittsburgh Steelers agreeing to terms with free agent DL Sebastian Joseph-Day on Friday. We recap our thoughts on the Joseph-Day addition, how he fits in Pittsburgh, his contract details, and much more. The Steelers received a sizeable 2026 salary cap credit over the weekend, so Alex and I recap the details related to that. We also give an update on where the Steelers now sit roughly when it comes to available salary cap space in the middle of March. Alex and I also look at where else the Steelers might look at adding a few additional free agents on the cheap moving forward. The 2026 roster bonuses have now been earned by DB Jalen Ramsey and ILB Patrick Queen as of Sunday, so Alex and I discuss how it appears both players are now more likely to be on the team's roster this coming season. 03/16/26: Jamie Selzler sits down with his cousin and West Fargo United hockey coach, Kennedy Blair. Kennedy just finsihed her first year as head coach of the West Fargo United Girls’ Hockey Program, and helped bring the team to win the state championship. Kennedy began her collegiate career at the University of North Dakota (2016–17), redshirting her freshman season. She then transferred to Mercyhurst University, where she made an immediate impact as a freshman, earning All-CHA Rookie Team honors and being named CHA Goaltender of the Year. Over three seasons with the Lakers, she helped lead the team to a CHA Championship in 2020, earning CHA All-Tournament MVP honors, multiple CHA Goaltender of the Week and Month awards, and establishing herself as one of the top goaltenders in the conference. In 2020, Blair transferred to the University of Wisconsin, where she helped the Badgers capture the 2021 NCAA National Championship and was recognized as a two-time semi-finalist for NCAA Division I National Goalie of the Year.
