Thai musician talks about transforming his musical acumen from a hobby to a livelihood.

His latest single, 'Till The End (For You), celebrates the idea that true love is always worth fighting for. Blending pop and R&B with subtle EDM influences, the track delivers both emotional depth and an uplifting energy.  The song came together during a period of creative exploration. While Pran was still discovering the direction he wanted to take with his album, his manager shared several reference tracks that helped guide the process. Inspired by those songs, Pran began shaping his own sound, and the hook quickly became something he could not shake. In the chorus, he sings:  Cause I know you would fight for me Cause I see that you trusted me Cause I saw that you care for me  The track captures the strength and security of real love and the fear of losing something that feels unbreakable. Its production creates an energetic, comforting atmosphere, while Pran's light and airy vocals reflect the weightless feeling of a love that feels endless.  “When you have love, you have to fight for it,” Pran says.  As a songwriter, Pran often explores the many layers of love. His previous single, All I Need Is Love, focused on heartbreak, while 'Till The End (For You) continues the story from a different perspective. This new release represents the next chapter, where love has been found and is now something worth protecting.  “This song is connected to my previous single because while that one was about heartbreak, the character found love in the end,” he explains. “Now the character is in a fulfilling relationship and he's continuing to fight for it.”  This marks only Pran's second official single, and he is excited to finally share it with listeners. While he initially felt some anxiety releasing his earlier work, he also felt a sense of relief and freedom once the music reached the world. Being able to release the music he truly envisioned and present it authentically has been a rewarding experience.  “I love the freedom of being able to release music without any restrictions,” he says.  Pran's album is set for release later this year. While love will remain a central theme in his music, he also plans to explore new subjects and expand his creative range.  “I hope people enjoy the music and have a great time listening to it,” he adds.  'Till The End (For You) is available now on all major streaming platforms. La présidente du conseil d'administration, Claire Le Lay, et le directeur, Avinash Teelock, ont été révoqués hier, avec effet immédiat. Interrogé à ce sujet, le ministre du Tourisme, Richard Duval, a confirmé la décision en précisant qu'elle n'a pas été prise à la légère. «C'est une décision que j'aurais dû prendre depuis bien longtemps », a-t-il confié, ajoutant qu'il a « attendu près d'un an » avant de franchir ce pas. Une attente qualifiée de longue haleine par le ministre, qui estime aujourd'hui que le moment était venu d'agir. Richard Duval a tenu à rappeler que, malgré ces changements à la tête de la MTPA, le ministère du Tourisme se porte bien. « Nous connaissons une croissance extraordinaire, c'est une année record pour le secteur », a-t-il souligné. Concernant la transition à la MTPA, le ministre a expliqué que la réunion spéciale du conseil d'administration, tenue hier, a été présidée par le Permanent Secretary du ministère. Un Officer in Charge sera désigné pour assurer l'intérim en attendant la reconstitution d'un nouveau board, avec la nomination d'un nouveau président et directeur. « Don nou enn tigit létan », a conclu Richard Duval.

Para él, “se acabó el alquiler turístico para pequeños propietarios, en todo el área de Madrid se va a prohibir el alquiler turístico donde se mezcle huéspedes y vecinos”. Además, añade que “que todos los propietarios que tengan un alquiler en esta situación, que son el 90% en Madrid, tienen malas noticias”. ¿Cómo afecta esto al mercado inmobiliario? El Cofundador de Homely Capital Group explica las consecuencias que tiene el plan RESIDE al mercado inmobiliario. “El Ayuntamiento de Madrid ha cerrado una puerta y ha abierto otra”, afirma el experto. Para él, lo que ha hecho es “concentrar todo el alquiler turístico en edificios completos dentro del centro histórico. Además añade que “lo que se está diciendo a los pequeños jugadores y bienvenidos a los grandes fondos y jugadores profesionales que puedan permitirse un edificio completo”. ¿Cómo afecta esto a corto plazo? “Lo que vamos a ver es una disminución de las plazas turísticas, lo que va hacer que a corto plazo suban los precios de los hoteles y a los apartamentos que tengan licencia”, asegura el invitado. El Ayuntamiento de Madrid ha dado luz verde al Plan RESIDE, que reemplaza al Plan Especial de Hospedaje (PEH) de 2019 y define un nuevo marco regulador para las viviendas de uso turístico (VUT). La nueva normativa impone restricciones más estrictas para la apertura de pisos turísticos en inmuebles residenciales, aunque incorpora una novedad importante: permite que edificios completos puedan destinarse exclusivamente a este tipo de actividad.
