Skip shares how difficult the last couple of years was at a previous job. He felt lost and stuck. Is this all he could do? He realized once he started talking out loud and feeling heard, that life started to change for the better. It is scared to do something different but they is something surprising when things start to go right. When you live in a fearful environment, you internalize it. Now, have to unlearn all that, it has been a beautiful yet scary process.
Skip chats about how he has been dealing with his anxiety and depression a bit differently than in the past. Sometimes you have to take supplements and medicine to be able to deal with the racing thoughts. You also have to build healthy habits to be able to deal with depression. Anxiety and depression aren't things you can control but you have to work with.
Skip discusses finally working in the new job and how it has affected his mindset. He is now figuring out what is next in other areas of life. It is freeing to achieve the things you want in life and leaving spaces that no longer swerve you. What is the next challenge for you in your life?
