Main Themes and Important Ideas:1. Definition and Core Principle:Sovereign immunity is a legal doctrine stating that the state (or sovereign) cannot be sued without its consent. It is rooted in the historical maxim "the king can do no wrong," reflecting the idea of the sovereign's immunity from legal liability in their own courts. The doctrine has evolved from its absolute form to a more nuanced concept in modern legal systems.Quote: "Sovereign immunity is a legal doctrine that essentially holds that the state—or, more generally, the sovereign—cannot be sued without its consent."2. Historical Origins:The doctrine originates in the English common law system, where the monarch was seen as the personification of the state and immune from suit. This foundational belief has significantly influenced the development of state immunity in many jurisdictions. The evolution of democratic governments has led to a re-examination and limitation of the absolute form of sovereign immunity.Quote: "Historically, the monarch was seen as the personification of the state, and because it was considered improper to subject the sovereign to the ordinary legal process, no one could sue him."3. Doctrinal Foundations:The doctrine operates on two central principles: non-liability (the government is immune unless it waives immunity) and consent (the government can choose to be subject to its legal system).Governmental accountability in modern society necessitates the possibility of voluntary waiver of immunity.Quote: "At its heart, the doctrine operates on two central principles: the idea of non-liability and the concept of consent."4. Constitutional Underpinnings (U.S. Context):The U.S. Constitution, particularly the Eleventh Amendment, plays a pivotal role. The Eleventh Amendment generally prevents citizens from suing a state in federal court without the state's consent, overruling Chisholm v. Georgia. The Supreme Court has broadly interpreted the Eleventh Amendment to reinforce state sovereign immunity. This immunity is not absolute; exceptions exist where states consent or Congress validly abrogates immunity.Quote: "Ratified in the wake of the landmark case of Chisholm v. Georgia, the Eleventh Amendment essentially overruled the ability of citizens to sue a state in federal court without the state's consent."5. Key Case Law:Cases like Hans v. Louisiana reaffirmed state immunity from suits in federal court by citizens of another state or foreign citizens without consent.Case law has refined the understanding of valid waivers, what constitutes "consent," and how to balance immunity with individual rights. These cases highlight the dynamic tension between immunity and accountability.6. Practical Implications in Litigation:Understanding sovereign immunity is paramount for attorneys involved in lawsuits against the government. It can act as a shield for governmental entities, protecting them from disruptive or resource-straining claims. It can also leave injured parties without a remedy. The first step for a plaintiff is often determining if immunity applies and whether it has been waived.Quote: "For attorneys practicing in this field, understanding sovereign immunity is paramount because it affects the strategies employed in bringing or defending lawsuits against the government."7. Waiver of Sovereign Immunity:Governments can consent to be sued through waiver, which can be express (e.g., in statutes like tort claims acts or contracts) or implied (e.g., through commercial activity). When a government operates in the marketplace like a private entity, courts may find an implied waiver.Understanding the nuances of waiver is crucial for determining the viability of a lawsuit against the government.Quote: "Waiver is the mechanism by which a government entity consents to be sued, effectively setting aside its sovereign immunity. This can occur either expressly or impliedly."8. Debates on Scope and Fairness:Proponents argue immunity is e
[00:00:00] - Joe returns from Mexico and shares travel stories involving cheap booze and some sketchy logistics. The crew transitions into the release of JFK files, highlighting the disappointment that no conclusive “smoking gun” was revealed, despite Rep. Paulina Luna claiming NBC has unseen Oswald footage. [00:10:00] - Speculation about the hidden Oswald footage continues. Talk turns to media cover-ups, the CIA's possible involvement, and the suppression of controversial stories like Epstein. Then, the show pivots to bizarre headlines about robot dogs, AI homes, and MIT's proposal to use ethically-sourced human bodies in medical research. [00:20:00] - The gang dives deep into the implications of lab-grown human bodies without minds—used for organ harvesting or testing. They joke about AI-human hybrids, but note the serious ethical red flags. References are made to China's organ industry and the elite's likely monopolization of such tech. [00:30:00] - Continued discussion on "empty vessels" and the MIT article suggesting artificial wombs and AI integration. The idea of using cloned human shells without brains is dissected. Hosts mockingly suggest using these shells as “defective products” with customer complaints. [00:40:00] - A strange true crime case is explored: Peter Bergmann, a man who meticulously erased his identity before dying mysteriously on an Irish beach. The situation mirrors Missing 411 cases—neatly folded clothes, strange behavior, water nearby—sparking theories about his intent and identity. [00:50:00] - Theories swirl around Bergmann's story: Was he terminally ill, a spy, or something else? Mike credits a Discord user for the tip. Then Joe shares a revelation: he's come around on ancient pyramid theories and now believes in advanced prehistory and lost civilizations. [01:00:00] - Comedy breaks enter with a satirical AI ad about the “George Droid,” packed with racial and corporate parody. They analyze how bizarre and well-produced these AI skits are becoming, connecting it to past stories like Hasidic Jews digging tunnels under a building in NY. [01:10:00] - A political segment mocks Biden's speech flubs and contrasts them with more articulate figures. The gang talks Tesla's Democrat-heavy user base, leftist protests, and a satire piece on the Department of Imaginary Concerns by Scott Adams. Governmental overreach and absurdity are recurring themes. [01:20:00] - Signal's possible compromise sparks a chat about surveillance and government setups. They vent over bureaucratic waste, citing fraud and COVID relief abuse. Gavin Newsom's home repair regulations are mocked to highlight nonsensical red tape and overregulation. [01:30:00] - They unpack global population data, suggesting billions may be uncounted. The inaccuracy of rural census data is criticized, and theories emerge about shadow populations and manipulated demographics. They mention satellite and mobile data as better population estimators. [01:40:00] - A wild story out of New Jersey breaks: a police chief accused of disturbing workplace pranks, including spiking coffee with Viagra, setting off firecrackers, exposing himself, and jabbing an officer with a needle. The crew debates the difference between pranks and criminal acts. [01:50:00] - Another quirky tale: A Ford executive kept a 15-year-long spreadsheet of coworkers' malapropisms and linguistic flubs, turning it into a leaderboard of grammar fails. They laugh at some of the worst offenses like “reinvent the ocean” and “broken drum.” It's the nerdiest kind of office drama. [02:00:00] - The show wraps up with musings on civil war hysteria, AI integration into society, and weird AI-assisted ramblings about eastern medicine. They joke about penis scandals, secret cybernetic creations, and speculate on how medicine and society are morphing in dystopian ways. Send us a messageLet us begin with the warning of Lord Jesus in Matthew 24:4: “See to it that no one deceives you!” With that sacred caution, in Matthew 24:24, our Beloved Savior revealed that there would be false Christs – false prophets – and false teachers among us – and that the enemy's deception would be so masterful and cunning – that even the elect would be in danger of being deceived. In both the Books Daniel and Revelation, God's Prophetic Word of Truth also makes certain that there will be a “One World Religious, Governmental, and Economic” Empire that will be ruled by the Antichrist for the seven-year period of the Tribulation. And that it will be a time of suffering that the world has never known before - or will ever know again. Only those who have been “born again” of the Spirit of the Living God will escapethis Righteous Judgment of the Lord God Almighty that will come upon the unbelieving of the world who rejected the love of the Truth so as to be saved. In this message, we expose the deceptive strategies the enemy is employing to lead as many as he can into his “One World” Religious deception – and most importantly how to be guaranteed freedom from his web of deception and ushered into Eternal Life in Jesus Christ the Lord!Support the showVisit our website: https://agapelightministries.com/
Diversity, equity, and inclusion programs have come under attack in American boardrooms, state legislatures, college campuses, and now broadly across the federal government. President Donald Trump, hours after swearing in this week, began making good on promises to wage war against such policies, inking an executive order banning efforts such as “environmental justice programs,” “equity initiatives,” and DEI considerations in federal hiring.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/racism-white-privilege-in-america--4473713/support.

It shouldn't be any surprise that extortion is a common practice in government. After the 1980 to 1988 war, Saddam Hussein asked President George H. Bush what he was going to give him for fighting Iran. Bush replied, "Nothing. You didn't win," So Hussein invaded Kuwait for its oil, which made Bush invade Iraq. Extortion can have serious consequences. President Trump says he'll stop the Ukraine/Russia war if Ukraine will give back 350 billion. In an episode of the Money Meets Medicine podcast, hosts Dr. Jimmy Turner and Justin Harvey discuss optimizing retirement plans, specifically addressing the complexities and benefits of 457 plans. The conversation emphasizes the need to distinguish between governmental and non-governmental 457 plans, analyzing their risks and benefits. Governmental 457 plans offer flexibility and can be rolled over into an IRA or another retirement account, while non-governmental 457s present more risks and limitations, such as forced distributions and potential employer insolvency. The hosts discuss the circumstances under which a taxable brokerage account might be a better alternative due to its flexibility and potential for tax efficiency. They also highlight the importance of understanding one's long-term employment plans and financial goals when making these decisions. The episode includes listener questions and emphasizes the significance of disability insurance and comprehensive financial planning. This Flashback Friday is from episode 262, published last June 9, 2012. Countries around the globe are teetering on the brink of bankruptcy, with our own country no exception. Jason Hartman interviews Dr. Kirk Elliot, Ph.D., investment adviser with ICA, on monetary and fiscal policy and the irresponsibility of governments around the world. Using Greece as an example, Dr. Elliott states that when governments run out of money, they start doing crazy things. The one fundamental issue in Greece is public debt, over which they lost their autonomy and are now under the rules of the EU. Italy, Iceland, Portugal, France and others are on the verge of bankruptcy and due to that, the EU has been unable to bail out Greece. Across the pond in the U.S., we have lost our credit rating and are losing the reserve currency status with a lack of interest in our Treasury bills and notes. The definition of inflation is an increase in the money supply, and price increases are a symptom of inflation. As more money is printed, it loses value and nobody wants it, which is sending the U.S. down the same tube as other countries in economic crisis. People around the world have lost faith in the U.S. dollar and the country's ability to repay its debt. Dr. Elliott says when interest rates go up, it will open a whole new can of worms with the bond market, which will come crashing down hard on retirees and insurance companies. But it's not all doom and gloom. There are counter-cyclical investment strategies that people should take advantage of that are attached to physical assets, such as precious metals and real estate investments (commodities with universal need.) Kirk Elliott has been an investment adviser with ICA in Durango, Colorado since January of 2002 and has been working in the financial services industry since 1994. The National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI), in conjunction with their partners Data Edge, Timing Solutions and HEAnet, are hosting Ireland's inaugural Time & Sync Forum today, 11th Feb 2025, in Santry, Dublin. The event is bringing together a number of leading authorities in timing and synchronisation from Ireland, the UK and the European Commission to discuss key topics and policies relating to critical infrastructure on the island of Ireland. Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) technologies play a crucial role in modern economies, and enable over 10% of Europe's annual GDP, or more than €14 trillion*. Major industries such as communications, energy, transportation, public services and financial services are increasingly reliant on precise timing and timing distribution to deliver their services. Commenting on the event, Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, Peter Burke TD said, "Position, Navigation and Timing technologies are a core part of the work of a number of industries that are cornerstones of the Irish economy. Earlier this year, the Programme for Government committed to delivering a strong enterprise and fiscal framework to support competitiveness and the growth of a strong industrial base which has created jobs, grown exports, promoted innovation, and raised our standard of living. I warmly welcome this event, focussed on building on the launch of the National Timing Grid, and its role in advancing Ireland's domestic capabilities to support industry." Following on from the successful launch of Ireland's first National Timing Grid in 2023, the NSAI is hosting the Forum to promote the continuing need for Ireland to have as much control over its timing infrastructure as possible, including the potential replacement of Greenwich Mean Time with a domestic equivalent. Keynote speakers include Dr. Leon Lobo, Head of the National Timing Centre (NTC) programme at Britain's National Physical Laboratory, who is delivering its national timing strategy. Dr. Lukasz Bonenberg, Space Programmes Policy and Scientific Officer, Joint Research Centre (JRC), European Commission, will also provide his expertise having worked on Galileo, the EU's Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). Between them, Drs. Lobo and Bonenberg will provide an important overview of PNT resiliency across Europe. Along with Data Edge, Timing Solutions and HEAnet, NSAI are currently working on enhancing Ireland's PNT capabilities through the National Timing Grid and the distribution of verified global GNSS data to support compliance with the upcoming EU NIS2 Directive. This update to the EU's original Network and Information Security (NIS) Directive significantly expands cybersecurity obligations for critical infrastructure sectors. NSAI's National Metrology Laboratory (NML), based in Glasnevin, maintains the reference measurement standards for Time & Frequency and contribute their atomic clock data to the International Bureau for Weights and Measures (BIPM) who maintain and calculate Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Whilst Legal Time in Ireland is under the remit of the Department of Justice, the internationally accepted representation of the second in Ireland is maintained by the NSAI's NML. David Fleming, National Standards Authority of Ireland, Technical Manager for Time, said, "We expect this important gathering to provide valuable insights which help us to inform policy development at a Governmental level and outline the requirements for investment in key timing infrastructure for the country. In a time of disruption and major technological advancements, Ireland needs to be as self-sufficient in this area as possible, while also aligning fully with our international counterparts." "With this event, we are aiming to draw in and engage as many interested stakeholders as possible to determine the requirements across the diverse sectors dependent upon precise timing." —-According to Our new President 47 ,DJT : A nation's success rests on merit, not identity. Diversity hiring, while well-intentioned, risks compromising standards, potentially hindering progress. Prioritizing factors other than qualifications may lead to less competent individuals in crucial roles, weakening institutions and slowing advancement.——However, Additionally, implementing tariffs against major consumers can trigger retaliatory measures, harming domestic industries reliant on exports. Such actions disrupt established trade relationships, potentially leading to economic instability and reduced global competitiveness. In a world increasingly interconnected, protectionist policies can have far-reaching consequences, impacting not only the nation imposing them but also the global economy. China's consumption, powered by a more proactive fiscal policy and a moderately loose monetary policy, will bring out greater vitality and play a bigger role in spurring overall economic growth this year, said officials and executives.Consumer goods trade-in initiatives will serve a strong catalyst in boosting market sentiment and fueling consumer spending in the world's second-largest economy, in the face of escalating trade barriers and the tepid appetite in the property market, they added.China has put scaling up domestic demand high on its policy agenda this year, with expanding consumption a top priority. Policymakers have fleshed out a set of specific measures to this end, Vice-Minister of Commerce Sheng Qiuping said at a news conference."Governmental stimulus is key to elevating consumer sentiment, and this significant support will be instrumental in upgrading consumption and driving high-quality development," said Jean-Paul Agon, chairman of L'Oreal Group. In particular, the country's trade-in initiatives, which have contributed to a more than 1 percentage point increase in the annual growth of the country's total retail sales last year, will cover a wider range of consumer goods and offer more attractive incentives this year, Sheng said.China is likely to double the funding for its consumer goods trade-in initiatives this year, reaching 300 billion yuan ($41.4 billion), said Wang Qing, chief macroeconomic analyst at Golden Credit Rating International. This move is forecast to lead to an additional 750 billion yuan in consumption in 2025, equivalent to a 1.5 percentage point acceleration in the growth rate of total retail sales of consumer goods, Wang added. As of Thursday, the government has received 34,000 applications for car trade-ins so far this year, while 844,000 consumers have purchased more than 1 million home appliances under the initiative, data from the ministry showed.Notably, some 7.92 million consumers have already applied for 10.79 million digital devices, since the trade-in program in this newly added category began on Monday, according to the ministry. These consumption-boosting initiatives are off to a good start, as they align with the growing consumer desire for technological innovation, improved efficiency and enhanced aesthetics, Wang said.In China's rapidly evolving consumer market, marked by a constant stream of new products and technologies, the key to success is not just the sheer volume of offerings, but rather the level of personalization, sophistication and relevance that companies can bring to the table, said Victor Leal Negre, senior vice-president of Greater China Grooming at Procter & Gamble."Each year, we feel the evolving consumption demands of Chinese consumers, which translates into our product innovations, allowing us to serve consumers more effectively," Negre said.Looking ahead to this year, China will continue to expand high-level opening-up, particularly in the services sector, which will further strengthen its role in stabilizing growth, employment and household incomes, Zhu said.Meanwhile, the government can offer more policy support to help localities purchase existing housing stock for affordable and rental housing purposes, which will also address the financing difficulties faced by real estate developers, Zhu added. With the gradual stabilization of the real estate market and the deepening implementation of government policies to stimulate consumption, consumer confidence is expected to rebound substantially in the next 12 to 18 months, global management consultancy McKinsey & Company said in a report in October.

In a Wall Street Journal op-ed, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy discuss details of their plans to eliminate some governmental rules along with many federal workers. As part of the Department of Governmental, Efficiency, the pair will be outside volunteers overseeing a staff of “small government crusaders.” They are looking to make administrative and regulatory cuts and save money. The plan is to “identify rules that exceed the authority Congress granted agencies.” They'll run it past lawyers and then present it to Trump who will be able to take executive action. If regulations are cut, the staff working in those areas will likely be unnecessary. Team DOGE will be whittling agencies down to the minimum number required to perform legal and constitutional duties. Those workers who lose jobs will not be saved by civil service protections, according to Musk and Ramaswamy as cuts would fall under a “reduction in force.” We will discuss it with political analyst and journalist, Michael Shure. We'll also ask him what he thinks about Pam Bondi, Trump‘s new candidate to be the US Attorney General. We'll swing by Florida to see what those crazy kids are up to. Get ready to pick your favorite story of Friday Fabulous Florida. It's a big weekend at the movies. Gladiator 2 and Wicked are on the big screens. We will find out if either are worth your time or money. The Culture Blaster, Michael Snyder, brings his critical eye.
Transcript:Hello! This is Pastor Don of Christ Redeemer Church. Welcome to The Kingdom Perspective! You would be hard pressed to find a better or more succinct statement of the Christian understanding of limited human authority than that given by the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. In April of 1963, he was imprisoned for protesting the overreach of laws mandating the segregation of races in the Jim Crow South. Writing from a Birmingham jail, he responded to white clergy that criticized his tactics in fighting these unjust laws. King responded with gracious but pointed truth, deeply rooted in the biblical tradition. Listen:“One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws. I would agree with St. Augustine that ‘an unjust law is no law at all'” (emphasis added). Dr. King goes on to raise the question:“Now, what is the difference between the two? How does one determine whether a law is just or unjust? A just law is a man-made code that squares with the moral law…of God. An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law. To put it in the terms of St. Thomas Aquinas: An unjust law is a human law that is not rooted in eternal law and natural law.” (King, Martin Luther Jr. “Letter from a Birmingham Jail.” In Why We Can't Wait, 1963.) Now, what is Dr. King saying? Governmental authority is legitimate only to the degree that it squares with the Law of God. When human authority runs contrary to the Law of God, it abrogates its authority and must be disobeyed. Something to think about from The Kingdom Perspective. “When they had brought them, they stood them before the Council. The high priest questioned them, saying, ‘We gave you strict orders not to continue teaching in this name, and yet, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.' But Peter and the apostles answered, ‘We must obey God rather than men. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you had put to death by hanging Him on a cross. He is the one whom God exalted to His right hand as a Prince and a Savior, to grant repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.'”~ Acts 5:27-32 (NASB95)

I'm grateful to sit down with former Alaska Attorney General Michael Geraghty today to discuss the judicial selection and retention process in the Great Land.As Co-Chair for Alaskans for Fair Courts, Geraghty has spent a lot of time defending the current system of judges having to go through the Alaska Judicial Council, a quasi-Governmental agency, to get appointed by the Governor. He is passionate and sincere in believing that our process is the envy of the country. I argue that the Alaska Judicial Council's retention evaluation process is severely deficient because it includes no analysis of a judge or justice's overall “judicialphilosophy” regarding the proper methodology for interpreting statutory and constitutional provisions. This is a fatal flaw, because no other aspect of judicial performance has a greaterpotential to impact the lives of all Alaskans – not just those who happen to find themselves in a courtroom at some point in their lives.Hope you can tune in. It's a cordial and necessary conversation.Support the show
We'll briefly discuss when a pharmacist might choose not to dispense medication, even with a valid doctor's order. In a recent case, a doctor sued the Iowa Board of Pharmacy and the Iowa Board of Medicine when a pharmacy refused to fill a prescription for Ivermectin, a livestock drug sometimes used to treat parasites in people and allegedly COVID-19. This incident highlights a dilemma in the pharmacy world, especially post-pandemic. While pharmacists ensure the safety and appropriateness of medication, the debate around drugs like Ivermectin has spotlighted their autonomy and clinical judgment. Many states require pharmacists to act independently, determining the appropriateness of therapy in conjunction with doctors. This independent role can impact reimbursement, licensing, and job descriptions.Switching gears, we also discuss pharmacists refusing to dispense birth control due to personal beliefs. A USA Today story exposed a scenario where a pharmacist refused to fill a birth control prescription, citing faith as the reason. Such actions raise questions about the extent to which pharmacists can exercise independent medical judgment.Governmental authorities, like the Department of Health and Human Services, argue against pharmacists withholding medications based on personal beliefs, stating it creates barriers to essential healthcare. However, courts often decide these cases on a state-by-state basis. As pharmacists, you're trusted to make decisions prioritizing patient care. These instances stress the traditional framework, urging a discussion on balancing professional discretion with medical guidelines. The ongoing cases and complex conversations invite deeper exploration into the ethics, laws, and evolving roles of pharmacists. Support the show

The moment we've been waiting for... what does the bible say about governmental authorities? The apostle Peter helps Jesus followers explore their calling to engage politics in a way that unifies the church and attracts the unbeliever. With the presidential election just one month away, the timing of this teaching could not be any better.
Send us a textCould a gag order against a former president redefine the boundaries of the First Amendment? Join us as legal expert Ron Berutti unravels the complexities of a controversial legal battle challenging this very issue. Berutti, representing a media client, argues that the gag order in Donald Trump's case not only veers away from its intended purpose of ensuring a fair trial but also threatens press freedom. Together, we dissect the constitutional arguments, look into potential biases within the judiciary, and ponder the ramifications on upcoming elections, underscoring the significance of this case for our democratic principles. Our conversation shifts gears to the intricate landscape of media bias and its influence on public perception. Are certain narratives purposely left in the shadows? We scrutinize the slant of mainstream media, suggesting a possible left-leaning tilt while acknowledging scrutiny faced by outlets like Fox News. With references to figures such as Tim Walz and Liz Collins, we explore how news can be skewed, drawing parallels with Orwellian themes of distorted truths. The impact of this media bias, especially in relation to the gag order on Trump's First Amendment rights, offers a thought-provoking discussion on the integrity of information in today's society.Governmental overreach and the erosion of personal freedoms emerge as crucial topics in our episode. From contentious mask mandates and vaccine policies to the broader implications of constitutional rights, the challenges faced by individuals in confronting authority. Personal stories of legal battles and historical reflections, including a family's escape from communist Yugoslavia, highlight the enduring struggle for justice and freedom. In advocating for civil discourse and engagement, we champion the power of peaceful advocacy in preserving our inalienable rights, urging listeners to reflect on the constitutional processes essential to a just and equitable society.Gene German Certified Firearms Instructor - Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, FloridaDisclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. Mark often said that Martial Artists beat out mind controlled assassins every time, since Martial Arts are driven from within the infinite strength of the human spirit while mind control is merely driven by outside influence. As stated in my previous podcast “Align with the Divine”, Mark was a master of Martial Arts capable of mind over matter and turning timeless energy to his advantage.Masters of Martial Arts are masters of divine alignment of mind, brain, body and spirit to move faster than the eye can see “in time” to exert seemingly super human capabilities. Their injuries can heal before they form, so pain is not even in their equation.MK Ultra programming of military special forces taps into this innate mind brain body function to direct hyper endurance and seemingly super human capabilities. These capabilities can include 44x visual acuity, heightened senses of hearing and smell, telepathy, remote viewing, and rapid healing capabilities. "No time to bleed" is an MK Ultra program that reaches deep into the part of the brain that controls heartbeat and breathing, whereby a soldier can take a bullet and keep going to complete his mission without bleeding. Masters of Martial Arts access these innate abilities through knowing the ins and outs of their own mind brain body function from within themselves. These birth right capabilities driven by the strength of the human spirit are far stronger than any outside influenced mind control program can inspire. How fortunate for us all that a man of Mark's integrity and wisdom was working the highest levels of intelligence mind sciences to preserve the sanctity of free thought. He opposed the increasing governMental use of MK Ultra mind control on the military, on private citizens like myself, and on humanity as a whole. How fortunate for me that he retaliated by lifting my daughter Kelly and me right out of the Wash DC MK Ultra mind control human trafficking swamp in 1988.Mark reminded me that it is within us all to heal from any level of trauma, abuse, grief, or control. Not only did he hand me keys to my mind as detailed in PTSD: Time to Heal, he also was an inspiration of resiliency of body mind and spirit by the way he lived his own life.It is no wonder I was able to heal from 30 years of torturous MK Ultra mind control, reclaim my innate power, and evolve with knowledge that is our defense against mind control! My experience healing from MK Ultra mind control required consciously aligning the divine with the ins and outs of my mind, brain, and body. I quickly learned that there is far more to me than my torturous programmers could think to take, and that what they used for their evil means I could freely use for good. Reversing their negative into positive became easier and easier as I exercised my innate capability. Considering that trauma shuts down neuron pathways in the brain, it is easy to understand how love safely opens them. Since my spirit is love, that energy force driving my own brain opened my mind to new possibilities. When Kelly was a prisoner in custody of so-called Child Protective Services, she still strived to integrate herself and heal from her MK Ultra experience. When she identified her core self as the light inside her, I encouraged her to consciously shine it brighter and brighter whenever she felt intruded upon-which occurred often in the corrupt system. While Kelly turned within herself to strengthen against outside influence by living true-to-soul, my self healing path was accelerated by love for her and by being in a supportive environment. "You have to know where you've been to know where you're going," Mark had wisely said when he pulled up to rescue me in his 1988 DeLorean. Read the full article here!
In this month's Kingdom Leadership Podcast, Rev. Fred Hartley, III teaches that governmental intercession is essential for preparing the church for revival and Christ's return. He explains using Psalm 24 that intercessors, who embody humility and authority, are key in bringing God's glory to earth through deep prayer and spiritual warfare. For the purposes of this Study – we are going to concentrate on the Governmental arm of the “One World Empire” of the Antichrist – especially as the election for the next President of the United States draws near. For just as the religious counterfeits have continued to grow in deception and power – the “One World Government” has been developing “step by Luciferianstep.” And in order to substantiate that truth, I am going to offer a timeline that we will pick up with in the 1700's, and follow its progression up until the last prophetic minutes of the Last Hour in which we are now living. This effort will offer Scriptural proof that the whole world is most definitely under the power of the evil one (1 John 5:19) with man's only hope being to be “Born Again” of the Spirit of the Living God and transferred from the realm of sin and darkness and into His Glorious Kingdom of Love, Light, and Eternal Life.Support the Show.Visit our website: https://agapelightministries.com/

Today is Mom's Equal Pay Day so we're talking about the reality of motherhood in America today, no not the reality we see on social media where momfluencers make pregnancy to childbirth, to raising multiple kids seem like a breeze…we're talking about what it's really like to have kids in a country that doesn't make it easy for us. Jessica Grose, author of, “Screaming on the Inside: The Unsustainability of American Motherhood,” said she did everything right before she had kids, she was married, had a successful, thriving career, and was debt-free, but she still wasn't ready for the reality of motherhood, and doesn't think any of us are. We go over what every woman should do before welcoming a new addition to set themselves up for success. Takeaways: Having children in America can have negative financial and career implications. Cultural norms around motherhood in the United States are contradictory and place unrealistic expectations on mothers. Governmental solutions such as paid family leave and affordable childcare are needed to support working parents. Parents should support each other and ask for help when needed, and society should be more understanding and less judgmental of parents in public spaces. ISC Group, Inc. is affiliated with and Securities offered through Institutional Securities Corporation (ISC), Member FINRA/SIPC. Bill is a registered representative of ISC.In this episode, Eric and Bill discuss:Similarities and differences between 401(k) and 457(b) plansState-by-state legal considerationsThe crucial role of learning and networking The benefits of 457(b) retirement plans Key Takeaways:Governmental 457(b) plans and more familiar options such as 401k's and 403b's share similar operational features, deferral limits, tax advantages, and investment options for participants. The most significant differentiator is that, unlike 401Ks, 457(b) plans can tailor specific benefits, like signing bonuses with vesting schedules, to certain employee types without the requirement to extend these to everybody within the organization.Depending on which state the organization exists, there are some legal considerations surrounding automatic enrollment in 457(b) plans, which would require you to navigate state-specific statutes and ERISA guidelines. Governmental benefit professionals face the daunting task of vendor procurement—often entangled with complex legal requirements and the intricacies of managing multiple providers.Learning and networking play crucial roles in navigating retirement plan options. The Texas Public Plan coalition's inaugural conference is a shining example of opportunities available for HR and financial professionals where they could make use of expertise sharing, planning, and networking opportunities. 457(b) retirement plans are the unsung heroes for governmental organizations, offering flexibility and a catered approach to employee benefits. Plan sponsors looking to design a feature-rich, flexible retirement plan would do well to consider the lesser-known advantages of 457(b) plans while keeping a recording of the educational resources and communities available to navigate their complexities.“When you give somebody too much choice - either you get paralysis by analysis and nobody takes advantage of the plan or they just pick the flashiness.” - Bill LeitnerConnect with Bill Leitner:Website: https://www.iscgroup.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/bill-leitner-5b36628/ Texas Public Plan Coalition: Website: https://txppc.org/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/txppc/posts/ Connect with Eric Dyson: Website: https://90northllc.com/Phone: 940-248-4800Email: contact@90northllc.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/401kguy/ The information contained herein is general in nature and is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. It is not intended to provide a specific recommendation of any type of product or service discussed in this presentation or to provide any warranties, financial advice or legal advice. The specific facts and circumstance of all qualified plans can vary and the information contained in this podcast may or may not apply to your individual circumstances or to your plan or client plan specific circumstances.
