Listeners of The Grind-Cast that love the show mention:The Grindcast is an exceptional podcast that I have been listening to for a couple of years now. It has become my go-to podcast for business owners and anyone looking to level up in their life. What sets this podcast apart is the mind, body, and spirit approach that Simon Arias preaches. He covers all these topics in depth and provides valuable insights and advice. I resonate with his philosophy as it aligns with how I try to live my life. Additionally, since Simon is local and knows some people I went to high school with, it feels more relatable and personal.
One of the best aspects of The Grindcast is its ability to provide inspirational words and help individuals reassess their habits. Whenever I am in need of motivation or want to reevaluate my actions, I turn to this podcast. Simon's episodes are filled with practical tips and strategies that can be immediately implemented into both personal and professional life. The guests he brings on the show are also highly knowledgeable and passionate about their respective fields. The production quality is top-notch, making it a pleasure to listen to.
If there was one downside to The Grindcast, it would be the frequency of episode releases. Many listeners, including myself, find themselves wanting more episodes as they are always craving for Simon's valuable insights. However, considering the quality of content provided in each episode, it's understandable that producing them regularly might take time.
In conclusion, The Grindcast is a must-listen podcast for anyone seeking inspiration and growth in their life and business endeavors. Simon Arias brings a unique level of energy and passion that cannot be duplicated. His authenticity shines through in every episode as he shares messages straight from the heart. Whether you're an entrepreneur or someone in a leadership position wishing to raise your standards, this podcast will undoubtedly provide you with the motivation and guidance you seek. Don't miss out on this incredible resource!

Don't get caught up only looking at people's highlight reel. Real growth happens in valleys & success is only highlighted at the summit of the mountain. Find someone you admire & then study what they had to go through to get where they are.
Too many people with serious potential fall into the trap of blaming and excuses. Take resposibility, commit to your mission, and you'll be surprised at how much your life will be changed.
Protect your assests! This week's episode isn't financial advice. It's way more important than that! Environment, Health, & Time are your most valuable assets. You have to be intentional about all three.
The root word of motivation is "motive" AKA your WHY. Motivation won't get you there alone, but motive will. If your motive is big enough, you're going to develop the discipline that you need to stay on the GRIND regardless of how motivated you feel.

Your energy & influence are dictated by your circle. Who are you surrounding yourself with?
Are you hungry or do you just want something to eat? Massive success isn't something you can just grab off of a grocery store shelf, you have to be willing to sacrifice, hunt, & forage. How hungry are you?
We've had a packed schedule lately & weren't able to film a few episodes, but wanted to give the audience an insider look at one of the team meetings. Each week we give all of our agents and managers the opportunity to huddle up & recognize the week's top performers and share a little inspiration.
Training is all about quality over quantity. The first step, regardless of what specific business or industry you're in, is outlining intentions & expectations with a trainee. After that, it's building a solid foundation of the fundamentals and expanding from there.
The best way to conquer anxiety is to develop habits that will greatly reduce, if not eliminate the chances of it getting the best of you. Mind, Body, Spirit, practicing gratitude, & envisioning you overcoming worst case scenarios will prep you to handle anything that might come your way.
