Making videos that reflect on the reality of motherhood, and connecting with so many other amazing parents and viewers has been something I will never forget and will cherish forever.    With that being said, Myles and I have decided that I am going to shift my focus from content creation to other areas at You Betcha. Laken is out of the country and Kasey and Sarah have some FOMO so they bring Macey on to talk the best ways to save up for their own vacation. Later on they call Laken and get the latest on how her vacation is going.

Laken is making her last minute arrangements to leave for Mexico (Finding a house sitter, dog sitter, and packing her kids bag for Grandma's) and she talks about some of the stresses of both her and her husband being away from their child for an extended period of time. She also goes over some of her most memorable parenting mistakes she's made.

The girls all dressed up as their favorite pop stars and talk about where their idols are at now and who's this generation's Britney Spears or Gwen Stefani is. Later on Dean the Military Medium joins and everyone does some intuition exercises involving Play-doh and blindfolds. (22:24)

The gals kick off the episode with their, “Rose, Thorns, and Buds” for the week. With Halloween quickly approaching, Laken wants to know if themed family costumes is annoying to do and when do you stop going with your kid trick or treating. She also brings up that houses should be handing out adult drinks for the parents suffering out in the cold.  

Laken is not in a good mood this week, she's recovering from hosting her kid's first sleepover, and she realized that kids today don't realize how good they have it. With streaming services, iPad's and not needing to memorize phone numbers. Later on in the episode Laken has been thinking about getting a side hustle to have some extra cash and the gals go over some great ones to do.

This weeks episode Laken gives a deep dive on hacks you can be doing to make your life as mom easier. With it feeling like fall now the gals go over some underrated/ overrated things about the season.

Kasey brings up more drama revolving around Kanye and Kim which leads into the latest surrounding Leonardo DiCaprio. Laken talks about how expensive it is to sign up your kids for after school sport activities. Things get heated between Kasey and Sara on the credibility of a study done by Utah regarding the price of youth hockey. Sara then pisses off Laken by saying that she doesn't like pumpkin flavored ice cream. The episode wraps with everyone talking about the positives and negatives of fall.

This week on the Hotdish Laken talks about the fun Sunday morning date she was able to have while her mom watched her kid and how hard it is to be intimate with your significant while being the parent to a kid ranging in ages from 3-14 years old. Being out and about she ended up at TJ max and found a Ray Dunn coffee mug and the ladies talk about how weird the Ray Dunn trend is. In the second segment Sara wen't to an Amy Schumer show this past week and the topic of “Creamrinse” was brought. The gals then jump into talking about being a Cartoon Network kid and what kind of cartoons you where watching growing up.

This week on The Hot Dish, the ladies recap Tyler's wedding and all the fun things that happened, including a drunk gas station run and Kasey taking them all over town trying to find a place to for breakfast to recover from the night before. In the second segment the gals play “Mansplaining” the card game, it's about as fun as you think it would be... 

Sarah starts the episode by talking about the goose she hit a few years back, Kasey and Laken also talk about some of the craziest animals they've hit. The topic of Tattoos is brought up and everyone discusses the different tattoos they have and plan to get!
