Taylor Byington and Cliff Sundstrom
The Chucky franchise goes meta and funny. Great cast, great deaths, not so great characters and acting. But all sins are forgiven with a little doll sex.
All work and no play leads to an abusive director and an occasional master piece. The Shining frequently ranks among top horror lists due to iconic imagery but do the characters and story deserve the hype?! You decide!

The legacy of Nosferatu will course through the blood stream of horror and the vampire subgenre for eternity. Dense with social critique and German expressionistic style the film has been parodied and paid homage countless times. Give it a watch before the 2024 remake is released!
Almost as good as the 1949 cartoon? JK. Tim Burton's take on a classic story of a headless horseman decapitating towns folk. Lot's of fun but his best work.

The gang moves to the big city but just won't let go as Ghostface returns.
Zombies! Ok, flesh eating rage infected humans. A favorite Danny Boyle "zombie" movie featuring break out roles from Cillian Murphy and Naomi Harris.
Period piece but not, feminist but not, horror but not. Transcending era and genre, Anna Biller's The Love Witch flips societal norms and expectations of women in film in a hyper stylized love potion of a film.
KILL IT! KILL IT WITH FIRE!!! Another John Carpenter horror staple. If you haven't seen it, turn it on now to watch a flame thrower wielding Kurt Russell wreak havoc on an isolated Antarctic research base.
Nothing says horror like old people fucking. A group filming an adult film on a remote farm aren't the only ones interested in seducing an audience.
