This is the new LEATHERFACE, by which I mean it's a prequel to the second reboot movie, not to be confused with TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE BEGINNING, which is a prequel to the first reboot. They find his skin, hanging from a meat hook, with none of his body inside.
