This week we speak with Jenny Manderino, Director of Accreditation LifeCare Oklahoma/Arkansas with Vizient.  Jenny has been a nurse for 25 years and the first half of her career was spent at the bedside and afterwards assuming various leadership positions.  Her last role in the hospital was as a Chief Nursing Officer for 8 years.  She has a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and for the last 10 years has been a Director of Accreditation Services in which she works with hospitals in various territories to achieve regulatory compliance.  She works with hospitals that are JCAHO, CMS, DNV and HFAP sitting on one of The JCAHO Advisory Boards. She offers pre-survey mock surveys, constant communication about regulatory changes, customized education programs, policy and procedure reviews.
