#493 Weed Charades - Richard's kids are unimpressed by his appearance on Top of the Pops 95 and provide a scathing critique of his work. His guest is a man with 8 mind-blowing facts about himself, Ross Noble (though an audience member called Kirsty also stars). They talk mainly about frozen things, Ben or Jerry's funeral, Rod Hull in a freezer and being buried in an ice rink, but also some fantastic stories about appearing on the Australian Apprentice, blowing up a woman, selling cursed sand and responding to Lord Sugartits in the board room. Also some amazing news about Brian Blessed and the birth of a brand new game show, that might not entirely work in audio format (or might be much much better). Entrepreneur Andrew Morello has made what Nipun Mehta calls “giftivism”, the practice of radically generous anonymous acts that change the world, a driving force in his life. He believes generosity can change the world, where both the receivers, givers and the community reap the rewards. As you'll find out in the continuation of our interview, this approach to life has seen Andrew create incredible success for himself and others. Andrew is one of those rare people that you meet whose massive heart, genuine care and moving motivation inspires all of those around him to take their lives to the next level. As you know, Andrew Morello came to fame as the first Australian Apprentice. He's now an awarded entrepreneur, investor, author, and Head of Business Development at The Entourage, which is Australia's largest training institution for entrepreneurs and business owners. He also spent 10 years alongside Mark Bouris, building out the Yellow Brick Road Wealth Management branch network nationally. Morello has also personally built an impressive property portfolio, which he details blow by blow in our conversation, and his endless generosity has also led him to drive numerous community projects across Australia and internationally, including being a Founding Board Member of Project Gen Z, a social enterprise which runs entrepreneur and development programs for disadvantaged children. In recent years, Morello has also climbed the summit at Mount Kinabalu in Borneo and completed the Kokoda Trail to raise money for the Seed Foundation, which supports indigenous health programs in remote communities. Morello is also an active member of Australia's entrepreneurial and real estate communities, an engaging and charismatic speaker, and passionate about sharing his successes and creating success for other entrepreneurs, business owners and investors to help you and others reach your full potential and not waste your precious life. In the concluding part of our special conversation with the Mighty Morello today, we dive into the importance of leverage, we break down blow by blow Morello's own personal property investment journey, we talk about the importance of being in the business of property, he unveils his best and worst investments, he breaks down his Morello Matrix for property success along with the power of his daily affirmation and how he has leveraged his celebrity to achieve great things in the world for himself and others. And if you want to experience the warmth of his generosity personally while taking your business to the next level, reach out to him at The Entourage via https://the-entourage.com where you'll join an elite coaching and training community for business owners everywhere. And following Andrew's generosity inspiration, we again want to challenge you to make random acts of kindness and generosity for your family and work as your mission in the month ahead - you'll be teaching your kids and colleagues to pay it forward and show kindness to others every day in a variety of ways. So start right now with your generosity 30-day challenge. Just choose and carry out a random act of kindness every day. Because by the time you finish, you'll have developed the habit of generosity and you'll be well on your way to making the world a kinder place. Andrew Morello has made generosity the underlying driving force in his life and it has created unequalled success for others as well as himself. Andrew, who you will remember from the first Australian Apprentice show, is a living, breathing example of the benefits that generosity has for you and the world around you. The Mighty Morello is one of those rare people that you meet who's massive heart, genuine care and moving motivation inspires all of those around him to take their lives to the next level and to be living the dream, as my wife Sonya and I found out when we spent time with him at The Entourage a few years back. Today, Morello's an awarded entrepreneur, investor, author, and Head of Business Development at The Entourage, which is Australia's largest training institution for entrepreneurs and business owners. Prior to this he spent 10 years alongside Mark Bouris AM building out the Yellow Brick Road Wealth Management branch network nationally. Morello is also an active member of Australia's entrepreneurial and real estate communities, an engaging and charismatic speaker, and passionate about sharing his successes and creating success for other entrepreneurs, business owners and investors to help you and others reach your full potential and not waste your precious life. In the first episode of a two-part special of our great conversation, we touch on ‘the why' of Andrew's generosity, we walk through his generous life achievements to date, we do a deep dive on his life changing experience as the winner of the first Australian Apprentice and how generosity helped him win despite the odds, and we talk about the pro's and con's of celebrity and how he has leveraged his celebrity to achieve great things in the world for himself and others. And if you want to experience the warmth of his generosity personally while taking your business to the next level, reach out to him at The Entourage via https://www.the-entourage.com where you'll join an elite coaching and training community for business owners everywhere.
