We are back... and Don Sweeney continues to impress at the deadline as he makes a BIG move, acquiring defenseman Dmitry Orlov and forward Garnet Hathaway from the Washington Capitals! The B's send Craig Smith and 3 draft picks to Washington, and send a 5th to Minnesota as they retain an extra 25% of Orlov's contract. We give our immediate reactions and discuss if we think the Bruins are done, or if they'll consider moving next year's first-round pick to add more at this deadline. We discuss Patrick Kane being linked to the New York Rangers (again) and attempt to guess what the B's lines and pairings look like heading forward. Please, let us know what you think and make sure to check out our twitters: Podcast - @LineChangesPod Alex - @bigbadbruins73 Brad - @bradiey98

And as the climate changes, many traditional wine-growing regions are struggling with the heat and cooler regions, like the UK and China, are poised to fill in the gap. Also, in the face of the climate crisis, House Democrats released a draft of the CLEAN Future Act, a plan to put the United States on track for net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. For years, Rachel Estapa felt that, in order to get people to like her, she needed to change her body. Comments like, “you have a big belly,” or “you're not graceful” defined who she was in the world. In college, she successfully pursued a weight loss journey that she thought would open up more opportunities that were previously off limits due to her body size. When this didn't happen, Rachel felt angry and betrayed by both herself and society. In a moment of grief, Rachel cried to her husband, “there has to be more to love about me than this!” Thus was born, More to Love Yoga. As soon as Rachel embraced herself as a person, that's when the opportunities began to open up for her. Rachel's first experience with yoga was challenging as she unknowingly took a hot yoga class and wound up outside in the middle of a Boston February, grateful for the cold air. But, she kept going until she found a yoga class that, in yoga's true and authentic form, allowed her to just be. No judging, no comparing, no overthinking. After that, she chose to study at Kripalu, learning yoga skills specifically for teaching to larger bodies. Rachel currently teaches weekly yoga classes in Somerville, MA and offers an online WELL by MTL wellness program. She aims to educate and support plus size people on body acceptance and self-worth. Tune into the whole episode to learn more about Rachel journey to ditching diet culture, embracing her body and learning to live an authentic and abundant life. Guardian Angels are real and we each have one dedicated to us - ALWAYS with us. Lorna Byrne is an international number 1 bestselling author (her last two books have gone straight in at #1 on the UK Sunday Times Chart) with more than a million readers around the world. Her books, Angels in my Hair, Stairways to Heaven, A Message of Hope from the Angels and Love from Heaven have been translated into 30 languages. (Find her books on Amazon at: http://amzn.to/2iqrQ64 ) Lorna has been seeing angels since she was a baby. Very unusually, she sees angels physically with as much clarity as the rest of us see people and she sees them every day. This diminutive, soft-spoken, uneducated Irish woman who did not talk about what she was seeing until seven years ago, says she has no idea why she can see angels when others can't, adding that she is just an ordinary person. She has been featured extensively in worldwide television, radio and print media including CNN, NBC Today, BBC, and many others. Lorna's work has included many sold-out worldwide events. Some of messages Lorna shares with the world are that: Every person has a soul. Every person has a guardian angel. God is real. It doesn't matter what you believe or even if you believe in nothing. There is always hope. Prayer is powerful.
