On this episode of The Construction Record Podcast, digital media editor Warren Frey speaks with Jeani Ringkob, the chief construction business growth strategist at Storybuilt Marketing and Coaching. Ringkob said she grew up in the construction industry and specializes in dealing with companies in the sector who excel at building but don't have needed expertise in getting their message out to industry. Historically the industry has been siloed and didn't market itself but going forward Ringkob said construction will need to adapt and make marketing its skills and successes a priority. She added while construction influencers and new social media platforms are important so is traditional marketing and networking. She'll also be attending Con*Expo in Las Vegas and holding two sessions on construction marketing. You can listen to The Construction Record on the Daily Commercial News and Journal of Commerce websites as well as on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music's podcast section.
