This weeks guest is my friend Drew Holmes. Drew shares his story of addiction. His addiction sent him to prison, but he came out a new man ready to help others through their journey. It was with that goal in mind that he ultimately found himself once again struggling with a prescription drug prescribed by his doctor. He said when he took the Adderall, he instantly knew it would be his downfall. It got to a point he even had thoughts of suicide. Today Drew is in the middle of writing a book to guide others through recovery. His story will connect with some who have travelled this road before.
Jeff Conner is back, talking about what's been going on with the Boston Brass, staying connected during the pandemic and what he listens for in a piece of music. Drew Holmes and Ward Durrett of thepodcastingstore.com share some tips to maximize your virtual experience and how teaching virtually will impact the future.
We're really excited for this episode today. Jason is out of town this weekend, scouting out locations for a super secret event. So he recorded this roundtable discussion with two fascinating characters. Ken Madden and Drew Holmes are two of Jason's most successful clients. They're real-life proof of the success you can have when you take the WPI message to heart and apply it in your own life. Both guys have what have traditionally been brick-and-mortar businesses in "non-essential" industries, so they could've easily been wiped out by the lockdowns last year. Fortunately for them, they listen to this show! Rather than bemoaning the negative effects of the lockdowns, they capitalized on them as opportunities for expanding their business into new frontiers. Today, they're more successful than ever and growing like gangbusters. Ken and Drew embody the WPI motto: winners win. That's why Jason wanted to sit down and chat with them so the rest of you could be inspired and learn a little something to improve your own lives. For more about Ken and his business, visit http://MaddKStudio.com and http://ciro3d.com. For more about Drew and his business, visit http://ThePodcastingStore.com and http://BoomerMusicCompany.com. Both guys are highly active regulars on the Network. If you'd like to join them and tons of other hustlers and entrepreneurs like them, just go to http://yesjason.com and sign up.
