JV Football win! See You at the Pole. GSA. Cooler weather, please!
Write your goals down and they will become a reality if you put in the work. I recently bought and built my home gym in the garage and I was able to hit 185 lbs on the bench press. I remember when I was in high school I was really skinny. When I was a sophomore in high school, I remember being on the JV Football team and I couldn't even lift the bar with the plate one time which is 135 lbs. The point is if you have goals and consistent work it will eventually lead to results. I began taking a weight gainer called Naked mass a month ago to take more calories but I still try to eat whole natural foods. One thing about healthier foods is that it is more expensive that they dont really have stores that sell their products in poor/ lower middle class. The system is designed to perfectly keep us stuck at the bottom because if you think of it living in bad areas causes people to buy cheaper foods that are bad for health causing damage to our bodies and draining our energy. The fact is that healthy food like fruit and vegetables make you feel better than after you eat pizza and ice cream in terms of how you feel. I know the junk food tastes better but the body has a harder time processing and digesting it. I want to congratulate every working on their dreams and to the students who have recently graduated from high school or college. This should only be the beginning of our learning but unfortunately for many college graduates, once they receive their degree and job, they shut down their mind and thats all they do but if you are content and enjoy your life like that, congratulations, keep doing you. Anything we want in life is hard work and we need to have goals to give us a purpose in life. I believe depression happens because people are unfulfilled and waste time doing things that dont make them happy. If we have goals, even small ones, that will make us feel good when we accomplish. This is all a mindset. Once we get our mind right, the body follows. Keep working hard because dreams doo come true!
