Nebbie fell off a ladder 3 1/2 years ago which caused lower back pain, sciatic and some numbness in her leg. As she was receiving prayer she could feel numbness leaving. As she fell down in the glory realm, she had fallen similar to how she fell off the ladder and immediately felt her leg strengthening. Everything started to come in alignment. All pain left her body. The Lord completely healed Nebbie! Hallelujah!! Luke 6:19 And the whole multitude sought to touch Him, for power went out from Him and healed them all. www.houseofglorychurch.org www.cathycoppola.org #healing #God #Jesus #miracle #ChristianTV #healingtestimony #church #deliverance #HouseofGloryChurch #Christian #prayer #signs #power #endtimes #faith #sciatichealed #lowerbackpain

Sumo: Yokozuna Terunofuji Withdraws from Nagoya Basho Due to Lower Back Injury
The Milwaukee Bucks started their 2023 postseason run with a whimper, falling 130-117 to the red hot-shooting Miami Heat. To make matters worse, Giannis Antetokounmpo left the game after a hard fall on his lower back and was ruled out for the rest of the game in the first half. Ti Windisch, Jordan Treske, and Rohan Katti convened after the disappointing start to discuss the latest word on Giannis' status (the x-rays were clean thankfully), and examine both the silver linings from the loss (including a great Khris Middleton game and encouraging minutes from Bobby Portis and Wes Matthews) and what the Bucks need to clean up before Game 2 (more Brook Lopez post touches, better perimeter defense, more Joe Ingles on ball) whether Giannis is available or not. This week Sarah is on a study break so Gab enlisted the help of her brother Adrian who is an exercise scientist. Adrian works predominantly with dancers, focusing on strength and conditioning. After her recent foot injury, Gab wanted to know if it's possible to strengthen the muscles in the feet to avoid re-injury. In part 1 of this two-part episode, Adrian explains some of the underlying causes of foot problems and how it might actually be a lack of core strength that is leading to alignment issues. Part 2 looks at why core strength is essential for stability and injury prevention. Adrian talks you through how to gradually progress from pelvic floor exercises to planks and other abdominal workouts.
