God's After Your Heart The Father's heart desires all to come to salvation. He draws us by His Spirit. He is drawing your loved ones as we stand in the gap to pray. God loves people and draws them with chords of love and kindness to remove the burdens, yoke. Hosea 11:4" I led them with cords of human kindness, with ties of love, to them I was like one who lifts a little child to the cheek, and I bent down to feed them." Ezekiel 36:27 "And I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall heed My ordinances and do them." Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, one of the world's greatest empires, became like an animal. His pride caused him to lose his mind and suffer the judgment from God for seven years. The Weight of The Remnant Being a part of God's end time army means you are part of His remnant! Your refusal to the world's mold is because of your commitment to remain loyal to Jesus. He delights in your weighty “Yes” to Him, in your continual, costly “Yes” to Him. Elijah felt alone, discouraged and in full despair when the Lord spoke to him and comforted him in knowing that he was not alone. That there were 7,000 preserved, who remained faithful to God, who did not bow their knee to Baal. Why was this great man of God so discouraged? He had won many battles for the Lord. He stood strong, but he was getting battle weary. Was it just exhaustion or was there more to it? Elijah had killed the prophets of Baal in 1 Kings 18:40, and then Jezebel sent a curse/principality that almost took his life.1 Kings 19:1-4 Know your prayer assignments! Hear His voice! When God Promotes Psalm 75:6 & 7 For exaltation comes neither from the east, nor from the west nor from the south. But God is the Judge (He governs and executes.) He puts down one and exalts another. Our goal should never be to be promoted, but to please God. #1. Promotion comes from God when He sees humility and your heart ready. #2. Promotion comes from God with testing – learn how to stand in the test with faith, humility and warfare. #3. Promotion comes from God when those you are stewarding are ready or when He says “Enough!” When your character shows maturity, when your heart shows humility, when those around you are prepared enough to not lose their faith with the backlash that inevitably comes, God will enlarge your territory as long as you remain faithful to Him.

A desire to carry out the presence of God well, eventually comes to each believer, if they continue to seek the Lord. Moses said, “If Your presence does not go with us, don't bring us up from here.” Obed Edom also carried the glory of God. The Lord blessed the ground he walked on. This same blessing is for us.
