What “playing the tape forward” means: It's about being honest with yourself about your drinking. Visualizing what happens after the first sip of alcohol (which I walk you through in this episode) to the last, to help you get clear on what plays out for you. I help you get clear on what happens if you drink versus if you don't. Whether you drink occasionally or daily, this practice helps you see the real outcome of taking that first sip.
