This week's Mental Monday hit different. I came across an old video about losing yourself and honestly, it still hit me today. Then I found my first ever recipe video… and yeah, it was rough. But looking back, it reminded me of something we all forget sometimes:You don't need to change everything around you to feel happy again. You just need to keep showing up for yourself.Let's dive into this one.

I recently took a trip to LA with my longtime friend, Brianne. We came across a booth on the promenade where people were asking moms to give advice. I don't normally do things like this, but In this case, I was inspired to sit down and share one bit of advice I would give to my younger self. Back when I was just becoming a mom.
