I sat down with absolutely nothing to say—no topic, no direction, nothing. And honestly, I almost didn't record this at all. But then it hit me… maybe that was the message. In this episode, I talk about why rest, silence, and stillness are sometimes exactly what we need. If you've ever felt pressure to constantly produce, this one's for you. Thanks for tuning in!! Much love Adam
Ever catch yourself scrolling, watching your friends check off all the “life boxes” — the house, the job, the relationship — and think, “Sht… am I behind?”*This episode is your reminder that you're not. Not even close. We're diving into that quiet pressure so many of us feel — the comparison, the timelines, the fear that we're not where we're supposed to be. But here's the truth: there is no “supposed to.” There's just you, your pace, and your process. If you've ever questioned your path, doubted your timing, or wondered if you're doing life “right,” this one's for you. You're not late. You're just building something real — and it takes time.No fluff. No toxic positivity. Just a real talk to kick off your week with some damn perspective.
Lately, I've been thinking a lot about self-improvement — and how easy it is to get caught in the cycle of constantly doing more. I used to be stuck in that life: track everything, optimize every hour, stay “on” all the time. And if I missed something? I'd beat myself up. I was obsessed with being perfect, and the pressure I put on myself was unreal. In this episode, I'm unpacking that mindset and sharing why I finally let go — and why you might want to, too

This one hit me out of nowhere. A friend said something to me recently that stopped me in my tracks: “I think you're just at peace with yourself now.” And for the first time, I realized… they might be right. In this raw and honest episode, I open up about the journey I've been on — from microdosing and cold plunges to letting it all go and simply being. I share what it's like to go from anxious and constantly searching to grounded and content. If you're in the thick of the inner work and wondering if it ever actually pays off… this episode is for you. I'm discussing this today because I want you to really reflect on where your anxiety might be originating from.Sometimes, we need to confront our own issues to truly become better people.Well… you can listen to the rest and let me know what you think about this new series, MENTAL MONDAY!!

We all think about what we could be doing, right? I used to spend most of my days at my last job thinking about what I could be doing with my life, but I never knew how to actually make a living doing what I wanted to do.Then I left and jumped into a totally different world—ONLINE!It has been roughly three years since I left my job. As I immersed myself more in the online world, opportunities started to land in my lap. I feel that the more I engage in online creating, the better I will get and the more opportunities will come to me.However, one thing I want to emphasize is this: I would never have reached where I am now if I hadn't taken control of myself—my emotions, my anxiety, my overthinking. You need to be the best version of yourself to truly excel at anything. If you're unsure of how to get there, please reach out, and let's have a conversation.

The only thing I can say about this episode is simply WOW! Such a powerful episode and I am honoured that Fallon came on today and shared her story. You are going to enjoy this one.
We all have that gut feeling that there is more out there for us. Maybe we know we could be doing more with our life, or we could be working a better job. Maybe we want to start our own business but we are just too afraid to go do it. If we keep being afraid we will never even try and then we will live a life of regret. Step outside of your comfort zone this year and do the one thing you have always been afraid to do! GO MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!
Make this year different!! Don't do the same things you did last year. Step outside your comfort zone and start putting more energy and focus into yourself and watch how much your life changes for the better.I created this challenge because these are the things I do on a day to day basis and it has been making me feel amazing and I want you on the same level as me moving into 2024!!So start this year with a bang and start putting yourself first!
Suppressing your emotions can really mess up your life, your mental health and your relationships. I have dealt with this first hand and can confirm it's not a fun time! I hope you enjoy this episode and if you do let me know :)
We often let our overthinking control us. It will talk us out of doing things we actually want to do. It will create problems in our life that don't need to be there. It will ruin relationships. It RUIN your life if you let it.....Trust me I have been down this road and I now can see how it was ruining my own personal life. Let me know if you can relate to this episode!!
We often look for happiness in all of the wrong places and since I have been on this healing wellness journey I have realized that the happiness comes within. When we focus more about what makes us happy and really work to fill up our own cups rather then others we will then reach a point in our life where we will just radiate such positive energy which in result will effect the people close to you in such a positive way. It will all come full circle! Hope you enjoyed this one....Love yall
We all live very different lives that is a given but do you ever ask yourself why you do the things you do? Why do you make the choices you make? What is your purpose? I believe when you have a why in the things you do you will be more mindful about the small little choices you make on a daily basis. After you listen to this episode ask yourself what is your why?
This was a fun episode!! Just a couple of dudes sharing their experiences about life and how to build a strong mind, body and soul. We talk about how we overcome our struggles in life, how mushrooms have helped us, the importance of intermittent fasting and how being uncomfortable can really shape you into a better human being!
In this world we often take pills perscribed from doctors without really questioning what we are taking. More often than not I hear people talking about the negative side affects of taking SSRI's. I do believe that microdosing is a more natural healthier way to help battle things such as anxiety or depression. It's helped me and many others along our journey to better mental health. Here is my thoughts on both SSRI and Microdosing.
In this episode I am going to ask you a lot of questions I was asking myself. Not the typical questions people normally ask you on a day to day basis. This will probably make you question some things about yourself and your life in a good way! I hope you enjoy :)
I have learned many lessons and codes from this experience of disconnecting from social media and the internet and wanted to share it with you! Hope you enjoy this episode.
Welcome back to the podcast!!! I am so pumped to be back. Today I am discussing intermittent fasting and the positive impact it has had on my mind, body and soul. Hope you enjoy!
When you fix your energy everything just seems to come to you naturally but when your energy is off life just seems to be all over the place and not in alignment, do you agree?
This podcast was originally a youtube video, check the link if you'd like to watch! https://youtu.be/nEUjudShxEo
This was a huge eye opener for me once I started using mushrooms in my daily routine! Started questioning myself a lot with what I was buying and why I was taking it! I hope you enjoy this episode!
As I reflect on myself and how far I've come in just one year really blows my mind!!! I share insight on how I used to be before microdosing and how I am currently after a year of microdosing! Thanks for listening, very much appreciated. Anyone who is interested I microdose with a company called Microcybin, their wensite is microcybin.io and my code is adampikefitness to save on your order!
Loved this episode! Great conversation with Steph. I don't want to say too much..You just need to sit back, listen in & enjoy :)
Glad to be back for another episode! This episode I talk about how I never used to do the things to fully makes me happy and what I did to change that. It's so important to take care of yourself and do the things that is going to fill your cup, because at the end of the day when your cup is full you can then give your best energy to other areas of your life that needs it most.
