P4PS is the stage name of Lorenzo Papes. He was born in the beautiful Belluno in Italy. In May 2019 he released his first ep with Spazio Speziale. The tracks are characterized by dark and deep sounds and had support by artists such as Richie Hawtin, Ilario Alicante, Arnaud Le Texier, Takaaki Itoh, Paco Osuna, A Thousand Details and many others. The EP also managed to a 17th place in the Beatport Techno Top 100 Releases ranking. The track ”Midriasi” even reached the third place as best techno track in May 2019. 2020 will be an exciting year for P4PS as well. P4PS created his new imprint, 92u. Orbital, the first ep of the label, has distinct energetic and mental sonorities and it has already been supported by big names in the techno scene. This month on PoleGroup radio we are going to listen to a mix from our PoleGroup buddy Kwartz, he has recorded this mix in his home studio in Berlin, no tracklist available for the mix but he is using tracks from D. Michal began his passion for techno music from playing with vinyls. Extracted from the black disc sounds inspired him to do more, to go a step further and create his own music. Since then he experimented with a lot of genres of electronic music, to find his own sound. He sought inspiration in people crowded cities, the correlation of nature and industrialized society. A lifelong musician and composer, NYC-based Auspex deals in dark, metallic sounds and dance floors driven to bedlam. He plays regularly in Brooklyn's underground scene, including Unter, Bound, Lost Soul Enterprises and Aphotic and he has recently launched his own event series entitled Dominion, dedicated to the darker side of techno with an open-minded sensibility. Michal Jablonski comes from Warsaw / Poland. He played at all of Poland’s most important venues for electronic music. Michal’s productions were released on Secret Keywords, Circular Limited, Counter Pulse, Trau-ma, Blackwater, Somewhere, Minicromusic and many more. Within the last years, Michal proved that the scope of his interest and production ability reaches much further than just one genre. He experiments within a broad spectrum ranging from dubstep and drum’n’bass to house, minimal, ambient and his beloved techno. His style in techno can be described as raw energy which sometimes contains the background noise and ambience characteristic for dub techno and industrial off-beat techno . Michal is currently a member of the collective „SLAP” which is very acctive in Poland.
