If you want the quickest, most efficient path to wholeness (healing) in both the physical and energetic sense, then you will want to take the path of peace. What is the path of peace? Well, let's just say that most people don't take this path because they've been lead to believe it is the path of weakness because that is what society has taught them. See, in our modern day society what is viewed as strong and powerful is not gentless, compassion, Vulnerability, or forgiveness. It is literally the opposite. It is control, aggressiveness, manipulativeness, and all the other negative aspects that branch out from fear.Until someone goes through all those difficult life lessons that reveal to them either in this life or in spirit that Creations through Fear, will eventually have to be dissolved. Think of geometry. If a part of a tetrahedon was not in full symmetry with itself then it would be in dissonance with the rest of the shape (and with the other shapes it's connected to). Thus it would not be functioning in harmony. So when you create out of Love, that is eternal. Thus, as aspects of the Creator, we are created out of Love and thus we live forever. We are born perfect. But if our souls were created out of Fear then my goodness, life simply wouldn't be. Know why? Because there is no Knowing in Fear. There is no Love in Fear. No Knowing means no stability, no consistency. This universe (and all others) wouldn't be stable enough to last a millisecond with life.So, to heal quickly, to learn quickly, is to take the path of peace. The path of least resistance. Knowing that what you are facing or going through can and will be conquered, because you have created this challenge in this life or in spirit to further your growth. It is all for good. The sooner you recognize this, the sooner you can take control of your life, heal, and create from your hearts desire, not out of fear and inspire others to do the same. While there are seasons where we can say yes to everything, there are also seasons where we have to say no. And those seasons are just as valuable!
