Over the last few weeks, I have had many conversations with people around the topic of delivering absolute confidence while still remaining humble. I think this is a conversation that has been lost over a period of time, partly due to the negative connotations that we hold with being confident and being humble. Throughout this episode I will discuss the relevance both play, in living a life with certainty that these two can co-exist and lead you to greater experiences in yourself and with others. I take my own experiences with this and unravel the steps taken to ensure confidence does not get mislead for arrogance and humility does not get portrayed as submissiveness. Today we explore the 9 Bad Mindset Habits that we need to alleviate in our lives. I say 'Habits' because these are mindsets that we have developed over the course of our life time through shared experiences, the way we were nurtured, our circle of friends, what we read and listen to. So below are the 9 habits that I have discovered over the course of my life and what strategies I used to filter these negatives mindsets out and replace them with enriching, long lasting, positive mindset habits. The Believing Self-Doubt MindsetThe Need for Approval MindsetThe Excuse Making MindsetThe Unwillingness to Share MindsetThe I'm Perfect MindsetThe Unadaptable to Change MindsetThe Ungrateful MindsetThe Victim MindsetThe Completion Over Quality MindsetIf you enjoyed this episode I'd love for you to leave a review, give the podcast a 5 star rating.Subscribe below:@damien.bugejawww.facebook.com/damien.bugejawww.damienbugeja.com/podcastOnce again, a massive thank you to the podcast sponsors.Uncle Jack Watches, use the 'Relentless' promo code upon checkout to receive your 10% discount off your purchase.Powercore Fitness, go to 302 Hume Hwy, Craigieburn and mention the 'Relentless with Damien Bugeja' Podcast to get 10% off your 3, 6 and 12 month membership.

I have had a lot of questions asked to me about how I find motivation in training so much. Through this episode of the podcast, I reveal how I consistently worked on my mind before I worked on training my physical body. Your body only has so many physical capabilities before your mind will quite. At what point your mind quits is totally up to you and how indestructible you want it to be. It has taken a lot of hurt and pain to develop my mindset and the crazy thing is I have only tapped in to about 30% of its potential. Most people in society would sit in the 10% bracket of what they tap in to. I hope you get real knowledge out of this episode and understand how practical it is to train your mind over anything else.If you enjoyed this episode I'd love for you to leave a review, give the podcast a 5 star rating.Subscribe below:@damien.bugejawww.facebook.com/damien.bugejawww.damienbugeja.com/podcastOnce again, a massive thank you to the podcast sponsors.Uncle Jack Watches, use the 'Relentless' promo code upon checkout to receive your 10% discount off your purchase. Likeminded people are hard to come by when your mindset and thought processes are part of a minority. But Danny Kennedy is someone who shares my same intrinsic motivation and determination to tackle life head on with all guns blazing. Our chats are always epic whether we are on the mic or not and this episode was no different. We indulge in the concepts of reverse engineering our goals to ensure they are measurable, realistic and purposely felt. We also discuss the concepts around brushing aside peoples opinions of us and needing acceptance to smash our targets. Tune in to the episode and see for yourself what it takes to develop, believe and execute your goals. The one common theme I hear when I communicate with people from all walks of the life, is the notion of regret. Majority of our society has some form of regret for not pursuing that one thing that they have missed their whole life. Ultimately, regret comes from our choices to not do something. On this episode, I challenge everyone not making choices to live out their passions and I create an understanding on how I have challenged myself to get to a point in my life that has no fear of regret. I expose some of the strategies I used to help do this and create an understanding through real life examples, examples that can be relatable to the average person. My quote on today's episode "If you want to see true regret, speak to an elderly person and see if they can change what they regret" is a true message that you have an opportunity to make changes and starting living out your passions CONSISTENTLY!!if you enjoyed this episode I'd love for you to leave a review, give the podcast a 5 star rating.Subscribe below:@damien.bugejawww.facebook.com/damien.bugejawww.damienbugeja.com/podcastOnce again, a massive thank you to the podcast sponsors.Uncle Jack Watches, use the 'Relentless' promo code upon checkout to receive your 10% discount off your purchase.Powercore Fitness, go to 302 Hume Hwy, Craigieburn and mention the 'Relentless with Damien Bugeja' Podcast to get 10% off your 3, 6 and 12 month membership.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS are an invaluable mechanism to building relationships and through today's podcast I really delve in to why and how they become such a pivotal part of our everyday lives. I work through my assumption of three stages to nailing a first impression. Stage 1 is THE WAY YOU LOOK, Stage 2 is the COMMUNICATION PHASE and Stage 3 is your LASTING IMPRESSION. My passion for nailing first impressions has come from an intrinsic motivation to continually learn about myself and other people. Society today is so judgemental of people that our first impressions become even more accentuated. If you enjoyed this episode I'd love for you to leave a review, give the podcast a 5 star rating.Subscribe below:@damien.bugejawww.facebook.com/damien.bugejawww.damienbugeja.com/podcastOnce again, a massive thank you to the podcast sponsors.Uncle Jack Watches, use the 'Relentless' promo code upon checkout to receive your 10% discount off your purchase.Powercore Fitness, go to 302 Hume Hwy, Craigieburn and mention the 'Relentless with Damien Bugeja' Podcast to get 10% off your 3, 6 and 12 month membership.
Social media has been deemed the cause of society's insecurities since its existence. On today's podcast I delve in to my thoughts on why this is not the case and how our insecurities have been developed through generations. I also consider the ways in which we continuously care about other peoples opinion of us, not to mention how we allow that to affect our everyday lives. Being grateful for what we presently have and how we build confidence through appreciating our present being is critical to suppressing our limiting beliefs.
