0301 Now & Then with intelligent 수정 (#HashtagMovements#삼일절 #IndependenceMovement #PrayForParis #ALSIceBucketChallenge #TheBarriersWeFace) With the intelligent 수정, we look into the historical background of today's issues and discover where they stem from.
In 1955, a 30-year-old conservative intellectual named William F. Buckley Jr. founded National Review magazine. Since then it has become the most widely read and influential magazine for conservative news, commentary, and opinion. In honor of the 60th Anniversary of National Review, my guest is editor of National Review Rich Lowry. You've also seen him as a regular political commentator on Fox News, The McGlaughlin Group, and NBC'S Meet the Press. On the podcast, we talk about his late mentor William F. Buckley Jr., National Review's role in the the future of the conservative movement, and his first job out of college working as a research assistant for Dr. Charles Krauthammer. Rich Lowry also discusses Donald Trump as a populist in the mold of Andrew Jackson and his theory about an eventual two man GOP primary between Cruz and Rubio. Plus Rich vents about our mutual pet-peeve - shallow gestures of social media solidarity like #PrayforParis or #IamCharlie. If you enjoy this conversation with Rich Lowry, then click here to read more and subscribe to the online or print edition of National Review magazine. You can also go to Amazon to order Rich Lowry's books Lincoln Unbound: How an Ambitious Young Railsplitter Saved the American Dream and How We Can Do It Again, Legacy: Paying the Price for the Clinton Years, & his novel Banquo's Ghost. And before you do your online shopping for the holidays, visit our site at www.kickasspolitics.com and click on the Amazon link on our sponsor page. Tätä mediatalojen toimintatapaa on nimitetty katastrofimaratoniksi. The post #PrayforParis ja muita globaaliin mediatapahtumaan liittyviä huomioita appeared first on AntroBlogi.

During a brief hiatus, the Powers That Be tried to slip by a bunch of crazy shit while we weren't looking. But now TFT is back and we looking! Looking deep! In this special episode, Daveø and Yemz discuss the recent terror attack in Paris. Who were the real victims? And who had something to gain? Why is the #PrayForParis trend pretty fucking stupid? And why are Westerners really no better than the Muslims that everyone's hating on right now? The boys also reflect on the recent UFO over Cali... or Navy missile... whatever the hell the government is claiming it was. What the hell were those lights over L.A.? And what can a 20 year old, creepy-as-hell phone call into a conspiracy radio show tell us about it? They might try to keep us apart, but they'll never keep us down! TFT is back to help the world stay woke in these crazy fucking times! Subscribe on iTunes, Stitcher, or Soundcloud! Follow on sheeple media! The message was delivered on Sunday, November 15, 2015, at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Rev. Barbara Prose, Executive Director of Ministry. MESSAGE DESCRIPTION Terrorism has no religion. For many of us, the tragedy hasn’t quite sunk in yet. Nearly 130 people are dead in the worst violence witnessed by France since World War II, deemed by the French President "an act of war.” Responsibility for the coordinated attacks has been claimed by ISIL, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. Witnesses during the attacks said the terrorists were shouting, "Allahu Akbar,” or “God is Great!,” during their rampage. On social media some French people have been circulating variations on this theme: “Don’t #PrayforParis…religion is what caused this.” And how are we, members of a liberal religion, to understand such unthinkable violence that derives its strength from religion? And how can we take a stand against Islamic religious terrorism and extremism, while embracing the vast, overwhelming majority of Muslims who wish only for a world of peace and love?
