You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus, and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also. 2 Timothy 2:1-2 ESV
Following Jesus with our lives is God’s command for us, but it doesn’t come easily. We must be strong in his grace as we fight the good fight, face competing forces, and farm this battlefield called earth. His grace is enough, and His message is worth the hardship. Let’s follow Jesus together as we explore Paul’s encouragement to Timothy.

Thank you for joining us online! This Sunday I will continue the preaching series from 2 Timothy called "Keeping the Faith". This week we will look at 2 Timothy 2:1-7 as Paul gives Timothy three examples of how God's servant is to view his life and ministry. Feeling stressed? Discouraged? Beaten down? We’re currently living in an extraordinarily difficult time. We are all feeling it, and we need to be RESILIENT - bend but not break. Get knocked down but get back up again. We need strength for the daily grind.

You have been given the responsibility to enlarge, navigate, connect and empower others to pursue their destiny. You have also been given the responsibility to teach others to be a blessing, produce fruits, multiply, replenish and exercise dominion on the earth for the Kingdom of God.

If you were to get a lecture from God through the pages of scripture, what would it contain? The beginning of 2 Timothy chapter 2 answers that question. In this "lecture," Paul instructs Timothy on four very important pieces of advice that are just as applicable today as they were in Timothy's day. In this Father's Day message, listen to Pastor Dan share four pieces of advice that as earthly fathers we should pass down to those under our influence.
Study through 2 Timothy.
Leadership is one of God's greatest gifts to the church. The world in which we live has many different definitions of what it means to be a leader. The apostle Paul gives us a different take on what godly leadership looks like in the life of believers. Pastor Moe closes out our Pillars series by looking at (1) the strength of a leader (2) the work of a leader and (3) the life of a leader.

What we will see in this passage is that God measures Christian success not by the world's standards, but by standards that include our personal growth, our investment in others, our detachment from a love of the things of the world, our discipline, and our hard work.

Paul teaches us how to endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

Avail yourself of the grace of Christ, be strong, and accomplish your mission.
Everybody loves a good hero. All of us want that person who we can look up to, respect, and who care specifically about us. Normally we associate heros as those individuals who can do the impossible with super human powers. Or heros are those who have achieved a level of excellence that no one else has. But is this what really makes a hero? A hero is someone who makes someone else’s life better. A hero is someone who make a difference in the most ordinary of circumstances. A hero is someone who refuses to believe that things as they are can ever have the final say. And a hero is someone who meets us where we are and helps us become something we could not have achieved on our own. In this sermon series join us as we explore what a true hero is all about and how each of us, in the model of Jesus Christ is called to be a hero.
