As an actor, Peck is best known for his role as Scuz in The Return of the Living Dead as well as Pickle Boy on All That, the latter of which employed him as a dialogue coach. Peck also appeared on Boy Meets World, Growing Pains and The Amanda Show. He also directed comedy horror anthology film The Willies (1990). He was a body double for Alan Thicke on Growing Pains. He was arrested on August 19, 2003, for lewd conduct with a minor, being initially charged with 11 counts. In March 2024, on the Investigation Discovery documentary series Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, Nickelodeon star Drake Bell, whom Peck worked with on The Amanda Show, was revealed to be his victim. In 2004, Peck was convicted of two counts and was sentenced to serve 16 months in prison and register as a sex offender. After his release, he was hired to work on the Disney Channel teen sitcom The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. He did voiceover work for three episodes but was later fired after Disney Channel executives learned of his conviction, and his voice lines and on-screen credits were replaced; he was never on set nor interacted with the show's cast or crew. Întotdeauna mi s-a părut interesant faptul că oamenii folosesc două expresii atunci când este vorba de greșelile lor față de alții : “Iartă-mă ” sau “Îmi cer iertare” și “Scuză-mă ” sau “Îmi cer scuze”. Pentru mulți este vorba despre exact același lucru. Am făcut o greșeală și mi-as dori ca ceilalți sau celălalt să interpreteze acest act astfel încât să evităm un conflict. Totuși , ceea ce eu “cer” de la celălalt în acest context, este foarte diferit, în funcție de cuvântul pe care îl folosesc. Ce înseamnă “scuzele”? Dacă ne uităm în DEX, înseamnă “Motiv real sau pretext invocat de cineva pentru a justifica sau a micșora o vină, o greșeală (proprie sau a altcuiva) sau pentru a se sustrage de la o obligație; dezvinovățire, justificare.” Hai să recunoaștem, fiecare dintre noi știm ce înseamnă când îți găsești “scuze”. Nu vrei să recunoști că ai greșit sau nu ți se pare la fel de gravă greșeala și te aștepți ca celălalt cumva să “treacă cu vederea”. Nu cred că îți place când cineva își găsește scuze, sau nici măcar nu își găsește el, ci îți cere ție “dă-mi niște scuze”, prin fraza “Îmi cer scuze.”
