Fear factor, what is it? This is a habit successful people, who have the growth mindset adopt to overcome their fear. Using fear as a factor to leap into their next level of success. How can you break through this mindset barrier so you can turn your passion into profits? Welcome to the Fear Factor podcast where we answer all of these questions, and so much more about the habits of successful people. Every week we will be providing you mindset tools and strategies, with inspirational stories from successful women so that you can overcome fear to achieve your goals. Together, we can help you stop living ‘IN’ fear to design your dream life and business where fear is, ultimately, a catalyst to your success.
Do you know what you want out of life? Are you reaching your goals, or is it still something you're striving for? And even if you're attaining great results and your business is growing by leaps and bounds, what is the cost? In the past year, I have achieved the goals I'd set for my business, but have found that I was doing it at the cost of becoming the person I had been in the past, who I had vowed to never become again, driven to accomplish, to win -- but I wasn't being my true self in the process. As I've stepped back and reflected, I am seeing how much I have to learn about being "myself" first, and in this podcast, I share my story and the results.
As 2022 is coming to a close, I'd like to ask you if you're doing all that you can to succeed. Are you fulfilled? Do you know which direction you want to take for 2023? Do you feel stuck or stagnant? Don't wait any longer. Seek to stretch yourself in different ways, a different outlook -- a transformation. Think about who you want to BE to not only your family and friends, but clients and others who may watch -- and learn -- from you. Then go out and DO something about that. This will result in the realization that you HAVE something within you that is valuable, and your life and business will flourish.
Money is so very important in nearly every aspect of our lives, but why do so many of us struggle with the very mention of it? We may fail to save it, fail to compound it wisely, and fail to even fully understand it. In today's episode, I break down the archetypes that each of us falls into to some degree and the characteristics that are prevalent for each personality type surrounding money. Very eye-opening stuff! Which one are you?
Do you have or lack confidence? Confidence is a skillset. It's something that you can learn, develop and build. I used to think that certain people were just BORN with confidence. To me, it seemed like they could just jump in and speak to a crowd at the drop of a hat. But I've learned through my own experience -- AND by talking to some of these speakers and other experts -- that they're often lost for words, too, and that they've learned how to overcome their fears, to get out of their "safe" zones, in order to share their message and grow their business -- thus, building their confidence, too! In today's training, I share some tips on how I've overcome my own lack of confidence, and I know you can master these and become a much more confident person, too. In fact, failure is one of the BEST ways to build confidence. Ask me how I know. Listen in. :)
What is the difference between a contact and a contract? You may be surprised at the answer to that question. But the solution to that gap is simple, highly achievable, and guaranteed to change the way you do business and grow your financial empire!
What does a Million-Dollar Day look like? If you asked 100 people, you'd get 100 different answers. But how do you get there in the FIRST place? How do you go from just imagining it to fully realizing it? I've been sharing tips from experts and my own personal experiences, and I break it down in this video, also, with steps to take, formulas, and encouragement. You can achieve your dreams, your goals, and a million-dollar day yourself!
Starting a business is a big undertaking, and keeping up with the day-to-day tasks, responsibilities, griefs, commitments, etc. (scattered with successes and wins!), can be overwhelming. There are many systems and tips available to help you get a grip on all the details and make sense of them, sort them, and tweak them so your work life (and home life) is more manageable. In this podcast, I outline four things to keep in mind when your productivity seems to be stagnant.
Let's look at different levels of effort: Working hard vs. No effort at all - This is self-explanatory Retreating - You don't care about meeting goals Doing an "average" amount - Most of us are at this level (and it can be dangerous!) Massive amounts of effort (doubling, tripling, 10X-ing?) - This is the only level that will get you where you want to be Once you can clearly see your true effort level, you will find that committing to each of the following will help immensely with reaching and fulfilling your goals and needs: Get your priorities straight Count on your community Track EVERYTHING to see progress Set schedule for priorities Optimize your time Be honest! Be focused! Be successful! You will still be you, but even BETTER!
