Hi all, I used my Healy Bioresonance Device to Infuse this practice recording with frequency healing. The focus that came up when I did the scan for the intention was:Trust your feelings, Let them guide you. This can be a gut feeling or any other flutter, wave, and big no or yes you get from yourself in a moment of choices. The frequencies work in assisting you to be open to that truth and to embody it in your life.Head over to my Instagram and let me know your feedback!@lifeonbreath

Did you know that the frequency of a Cat purring is actually very healing?Purr frequencies correspond to vibrational/electrical frequencies used in treatment for bone growth/fractures, pain, edema, muscle growth/strain, joint flexibility, dyspnea, and wounds. Domestic cats, servals, ocelots, and pumas produce fundamental, dominant, or strong frequencies at exactly 25 Hz and 50 Hz, the two low frequencies that best promote bone growth/fracture healing [Chen et al., Zhong. Wai Ke Za Zhi. 32, 217–219 (1994)]Practice Pranayama and Meditation with some purring frequencies in the background for your ASMR healing benefits. Best listened to in headphones and at any volume that activates the physical tingles for you.

Hi Folks, I hope you enjoyed last weeks episode discussion. I've been struggling a bit with calling this practice Yoga. I think it's truly more movement INSPIRED by Yoga, especially on here where I don't get to discuss the inner workings and traditions of the practice, we truly are just getting our bodies moving, in, for what I can only assume to be most of us, a safe and supportive way. I am so thankful to Yoga for the way it makes my body feel so alive and my whole self feel SO much more in sync. I pray that this practice soothes you. The Upper body version of last weeks short but sweet restorative motions. Yoga is a call to action. It is a container for us to witness all parts of ourselves and then make literal physical adjustments, or along the mental, and spiritual realm as well. Join Brit this episode in a discussion about yoga and then a lower body restorative practice with intention of reducing movement in order to be present with what is. Took a pause last week to listen to the outpour of incredible content for anti racism work available out there. This week, open up your side body and hips with this all levels flow. Though I would suggest having props handy if your side body is usually a tight area for you. You'll want to put blocks under your hands or lean into a couch or chair in some components of the practice in that case. This episode is inspired by a flow I taught live online this week, but of course condensed a bit. Play you own music in the background, and apologies this week for the intermittent background noise. I'm doing my best with a dog, two roommates and street noise. The blessing of a great mic...it picks everything up. This is Part One of a multiple part series for Anxiety. The reason there will be more than one part is we don't all respond the same to support and some of you may prefer one of the other episodes on anxiety because this approach doesn't soothe you. I asked the listeners what helps you when you feel anxious? This episode takes the approach of being in nature, coming back home to a calm state that is accessible within, all the time. Providing room in the breath to assist you in creating a state change for yourself. Breathe deeply, remember you are loved and are love, and then perhaps jump in a cold shower. Music by Jay Andrews. Find him on Spotify and Apple Music. I make no medical claims in this podcast. Hey folks! No music in this one so be sure to add music if you like! Peak pose sequences are fun if you want to structure the practice around a specific goal. In this case to have a happy camel pose, because let's face it, camel can be challenging. Everything works to open and strengthen the parts of your body that you need to execute a lovely harmonizing Camel pose in a short practice. Ever want to flow but you don't want to use your hands? No Chatarunga, no side planks (I know, wild!) and only 20 minutes so no excuses either right? We took a little break on Monday for some much needed RnR and I'll be honest folks, in true Yin fashion I recorded this wrapped up in blankets on my bed this week!Just a shorter Yin practice for when you want to move but you'd like to still go at a Yin pace for a short amount of time. 2 minute holds, quicker transitions and some postures are the rebound for the other side. You need pillows and blankets for this one. Music is soft enough in this episode that you could play your own playlists as well if you want. All Levels. Music by Jay Andrews. Requested by many listeners. MORE FLOW!This is a bit faster pace than I usually offer so you can play it and just rinse out. Put yourself through the breath wash. This Monday is my favourite blend of practice, Yang with a little Yin. The practice this week is a little challenging only in a few spots where I ask you to call on your strength to hold a bit longer than you may have on your own. Other than that it's a nice volume two of the first episode, Everyday Flow. Focus is the side body 3D style. You need pillows for this practice. All music is by Jay Andrews, the last song is nice in headphones or over your speaker. Find him on Apple or Spotify! Listener requested!Body scans are new to me, I really enjoyed this process! If they are also new to you, you can expect a breath practice that lengthens your breath cycle and strengthens your breath control followed by a full call out of most body regions and parts to bring your full awareness into your physical form and it's sensations. This is followed by an intuitive universe scan that sends you out to the stars and back ending you in a state of deep inner physical understanding of your connectedness. This episode is best in headphones.Music is by Jay Andrews. Hello! This practice was fun to offer. It is a sequence I taught originally 3 years ago that I found in a notebook. It's a little shorter than the original, a bit spicier, and some hip range functional movement sprinkled in.Slow Flow, Hatha Flow kind of deal. I wish you so much peace everyone.
