A visionary product owner who can literally do anything.This one-hour session was a crash course on Product Ownership.A happy client of ServiceNow. When you talk with visionary and experienced people you advance in your career. Yes, there will be friction in acceptance but a proper path can do wonders.Digital transformation is the need of the hour and citizen development has a key role to play in it. And for citizen development to be successful you need governance.  In this episode, we explored how Paul lead from the front in implementing Citizen Development. What are the key pointers to keep in mind etc. Apart from that, we get to know him as a person. Oh man, he is a dream manager.

Had the great pleasure of Interacting with Ishaan Shoor. He is an active ServiceNow Developer MVP from Australia and a very humble person.First India on our show. Irony none of us are based in our country. Cricket, Know22, THirdera, how it feels to be a Dev MVP, and whatnot we discussed a lot.Was Ishaan a notorious kid. Check that out.
