It all started back in December of 2022. After being on these apps for over 10 years, I realized I was fighting harder than ever to remember who I was and how I wanted to show up in the world. It was a confusing space for me to be. I'm still confused about it all if I'm being honest. I forgot how to use the app leisurely, how to share life, and how to create exciting content. I was no longer using it for fun - or at least it didn't feel fun - I was just straight up addicted. In today's episode, we get into it. We discuss why I deleted my apps and why I decided to step out of social media game. I have a feeling this episode will be the first of many - so if you have questions - feel free to hit me with them at maddiedevico@gmail.com. I am still learning a lot about myself and old habits and will probably have more to share as time goes on. To enter this week's giveaway, send one thing you are going to do to get out of your comfort zone this week! You can email me, Mad at maddiedevico@gmail.com . About three years ago, my skin was in terrible condition. I suffered from acne, hyperpigmentation, and more. It was during this time, that I was turning to skincare products to help solve my problems. I had a 7-step routine that consisted of serums, acids, face masks, exfoliators, harsh cleansers, and none of them were from the same brand (eek!). Fast forward to now, where I learned the golden rule of skincare, and my skin has never been better. In this episode, I share the golden rule and other fun facts about the skin. We chat about natural tools and daily habits we can implement TODAY to improve our skin health.
