Do you ever suffer from overwhelming anxiety? The kind of anxiety that weighs on you, pressing you down and taking away your motivation to get things done. Do you wake up in the night with thoughts of all the things you need to do running through your head? And let's not forget guilt - the crushing guilt we can feel about all the things that are waiting on our to-do list. The more things build up, the harder it is to get something done, and the more anxiety we feel. This week, Fiona talks about the past months of anxiety she's been feeling, and one strategy she's using to try and regain some control and squash that anxiety back into its box! It also has a deep effect on their relationships, social behaviour and emotional state. Migraine is often misunderstood by those around them, which creates additional stress and anxiety for the child to manage.Happyr Health will use CBT, a talking therapy from the field of psychotherapy, to help children with migraine understand how their emotions, thoughts, behaviours and physical sensations interact and feed off each other. You'll experience two different realities, and all you have to do is sit back, open your heart and enjoy the ride. Then be sure to let us know what you think!
