I often hear questions from women such as: What can I do to help me change my life? What can I do to help me have what I want in my life? In this episode, I go over what one thing you can stop doing that will change your life. I go over the major mindset blocks that keep women stuck and what they can do about it. I give my two cents about motivation, discipline, will power, and imagination and how you can use all that to help you go after your goals. Finally, I speak about my personal experience going through the me2her challenge that is currently being going by Modest Fitness. The challenge is INCREDIBLE and has allowed me to feel more energy, happier, and coupled with my current mindset routine, it's allowing me to feel even more positive. In this episode, I go over how our thoughts are what's ultimately lead us to take action or not to take action towards our desires. Our thoughts are basically what our reality becomes. I talk about how maybe women can't even think thoughts of what they truly want because it's always felt so far out of reach for them. I go over how self-sabotage blocks women from taking the action required to move towards their desires. I discuss how procrastination is related to our beliefs and our thoughts. I share a few ways how our minds overcomplicate things and a quick shift you can do to start getting you more into motion and less into overwhelm and indecision.
