Season 4 is up and running!! Super excited to launch this season with a new group of gentlemen to discuss black men and overall men's mental health with you all. In this very special first episode we had a generational dynamic here with (outside of our own) father and son discussion on mental health and more on that point, a black father and a black son discussing and conversing with us on many hard hitting issues surrounding our community and our lives. Of course we had many laughs and we also had some gems dropped from person in attendance. We recorded off-site at Tim Retic's barbershop “Forever Faded” in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Definitely check him out, comes highly recommended from me personally. Couldn't wait to drop this episode because it's definitely up high on the list of favorites. We hope everyone has been “brushing” their mental health and has been maintaining in this post pandemic world we are living in. Keep on it and just know there are people like us who care and would love to have you on sometime to discuss if you'd like! Always feel free to reach to out, either to myself Tyree Roberts or my brother Bryce for more details or contact us by email found below

“I am because you are” was the entire premise this part 2 episode and what our journey has been built on collectively. Having Taalib back on the show just solidified why we eventually need to link up in person. Mental health awareness comes in many shapes and forms and we took that to a whole new level. Being able to sit back and chop it up while also dropping some knowledge for people domestic and foreign was such a pleasure, tune in and hear two black men speak about life in 2022 and what we've been up to and plans for the future in our own livesYou can find him here:www.thesaberfirm.comIG: @thesaberfirm, @griot.experience, TikTok: @locsnlawYouTube: The Saber FirmWSYLM-Biddl3 Crisis Hotline Numbers

Eugene and I are swinging for the fences in this one, one of my favorite episodes I've done in awhile simply for the fact that the two voices you will hear is a conversation that needs to be shared with the world, I'm so happy we were able to accomplish that task. Shoutout to Caleb and Korrine Roberts on becoming one in marriage! Such a beautiful experience This was such a good episode to be able to get some relationship topics off our chest. My man Deuce joined Bryce and myself after just having met him at the wedding last week and him being a groomsmen along with myself, so we had some good discussions had off mic that needed to be recorded. He is going through some hardships that some other men might be able to relate to in terms of being a father that takes care of his but in then unable to truly be there due to many factors. The words he is speaking is from the heart and he is only getting started, we will need to have a part 2 because there is much more mental health trauma related to this situation. Much love to you all and stay safe this summer! We will be back again soon

SEASON 3 IS HERE!!!!!!!! You already what time it is, we came back swinging hard on this this one. Took some time off to find more of myself and that I sure did, your host Tyree Roberts and Bryce Roberts bring you back into the world of mens mental health where we start off talking about mental health in the realm of coaching, and more specifically wrestling. Dynamics, relationships, blood, sweat and tears, it all ties in and I couldn't be more proud to have done this with some guys that I truly and deeply have a lot of love and respect for. Listen as we dive into the hardships of helping teach, mentor and coach young men before they go off into the “real world” as none of it was easy but ever more satisfying than any money could provide. We really appreciate your patience with us and really hope we are able to keep going this season with some new twists and turns! Don't forget to brush your mental health

In this episode we talk about the Drink Champs interview with Kanye and the Man Named Scott documentary and about their very public journey in the spotlight and dealing with mental health. Pete Davidson also gets credit for openly discussing his battle with depression and suicidal thoughts on a day to day basis and how anxiety tends to play a role for simply having the energy to go outside. There were some hard hitting topics in this episode and I really hope you all enjoy it and give us some feedback to the point! Also happened to discuss how eating certain foods is beneficial for your overall mental health and energy, along with other various ways of removing toxins from your body to feel better. Child support and the mental effects on specifically mens mental health and dealing with raising children from a distance (we will get more into this later on) but come and sit in with us as we open our minds to try to be better humans, that's all we are trying to do

Get ready to take notes for this episode! Seriously Brief description of Attorney Taalib Saber, he’s an activist in every sense of the word and I’ve been waiting to connect with someone like this on the podcast. Being able to maintain a healthy life while consistently doing necessary work that needs to be done for your community would take a mental toll on anyone not truly dedicated to this line of work. This episode was almost indescribable because we really learned a lot ourselves and am genuinely excited to share these words with y’all! He will be back on because we only scratched the surface of topics to discuss. We shared laughs and difficult discussions that people need to hear, especially other black men. He is the principal attorney at The Saber Firm LLC. Working out of Maryland but has traveled to Africa, South America. My man is a Pan African community activist. Bryce, Travell and myself were truly honored to have been given that title by him as well as by others because change is what is needed and even more so the applied pressure. He is an advocate for education and the rights of our youth and that alone is worth the time this out of your day. I won’t say anything else because the title of this episode says enough. If you’d like to connect with him more he’s allowed me to post his contact information here. Please reach out if you want to learn more about anything we discussed or even something that you personally need his expertise on.
