Join host Joel Spencer as we journey into rediscovering what has been forsaken by the modern Church.

The series concludes here as we fully establish the principle that parallels the events of Numbers and 1 Kings with the works and words of the Messiah Himself, as in John chapter 3. Using only biblical criteria and the patterns that we see, is the modern day "jesus," that promotes the abandoning of His Father's Instructions in any way deemed to be a false prophet/false messiah? If you're willing to ask some hard questions, now is the time to biblically define and discern who you follow. Will it be you be found walking in the ways of the true Messiah or duped to follow another? Let's find out.

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. When Messiah was telling us that He "did not come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets" was He declaring that He met the Deuteronomy criteria to be the true Prophet & Messiah of Yahweh? If so, what do we do with "mainstream Jesus" that purportedly "did away with the 'old' Law?" In the Book of Numbers we read of the Hebrew word "nase" or pole; banner; lifted ensign for all to see. This same word shows up again in Isaiah's writings and is used to speak directly of Messiah. Is there a mysterious connection to be made here or is it all just happenstance? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. Can the Jesus that most of us have inherited stand up against biblical testing and survive into the other side as authentic? Does the modern-day Messiah fulfil and adhere to the biblical criteria of a true prophet of the Most High or does he enact a new way to live? Is it one that leads people away from the same commandments that He perfectly obeyed? In this opening episode we'll establish some biblically foundational criteria for the Messiah. Criteria that many people have never heard nor considered. Will you be found willing to test the Messiah that you follow? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. Can we ask some hard questions? Commonplace, dispensational Christianity hits some major hurdles when one slowly and contextually reads the accounts of the post-resurrection Assembly. Here we see Paul instructed by the elders of the Assembly to join alongside others in a Nazarite vow, which the Book of Numbers tells us included purification rituals and... animal sacrifices. And why was he to do this? To expose the *false accusations* that he was teaching people to "forsake Moses." What are we to make of this? Is this merely Paul "being all things to all men" or is it something much deeper that most have missed? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. Many people of faith rightly understand and teach that Yeshua (Jesus) was Savior. While entirely true, I believe that it needs highlighted that His Father was (and is today) frequently referenced as Savior, all throughout the entire Bible. Our primary text will be the account of Mary meeting Elizabeth in Luke chapter 1, where we see Mary declaring that Yahweh was her Savior, at a very opportune time. Why is this? Let's find out!

A consistent biblical theme that we see is the danger of fearing men over the Most High. As we read of in John chapter 12, this kept many Pharisees - that put their trust in Messiah - from openly confessing their faith in order to keep from being thrown out of the assembly. As we read accounts such as these, we have the opportunity to look at ourselves. Are we truly willing to count the cost that is required to truly confess and then follow the true Messiah, or will we too fall into line with the masses and thereby push away the truth? Let's find out!

The issue of blatant misuse of Scripture is probably never more evident than how we commonly see Proverbs chapter 29 verse 18 handled. Most of us have heard endless sermons and church endeavors misusing this text, but we have only heard half of this verse (and the half that we have heard doesn't mean what it's proposed to.) If this text was never meant to simply justify building programs, missionary fundraising and various other religious enterprise, then what is it really saying? let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. In this concluding episode we'll take a handful of Bible verses and swap the words "good works" with "filthy rags" and see what happens. It only takes a few minutes to clearly see that, biblically - and (most importantly) in the eyes of the Most High - good works that are sourced in Him are in no way merely filthy rags. The humble man will yield to the truth of the Word and pursue good works, just like the Bible instructs us to. Do you know this or do you believe something differently? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. In this part, we'll read many biblical texts that clearly teach us that the Most High's attention is towards those who carry out good works/righteous deeds, that are sourced in Him. To say that good works are always merely filthy rags would be to ruin the wonderful works that originate in Yahweh, that we are to perform now, in the likeness of Messiah. Biblically, it is clear that the "filthy rags works" of men are only of those who are "rebellious ones, deceivers and idolaters who turn away from the truth." Is this you? If it is, then yes, your works are filthy rags. But what if we're ones who strive to carry out good works in order to please our Creator, from a heart of thankfulness? Biblically, are these filthy rags too? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. In part 1, we'll begin by pairing Isaiah 64:6 with other biblical texts that cause us to question if this isolated verse is as broad as it has been taught to be. For example, what do we do with verses such as Hebrews 10:24 which tells us to “consider how to encourage one another in love and good deeds?” We'll discuss many texts that support that the Most High meets with those who perform good works/righteous deeds. The key? We must be ones that "rejoice in doing righteousness." (Isaiah 64:5) How do you personally view good works? Are you certain that you agree with what the Bible says about them? Let's find out!

Just some random thoughts about the Father's Holy Days as I sit in the woods, hunting.

We're told that "the one who does the will of Elohim continues to live forever." It would seem that we should thereby need to rightly understand how to determine what the will of the Creator is. Equally, Ecclesiastes tells us what is the entire duty and purpose of every man to ever live. Do you want to walk in the Most High's will and inherit eternal life? Do you want to fulfil your purpose? Let's find out!

When we read of the disciples slowness to properly understand Messiah's words, it would do us well to humbly admit that here we see ourselves. Are you ever found naive and ignorant? Would you even know it if you were? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. Unlike Peter, most of us have never been too familiar with waiting patiently, in a state of being perplexed. Most of us have been trained to panic and force instant responses into trying moments in order to establish immediate solutions. Or, we move out in anxiety and pressure to “get it all right” and fail to *patiently* move out, step by step – submitting to the process of gaining understanding as the Spirit guides us. I'd like to take a unique look into the record of Acts chapter 10 and see if we can glean something valuable from Peter's response to the vision that he saw. I have much more that I can learn in regards to patiently waiting in order to gain understanding. Do you as well? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. There's surely no shortage of opinion in this hour, but who will slowly and maturely discern the voices of this age and listen closely for the call that is going out? Biblically, a watchman discerns many things. They must alertly keep watch and warn others of what they're simply not capable of seeing, in their own environment and circumstances. He literally sees from a different vantagepoint. I'd like to humbly attempt to begin doing that in this video. What if truth's call goes against the majority chorus? Are you postured to be awakened from your slumber and then call others up and out into the Most High's safety in this coming age? Let's find out!

In an age of chaos and endless offerings to get all riled up, will *anyone* remain at true rest? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. We live in an age where "knowing mysteries of heaven" has taken on an entirely new - unbiblical - meaning. In this episode we use the Word to highlight and then connect several texts to reveal that the mysteries of heaven may be different than we thought. Using the Matthew 13 text, we establish that "walking with Messiah" alone is not enough *by itself* to rightly understand what He was saying. Have you been granted the ability to know the mysteries of heaven? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. As the crowds and disciples gathered to listen to Messiah, His taught ones asked Him a seemingly simple question. Yet His answer was a very deep one. Whether we like it or not, biblically, there are those who have been granted the ability to know the mysteries of heaven and there are those who have not. Which will we be? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. Romans chapter 8 tells us that a man whose mind is set on the flesh is literally incapable of subjecting himself to the Law of the Most High. If we believe the Word, It also tells us that this man cannot please the Creator. So the question posed to all of us is simple: Are we a spiritual man who lives according to the Spirit or a natural/fleshly man that goes his own way, unwilling not submit to Father's Law? Let's examine the Word and find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. As we recently discussed, sin - biblically defined - is wandering away from/forsaking/abandoning and then transgressing Father's Law. Many of the Psalms are dedicated to remind us of how to deny and avoid sin. Can treasuring the Torah in our hearts *still* keep us from sin, today? Let's find out! #yahweh #yeshua #salvation #torah #repentance #ancient_way

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. The Greek word for "traditions": paradosis - a giving up and giving over, often by word of mouth or in writing; instruction, via tradition. Messiah regularly brought a judgment against the non-believing teachers of the Law. One that said they had "set aside, done away with and disregarded" Yahweh's commandments for the sake of their man-made doctrinal traditions. Do you ever wonder if we have perpetuated the exact same action today? Is it possible that you, in any way, have equally set aside Father's commandments via promoting *your* inherited traditions? Let's find out! #yahweh #yeshua #salvation #torah #repentance #ancient_way

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. The Book of Psalms starts off by stating that the man who delights in the Torah is a blessed and happy man. This man turns his foot away from evil and sin as he meditates on the Torah day and night. So what do we do with the many verses such as these, in our age? Do we simply run right past them? Do we say that this perfect Torah that revives the soul of a man has somehow become a burdensome Law that "Jesus came to set us free from?" Let's find out! #yahweh #yeshua #salvation #torah #repentance #ancient_way

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. The series concludes with a challenge. Will we follow the biblical pattern that was shown to us by Messiah (and many others) or will we invent a new way to live a victorious life? Kingdom people must be given eyes to see - 1) Messiah and 2) the Scriptures - to walk in the fullness of the new covenant. This will mark those who will endure to the end. Are your eyes open? Does your heart burn? Let's find out! #yahweh #yeshua #ancient_way #torah #prophecy #end_times

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. Part 2 introduces us to a man in Acts chapter 6, named Stephen. His response to false accusations was intriguing to say the least. Then we look into Messiah's interaction with the devil after fasting for forty days. What these two spoke, in the face of adversity, is of utmost importance. How does *our* response to lies about us and temptations to abandon Yahweh's Law look, when compared with these two accounts? Let's find out! #yahweh #ancient_way #yeshua #torah #repentance

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. The latest series begins by looking to see if we've missed an incredible pattern. Immediately following His resurrection, Messiah does two specific things with His followers. I will suggest that these two things contain an overlooked foundational key that could change our lives forever. Do you want to know what this key is? Let's find out! #yahweh #ancient_way #yeshua #torah #repentance

Sometimes the simple things in life contain the greatest lessons. Join us in a lighthearted episode discussing the fact that all who are hungry will seek out the provision that they desire. Are you hungry? Let's find out! #yahweh #yeshua #ancient_way #torah #righteousness

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. One can simply read in the Bible that the Torah and the Prophets have not been abolished/dissolved in Messiah but have been fulfilled/fully preached/liberally supplied. So what then are we to do with the doctrines of men that have told us that the Torah and the Prophets were for someone else? How have these words of Messiah been so twisted and mishandled? Is it possible that we've entirely missed what Messiah was saying and have twisted it to fit dogmas of religion? Let's find out! #yahweh #yeshua #torah #prophets #ancient_way #teshuvah

When we read that the Most High's words are "clean and pure," what does this mean for us today? How do we determine what are His words and what are merely the words of men? Does it even matter? Let's find out! #yahweh #yeshua #torah #ancient way

Most of us have inherited an errant belief system that tells us that the Creator's heart cannot be moved by righteous deeds and good works of men. But is this biblically true? Let's find out! #good_deeds #righteousness #yahweh #yeshua #feasts #sabbath #ancient way #bible

When placing the Creator's commands, Messiah's words and the doctrines of men side by side, what will we do with what we've been handed, in regards to how we approach the Sabbath Day? Will we follow Yahweh's Word or traditions of men? Does it even matter? Let's find out. #sabbath #torah #ancientway #religion #yahweh #yeshua Why Men Changed the Sabbath Exploring John Chapter 5: Part 3 - Sabbath Law or Man-Made Traditions Exploring John Chapter 5: Part 4 - Did Messiah "Break" the Sabbath Ten for Ten Series - Did Yeshua "Break" the Sabbath

All of us have endured a trial of some sort. Some of us are within the challenges of one right now. What are we to do? I want to encourage us all to endure well! Let us fight off the urge to just "make everything OK" and allow the Most High to be our Helper and strength. Perhaps if we can patiently bear the trial, and emerge out the other side, we can learn all that He desires us to and be perfected into a more suitable and pleasing child of the Most High. Do you endure well or do you desire instant comfort and relief? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. The series concludes here! If the Bible tells us that lawlessness defines the ones who will be cast out, what does this mean for the religions that tell us that "in Jesus, there is no longer a law?" Biblically, judgment is declared for the lawless transgressors who willfully walk away from the Most High's commands and instructions. Lastly, we're told by Messiah that "love will grow cold when lawlessness increases." Do you know what this means? Let's find out!

I grabbed the phone to record a very brief video discussing some off the cuff thoughts towards our ongoing sin series. Sin Series Playlist on YouTube

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. The series continues as we invite all to confess that we all "miss the mark." Because of this, what then are we to do? Give up? Merely practice "greasy grace" and consider all of our righteous deeds/works as a waste of time? Do we simply avoid striving to "hit the mark" entirely, since we won't hit it anyway? Let's find out what our Example Yeshua did, in order to be found as a sin-LESS, well-pleasing Son. Do you know? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. Do we have records of men in the Bible who made it their life's goal to "hit the mark" and live obedient to the Creator's Ways? Is there still a place for us today to still read the Word and hear of "practicing righteousness" and learning Father's Instructions? I will propose that I'm fully convinced that we've set the bar far too low because we've been errantly taught that our good works are merely "filthy rags." We must be careful that we're not becoming a law-less people. Will you join with me in striving to "hit the mark?" Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. In Part 1 we start off by laying a most-important foundation. What words does the Bible use to define sin, in both Testaments? Do we know? Does it really even matter? I will suggest that if we can establish this properly (biblically), we will see that perhaps "sinning" is not quite what we've been told. Perhaps we will begin to have a major shift in our thinking towards obedience and Father's Instruction. Do you now what sin is, biblically? Let's find out!

When you think about the Creator's Law - His Torah Instructions - do you see freedom or bondage? A time is here where people are abandoning sound doctrine and embracing lawlessness, just like the Bible prophesied. What about you? Let's find out!

Here's a brief episode presenting the wonderful consideration that walking in Father's Instructions brings freedom and liberty. Do you believe that "Jesus came to remove the Law because it was a burdensome detriment?" If so, this message is for you! Do you know that the Bible clearly states that liberty is found in the Creator's precepts? Let's find out!

A 5 minute talk about the real-life struggle that is to be a people who are wiling to wait.

While many people rightly understand that Messiah wore tassels (the Bible has examples of this, of course) they still simply label wearing them as being merely "Jewish custom." But what if they're actually a covenant sign with a covenantal purpose that is for our good, just like they were for Messiah? In this episode we're going to ask this question, and many more, as we discuss the tassels on the garments of Yahweh's People. Do you know what the Bible says about this? Let's find out!

It seems that discerning Who are Yahweh's Set Apart covenant People is getting easier with each passing day. Most fall within two primary camps: A) Those embracing and admitting that we've all inherited deception and repent or B) Those digging in your heels deeper into the popular doctrines of men, unwilling to move. Do you know which path you're choosing to walk upon? Let's find out!

In this episode we discuss Paul's warning to Timothy of an age that was to come that is surely now here (2 Timothy 4). People will only want to hear a desirable word that they already agree with. They will turn away from truth. They will turn towards myths and fables. So could this be us? Could we be the ones that this was prophesied of? How do we be sure that we are pursuing truth and not merely perpetuating man-made traditions and myths? Let's find out!

What motivates us to live the way that we intentionally choose to? Is it really foundational biblical commands and counsel or merely religious traditions? It would be beneficial for us to establish the difference. Do you live to bring glory to the Name of the Most High? Let's find out!

Messiah told us that the way that leads to life is narrow and constricting. Do we *really* believe that? Let's find out!

While many people boldly state that the "today's church" needs to be more like the "Acts church", the interaction between the Jerusalem council and the new believers, in chapter 15, seems to get overlooked. Many Believers are beginning to ask, "how in the world did Christianity get here?" Well, I believe that there is an answer, but we must go way back to the immediate generations that followed Messiah's earthly exit. In this episode I'll promote a question for your consideration: What if the Body of Messiah is so grossly disconnected from what It was intended to be because the fruit that is growing on the tree of Constantine's efforts is now coming into maturity? Do you know of the historical shift of removing all that was errantly labeled the "Jewishness" of the faith? Would you consider that this is possibly why Christianity looks like it does today? Let's find out!

* This originally aired as a video episode on YouTube HERE. According to the Bible, not Jewish or Christian tradition, whose Passover is It? Most importantly, who is It to be observed and memorialized for? In this episode, we'll allow the Word to answer these two simple questions.
