OK this is originally sung in German though I'm playing an English version as well. I found out about this by browsing a Anti-Bush site some years ago, Eric Blumrich used it in the background of a flash video about Bush's treatment of Veterans. Its a very haunting song I think and I hop you enjoy it. Verflucht bis ihr verhungert-German Version Crucified Division [desert Mixx]
Ever wonder when people say they bring up the original Bejeweled for the music what exactly they meant? Well this would be it. When you start a game up this is what loops in the background. The song is called 1984-Network and can be downloaded as an MP3 by Clicking Here
A bit of a odd one I know but I wanted to do these and while it might be better to do it in two parts as they are so short, at only about 15 minutes total, I just threw them in together. All links are to videos. First set is the three songs Jerry Reed wrote for Smokey and the Bandit. The Legend The Bandit East Bound and Down Second are the only two Evangeline songs I can find on the internet. Bayou Boy-from the album Evangeline Let's Go Spend Your Money Honey-from the album French Quarter Moon

Today's show is centered around a video game, an old one. I've had Monopoly 1995 for many years and always loved the music in it, So I found a MIDI to MP3 program and converted them all. The downside, there are no titles I can find so no track list unfortunately. Game made by Westwood. 17 Tracks, Playtime about 55 minutes
Thanks to the bumper I discovered the Ambient artist Mooma. What I'm playing today is Herd Forming, the album that Entropy is on, that's the name of the background in Urgelt's video. It runs a little over an hour so its a long one but worth it I think. All tracks obviously credited to Mooma. Bumper:Urgelt-A Grain of Sand They've Killed Our Cubs Phenotype Don't Bring Light Into This Place Presence Entropy Shelter Hello Dawn Horizon The Herd Forming Song
this was an OH Shit moment where I realized I hadn't come up with any ideas yet (I have one for next week though, fair warning its going over an hour :P). OK this one came about when I got a couple of songs in my head and thought it would be fun to to build a play list around them. Like the title says this is most likely not safe to play at work because of the language and themes in the songs. I've been feeling really lost since I stepped down from a volunteer job in SL I had for two and a half years as a group coordinator and have had trouble getting motivated to do much of anything since. I wanted to do a show today and it took me a while to find a song but this one fits my situation well I think. Lyrics if i could only be the queen of popularity things would just come to me so easily what i would do what I would do if i could always be miss congeniality no one could stand to be away from me what i would do what i could do i could do anything if i were you i would have everything if i were you what i would do ... what i could do ... i could do anything if i were you i would have everything if i were you
Today I'm playing I guess the evolution of a song, Aerosmith's Walk This Way. First up we have the original, then followed by a collaboration with RUN-DMC, a 1998 remix of the collaboration and finally one labeled Girls Aloud vs Sugarbabes. Enjoy.

OK very out of season I know but I found this CD:Halloween featuring the music of John Carpenter (Composer) with Scarey Sound FX as an MP3 download and figured it would be cool to own. Track Listing (in order played) Halloween Theme John Carpenter Composer Lauries Theme Halloween John Carpenter Composer Michael Myers Theme Halloween John Carpenter Composer Halloween Music Themes from Movie with Scarey Sound FX John Carpenter Composer Now here's the funny part. I ended up finding that because I put in John Carpenter while thinking of John Williams.
