Who Killed Jesus? We Did! But He Loves Us Still. Acts 3:13-15 13The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus. You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go. 14You disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you. 15You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this.

Look For Teachable Moments To Share The Gospel. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God. 9When all the people saw him walking and praising God, 10they recognized him as the same man who used to sit begging at the temple gate called Beautiful, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

Claiming Jesus Makes Him Your Savior, Lord, Messiah And King Acts 2:32-36 32God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it. 33Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear. 34For David did not ascend to heaven, and yet he said, “ ‘The Lord said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand 35until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.” ' f 36“Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.”

May Our Tongues Rejoice And Our Bodies Live In Hope, Because Of Our Faith Acts 2:29-31 29“Fellow Israelites, I can tell you confidently that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is here to this day. 30But he was a prophet and knew that God had promised him on oath that he would place one of his descendants on his throne. 31Seeing what was to come, he spoke of the resurrection of the Messiah, that he was not abandoned to the realm of the dead, nor did his body see decay.

Without The Resurrection We Would Have No Reason To Believe Acts 2:24 24But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him.

God Is In Control, There Are No Surprises To Him. Trust That Truth Acts 2:22-23 22“Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know. 23This man was handed over to you by God's deliberate plan and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men, d put him to death by nailing him to the cross.

Stand TALL For Jesus: Think, Act, Live, Love Like Jesus Acts 2:14-15 14Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: “Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. 15These people are not drunk, as you suppose. It's only nine in the morning!

Act Like Jesus By Loving Like Jesus Acts 2:12-13 12Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?” 13Some, however, made fun of them and said, “They have had too much wine.”

God Is Speaking To You. Are You Listening? Are You Baptized With The Fire Of The Holy Spirit? A Fire That Has The Desire To Share The Life Change Of Christ In Your Life? Acts 2:1-4 1When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. 2Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. 4All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues a as the Spirit enabled them.

God Is Worthy To Be Praised! DO IT! Romans 5:10-11 10For if, while we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! 11Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.

Don't Just Get Close To The Lord, Get Committed To Following Him Acts 1:15-15 15In those days Peter stood up among the believers (a group numbering about a hundred and twenty) 16and said, “Brothers and sisters, d the Scripture had to be fulfilled in which the Holy Spirit spoke long ago through David concerning Judas, who served as guide for those who arrested Jesus. 17He was one of our number and shared in our ministry.”

Don't Stare At The Sky. Instead Share The Love Of Christ Acts 1:9-11 9After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. 10They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. 11“Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”

Don't Worry About The Future, Focus On What The Holy Spirit Can Do Through You In The Present Acts 1:1-7 1In my former book, Theophilus, I wrote about all that Jesus began to do and to teach 2until the day he was taken up to heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen. 3After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. Be Bold About Telling Who You Live For As Long As It's Jesus Acts 1:8 8But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Remain In Him, Know His Words So His Will Be Yours John 15:7-8 7If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8This is to my Father's glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

Let's Praise The Lord By Singing Your Part Of The Harmony Of Creation Psalm 148:1-6 1Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise him in the heights above. 2Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts. 3Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars. 4Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. 5Let them praise the name of the Lord, for at his command they were created, 6and he established them for ever and ever— he issued a decree that will never pass away.

Love ALWAYS And Love NEVER. Those Are Some Huge Words, Know What They Mean! 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8Love never fails.

Where Do You Turn And Trust To Handle Trouble? Psalm 138:7-8 7Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life. You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes; with your right hand you save me. 8The Lord will vindicate me; your love, Lord, endures forever— do not abandon the works of your hands.

His Love Endures Forever! Psalm 136:1-3 1Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever. 2Give thanks to the God of gods. His love endures forever. 3Give thanks to the Lord of lords: His love endures forever.

Acknowledge Jesus As The Son Of God And You Will be Saved Mark 3:28-29 28Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter, 29but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.”

Let God Hear Your Voice, Tell Him Everything Psalm 64:1-2 1Hear me, my God, as I voice my complaint; protect my life from the threat of the enemy. 2Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the plots of evildoers.

Allow The Holy Spirit To Renew And Continually Re-educate Our Minds. FIXED On Jesus Romans 12:1-2 1Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

NOTHING Can Stand In The Way Of God's Love That Is In Christ Jesus Romans 8:35-39 35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” j 37No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, k neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Trust God Through All Situations And Circumstances. Whatever Happens It's For His Purpose Romans 8:28 28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who i have been called according to his purpose.

While We Were Still Sinners, God Loved And Christ Died Romans 5:8 8But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

May God's Presence Allow You To Rejoice In The Sufferings You May Face. Romans 5:3-5 3Not only so, but we c also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

We Have Been Justified Through Faith! God Is The Light And The Lamb Is The Lamp. Revelation 21:23 23The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.

He Is The Creator And Sustainer Of All Life Revelation 4:11 11“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”

When You See Things From His Perspective You Can Do All Things. Philippians 4:13 13I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Present Your Prayers To God About Everything, With Thanksgiving Philippians 4:6-7 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Cause Others To Follow Jesus, Live Out The Great Commission Matthew 28:19-20 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
