Antonio Manuel Diaz is the assistant bench coach for the Minnesota Twins. Diaz was raised in the Dominican Republic. He received multiple professional contract offers as a teenager but, on the advice of his youth coach, Manny Mota, he emigrated to the United States at 18 to play college baseball instead. He started his college baseball career at Gulf Coast State College before moving to Florida International University where he played for the FIU Panthers baseball team. According to coach Danny Price, he was a professional prospect until suffering an arm injury. After his college career, a former teammate recommended him as a baseball coach to the Colorado Rockies who were looking specifically for bilingual coaches. The Rockies hired Diaz as their major league first base coach before the 2017 season. After the 2018 season, the Twins hired Diaz as their third base coach, replacing Gene Glynn. He transitioned to the assistant bench coach role in 2022.

Tyler Goodro was named the assistant coach of the University of Nebraska Omaha baseball team in September 2023. His on-field duties will primarily be working with catchers and helping coach offense and base-running. Goodro comes to The Mavericks after spending the 2023 season as the bullpen coach with the Lincoln Saltdogs of the American Association of Professional Baseball. Goodro's duties included working with catchers, assisting with hitters, game-planning, and managing the bullpen during games. For over 15 years Goodro has instructed, coached, and scouted thousands of youth, high school, and collegiate baseball players. He has also been instrumental in the teaching of several Major League and professional catchers.

Michael Earley enters his third season on the coaching staff as Texas A&M baseball embarks on the 2024 campaign.Earley joined Schlossnagle in Aggieland prior to the 2022 season, overseeing Aggie hitters and coaching first base in a volunteer assistant role for the first two years on staff; however, due to an approved rule by the NCAA Division I council in October 2022 allowing programs to transform the position from volunteer to a full-time role, Earley now assumes those duties on a full-time basis for 2024.He will continue coaching first base and working with Aggie hitters, a role which has seen him help develop the Aggies into one of the most powerful and potent offenses in the SEC.

Nik McClaughry earned a first-team All-Sierra Foothill League honor in his senior year at Rocklin before attending Sacramento City College from 2018-20, where he shined at shortstop. He earned a gold glove for the Big 8 Conference. McClaughry then joined Arizona and made an impact right away, appearing in 55 games and making 43 starts in 2021. He started all eight games of the 2021 postseason, earning an NCAA Tucson All-Regional honor, and had two hits in the College World Series. McClaughry especially shined this season, earning the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year award and was an ABCA and Rawlings Gold Glove finalist. He was also named to the Pac-12 All-Conference Team and helped lead the Wildcats to a Pac-12 championship game appearance. 10th round draft pick - San Diego Padres

Kyle Decker re-joined the Harvard University baseball staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2023 season after serving as an assistant coach at Dayton during the 2021 and 2022 seasons and previously serving as an assistant coach with the Crimson during the 2019 and 2020 seasons. He enters his fourth season overall with Harvard in 2023-24. Decker helped guide the Crimson to a berth in the inaugural Ivy League Tournament in 2023, securing the No. 2 seed behind a 15-6 Ivy League record, marking Harvard's most Ivy League wins since 2005. The Crimson captured six of its seven Ivy League series during the regular season. Decker coached Callan Fang to earn Ivy League Rookie of the Year honors as the Crimson tallied five All-Ivy honorees and five Academic All-District selections.Following the conclusion of the 2023 season, the Crimson boasted a pair of draft picks in the 2023 MLB Draft. On the second day of the draft, the Los Angeles Angels took right-handed pitcher Chris Clark in the fifth round with the 147th overall pick while the Cleveland Guardians snagged right-handed pitcher Jay Driver in the ninth round with the 278th overall pick.

Jerry has been active in International baseball as head coach of the USA representative in the 1970 University Games, assistant coach of the USA team in the 1989 Pan Am Games, the 1992 Olympic Team, the 1996 Olympic Team (Bronze Medal), and head coach of the 2004 USA Maccabiah Team (Gold Medal). He has spoken at clinics in Italy, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Germany. In professional baseball, Jerry has been the Brewers catching coordinator, managed for the Expos, Cubs, and for the Rockies in the California League. He also was catching coordinator for the Dodgers and later Director of Player Development for the Dodgers. From 2012-2017, Jerry served as the Catching Coordinator for the Rockies.

Former big-leaguer and Trojan great Seth Etherton was named an assistant coach with the USC baseball program on July 11, 2022. The 2023 campaign will be his first season as USC's pitching coach. Etherton, who led USC to a College World Series title in 1998 and was the National Player of the Year that season, returns to USC after most recently serving as the pitching coach for the Louisville Bats in the Cincinnati Reds minor league system. He played four MLB seasons between 2000 and 2006. Etherton had a legendary career at USC, playing four seasons for the Trojans from 1995-98. The 1998 season saw Etherton win 18 games and post a 3.23 ERA, striking out 182 batters (a Pac-10 and USC record at the time) to just 29 walks. In addition to his 1998 NCAA Player of the Year award, Etherton was named a first-team All-American and the Pac-10 Pitcher of the Year.

UConn star David Smith, a Collegeville native and Perkiomen School graduate, got selected on day three of the 2023 MLB Draft by the Detroit Tigers. Smith was the team captain at UConn for the 2023 campaign and he was an instrumental part of multiple Huskies teams that broke several records over the past four years. He crowned his amazing performances by becoming an All-American in 2023. He was awarded to the Second Team by the College Baseball Foundation. Smith has been rotating between center field and second base. He also played strong defense whenever it was required of him. During his time at UConn, Smith became only the second player in the history of the program to score 70 runs in a season.

Adrian Santiago started at Webster University as the Assistant Baseball Coach in 2021.Santiago came to Webster from Quincy (Ill.) University where he served as a Graduate Assistant under their newly named head coach Matt Schissel. Santiago worked with the pitchers and helped to develop the pitching program as well as off season workouts. He also oversaw the junior varsity program where he was in charge of practice scheduling and programming for the pitchers.Santiago has spent the 2021 summer as a head coach in the Premiere Collegiate Developmental League that is played at GCS Ballpark and is hosted by P3 Pitching Performance. He wrote lineups for four teams as well as maintained strict pitcher's rotations with limited pitch counts while emphasizing development through the biomechanic assessment and programing written by in-house trainers.

Zach Plesac was born in Crown Point, Indiana, and attended Crown Point High School, where he earned many accolades. Plesac starred in football, basketball, and baseball at CPHS. The Cleveland Indians selected Plesac in the 12th round, with the 362nd overall pick, of the 2016 MLB draft. Plesac's 2021 campaign saw him earn his first 10-win season with a 10–6 record, a 4.67 ERA, and 100 strikeouts. In a peculiar coincidence, Plesac was the starting pitcher on the opposite end of three no-hitters, an MLB record; the Indians were the first team to be no-hit in three games in one season.
