In this explosive broadcast, the host unleashes a blistering takedown of former intelligence chiefs James Comey and John Brennan, detailing their alleged perjury, illegal spying on Congress, and manipulation of the Steele dossier to fuel the Russia collusion narrative. The episode delves into how accountability has been repeatedly evaded, with felonies unpunished and public trust in institutions shattered. The discussion then pivots to the Epstein scandal, exposing how recently released surveillance video purportedly showing Epstein's final moments was actually footage of unrelated areas—while the camera pointed at his cell “malfunctioned.” Featuring commentary from Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham, and a tearful Alex Jones, the show underscores how incompetence and cover-ups have corroded confidence in government and the rule of law.
Hall of Famer Larry Walker, class of 2020, sits down with Jon Paul Morosi to reflect on his emotional journey to Cooperstown. Ça m'a choquée ». This year, Catalonia and Japan are strengthening their ties with a yearlong celebration, including Catalan Week in Japan, taking place from May 27 to June 1 at the Universal Expo in Osaka. This week on Filling the Sink we explore the relationship between both territories and visit the Expo to find out how Catalonia is promoting its culture. Head of Catalan News Gerard Escaich Folch joins host Beth Cohen to explore the concept of the Universal Exposition and its impact on the host cities, highlighting the monuments in Barcelona which are relics of the 1888 and 1929 Expos. We look back over the historical relationship between Catalonia and Japan, which dates back to the 16th century with a visit from Japanese Christian travelers Tensho Ken-oh Shisetsu dan to the Montserrat monastery. Our ACN correspondents in Osaka bring us all the details of the Expo activities, from pa amb tomàquet workshops to wine tasting, virtual reality tourist visits, videos on the history of Barça, a lesson on how to paint like Miró, and interactive architecture exhibits. We hear from Michelin-star chefs Carme Ruscadella and Joan Roca, who are ambassadors to the event, and catch up with Yoshiaki Matsumoto, leader of a Catalan rumba group in Japan. We also hear from some Japanese citizens celebrating Catalan culture in Osaka. This week, our Catalan phrase is “Fer-ne cinc cèntims - “To make five cents of it,” which means to briefly resume something, keeping it short and sweet.

In Episode 126 of Why We Vote, CannCon and Ashe in America take listeners on a whirlwind tour of election-related bombshells, legal drama, and geopolitical intrigue. They open with a deep dive into ALEC's new task force on election reform, raising red flags over unnecessary NGO interference and its potentially shady ties to Visa and Time Warner. The hosts dissect the inconsistencies in prosecuting Trump's alternate electors in Arizona and blast the grand jury process that misrepresented federal law. The episode also tackles Oklahoma's bold move to include 2020 election discrepancies in high school curriculum, Smartmatic's international bribery scandal, and the ironic twist of Fox News finally getting access to damning evidence. CannCon and Ashe take a hard stance on foreign influence, criticizing Georgia for ignoring both Trump's executive order and state law on ballot integrity while applauding Arkansas for considering a full return to paper ballots. Just when you think it couldn't get weirder, they uncover the bizarre story of the World Zionist Congress elections, complete with ballot fraud, a parallel legal system, and billions in global funding. With fiery analysis, biting humor, and unapologetic patriotism, this episode is a must-listen for anyone fighting for free and fair elections.

In this special episode of Gangland Wire, host Gary Jenkins takes a deep dive into the life, career, and controversy surrounding Pete Rose, the legendary Major League Baseball icon who recently passed away at 83. Known as “Charlie Hustle,” Rose's name is forever etched in baseball history with franchise records in games played, hits, and runs scored—primarily during his storied tenure with the Cincinnati Reds. Gary reflects on Rose's gritty, high-energy playing style, recalling key moments like his controversial performance in the 1980 World Series, a memory that holds special weight for Kansas City fans. But Rose's career wasn't just about records and accolades—it was also marked by one of the most notorious scandals in sports history. This episode tackles the darker side of Rose's legacy: his gambling addiction. Gary explores how Rose's betting habits led him into dangerous territory, including associations with mob-connected bookies, mounting debts, and investigations that eventually culminated in the damning Dowd Report. With evidence linking his bets directly to baseball games—including some he played in—Rose's choices ultimately cost him his place in the Baseball Hall of Fame. Listeners will hear a detailed breakdown of Rose's gambling spiraled out of control, the organized crime figures behind his wagers, and the broader integrity implications for the sport. Gary shares his perspective on the ongoing debate: Should Pete Rose be reinstated, or does the scandal outweigh his accomplishments? Subscribe to get gangster stories weekly. [0:00] Well, hey, all you wiretappers out there, there's that little special extra for you guys. Because of the passing of Pete Rose, former MLB star, I want to talk about what happened to him. He died of natural causes last week at age 83. You know, this guy was a hell of a ballplayer. I'm sure most, I think everybody should know who he is, but if you don't, I'm going to tell you a little bit about him. He mainly played with the Cincinnati Reds. He also played with the Phillies and maybe the Expos for a short period of time, but mainly the Phillies and the Reds. He set Cincinnati Reds franchise records like you couldn't believe, and he became the face of the Reds. After he retired from baseball, he became the Reds' manager for a period of time. We remember him pretty well in Kansas City because he played for the Phillies in 1980, and they beat us in the seventh game of the 80s series. He's a Cincinnati native, and he was the all-time leader for the Cincinnati Reds in games played, 2,722, played appearances, 12,344. [1:08] Runs scored, 1,741, hits, 3,358, singles, 2,490, doubles, 601, and walks, 1,210. I guess he wasn't a big home run hitter, but anyhow, he was a hell of a player. Plus, defensively, he was magnificent. He was hustling all the time. And his whole career, he had 4,256 hits. Now, anybody that goes over 4,000 hits is a pretty big deal in baseball. He was a hustler like you couldn't believe, both on the field and off the field. You know, once early in his career, he drew a lot of criticism for taking out a catcher in an all-star game when, you know, there's nothing at stake there. But he is blasted home, and the ball beats him home, and he just takes out that catcher. He played with complete abandon, if you ever remember seeing him play. [2:05] But he had an Achilles heel, and that's why we're here today. He was either a gambling addict, or at the very least, he wanted to gamble on sports so bad that he r...
“I thought I was going to die and feared for my life”. Former GOP Presidential Candidate, John Castro experienced a chilling twist of fate. He found himself locked in a federal cell with Jeffrey McKellop, a Trump Supporter. McKellop is a January 6 rioter and former Green Beret from Virginia. Castro alleges that the intent behind this placement was far from accidental. According to him, there was a nefarious plan in motion: McKellop was to take him out. But what unfolded was not an assassination—it was an unlikely alliance.McKellop, captivated by Castro's story, found empathy where enmity was expected. The two formed a bond, one born in the crucible of confinement. Castro claims that McKellop was once a tool of political vengeance. He was moved by conscience. Donald Trump eventually pardoned him himself. But Castro's legal troubles didn't end behind bars.He asserts that he was blindsided during his trial—cornered into a conviction through manipulation and legal sleight-of-hand. One of the government's key witnesses, Linda Rivera, allegedly provided false testimony, manipulated by undisclosed forces. Even more disturbing, Castro claims that federal attorneys were aware of the deception and chose silence over justice. In a move to reclaim his narrative, Castro filed a motion on Monday May 12, 2025, to strike Rivera's testimony. This action forms the basis of his appeal as he seeks to overturn what he calls a wrongful conviction. In response to the unfolding legal drama, we have published a detailed Book and Op-Ed, to tell Castro's story. There is also a companion article chronicling Castro's full motion. It is available in The Neoliberal Journals (see link in reference below). It has been sent to be published in The Jamaica Gleaner and The Jacobin Magazine. It highlights his harrowing experiences and the questions it raises about the integrity of the justice system itself. This is not merely a legal battle—it is a political epic. And history, as it often does, is watching.Full Motion: https://theneoliberal.com/john-anthony-castro-files-motion-to-strike-it-was-rigged-from-the-start/Written ByRev. Renaldo C. After she lost her seat in Congress last November, Yadira Caraveo stepped back from politics and opened up about her struggles with mental health. But a few weeks ago, she announced a campaign to retake the District 8 seat from Republican Gabe Evans. Picking back up on a previous investigation regarding complaints about Carveo's office culture, Colorado Sun reporter Jesse Paul talked to four of her former aides and published a blockbuster exposé revealing allegations of traumatic mistreatment. So host Bree Davies is sitting down with Kyle Clark, who interviewed Caraveo about mental health and her run for re-election two days before the big story broke, to break down this complicated political moment and what it could mean for the Democrats' push to retake control of Congress in 2026.
