When it comes to cashing out in a fantasy hockey league of any format, mastering your goaltending rosters in the 2nd-half of the NHL and fantasy hockey season can be critical to ensure you come out as winner in whatever league format you currently play in. That is why we take a look into some of the best options for you to target as a fantasy hockey GM in terms of bolstering your blue paint for a big second-half push. Goalies that are in favourable situations and on teams that are primed for big-time second halves with success on the horizon. Before discussing our top fantasy hockey trade options, we have to discuss the absence of Toronto Maple Leafs sniper Auston Matthews and what that impact could mean for the Maple Leafs and your fantasy hockey team. In terms of goalies, take a look at Philadelphia Flyers netminder Carter Hart, New Jersey Devils goalie Vitek Vanecek, and of course Washington Capitals streaky goaltender Darcy Kuemper. As we round out our top fantasy hockey goalie trade targets and get to our big-time bets for the Thursday NHL betting board we also have to consider the likes of Martin Jones on the Seattle Kraken and even Thatcher Demko of the Vancouver Canucks should he return healthy and show any signs of quality. For the right price, take a shot on Juuse Saros of the Nashville Predators as well. Thanks for making Locked On Fantasy Hockey your 1st listen, every day. BUY LOW: Filip Forsberg & Thatcher Demko Nashville Predators forward Filip Forsberg only has four points in seven games and the Predators are on a five-game losing streak. The man coming off a career high 84 points is likely to turn his game around and get back on track. Thatcher Demko is one player that for sure could use some luck right now... still winless on the season, the Canucks and Demko will eventually get their first win and get back into full gear for the next month. SELL HIGH: Valeri Nichushkin, Rasmus Dahlin & Jacob Trouba Nichushkin has recorded 12 points in his first five games this season while Dahlin has scored five goals and has eight points.
