We all aren't just automatically happy every single day. It takes hard work. These are three ways that have worked really well for me. Again, they aren't easy but they are worth it.
Do not allow yourself to settle. You need to be constantly changing your frame of reference.
Social media has a way of tricking us into believing in things that are NOT REAL. Stop waiting to become an "overnight success". It will not happen. If you want "success" you better be willing to put in YEARS of hard work and discipline.
Motivation will get you started. Discipline will take you through the finish line!
