I share some pretty big life updates, our fertility journey and what doing IVF has taught me about manifesting.

In this episode I talk about one of the most powerful secrets to manifesting your desires - trust and surrender. We as humans tend to try and control absolutely everything and often sabotage our own success by operating from the energetic standpoint of desperate need and overwhelm. Surrendering and trusting that that thing you really want is on its way to you means it can come to you so much faster.

Recently I went snorkelling with Manta Rays and that challenging experience taught me a powerful lesson. So often we think that whatever it is that we want to manifest and create - will be easy. It's just going to come to us.But often to achieve that thing we need to expand into our next level, we need to heal some shit that may come up, and we do that by dealing with challenges, the things that may be hard are amazing lessons. And often we give up when that thing we wanted was just right around the corner. That miracle you are waiting for is right around the corner.
