Around 4000 consumers paid $24 million to Dominique Grubisa, a Sydney lawyer. Many of those people were scammed out of their money. Working alongside Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), Carly's sole aim is to ruin Jack, whom she believes is exploiting her to reach Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). However, the plot thickens as Valentin suggests that Jack may be orchestrating a long con against Carly. GH spoilers reveal the tension arises from Jack's past machinations, notably when he recruited Carly's daughter Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) into the WSB, endangering her life. His deceptive actions seem to be continuing with Carly, as he appears to be collecting information to use against her. In a twist, Jack gifts Carly a necklace, raising suspicions of possible hidden surveillance equipment, reminiscent of the infamous incident where Franco Baldwin (James Franco) used a similar tactic to expose Carly's secrets.
