The original Bronx Tale release was a limited edition. This year, Palminteri and company are launching a new line at PCA 2024 – A Bronx Tale Calogero. Palminteri is teaming up with Epic Cigars and Paul DiSilvio of La Casa Grande Tobacco company to launch A Bronx Tale. It is named for the play that was written by and starred Palminteri. This play would go on to become a motion picture and really put Palminteri on the map. In the movie, there is a character named Calogero, which happened to be the name of Palminteri's grandfather. Last Friday I had the opportunity to visit one of my favorite local cigar shops, The Wooden Indian in Havertown, PA. They were having an event featuring Epic Cigars, with Dean Parsons on hand.

Tripp sits down with Dean Parsons of Epic Cigars. Dean introduces the Smoking Shields a special blended cigar for the Smoking Shields non-profit organization. Dean talks about the Project E, the San Andres Maduro wrapper with a smokeable band. The Maduro Fuerte which is an extension to the existing Maduro line. The La Rubia had widespread distribution at the end of 2016, introducing a Connecticut Shade wrapped cigar. 

The Godfather of Boutique Cigars, Ernesto Perrez Carrillo, and his son Ernesto Carrillo III, join Dave Garofalo Mr Jonathon and Chuck Morrison on today's Cigar Authority where the boys light up the E.P. Carrillo Inaugural 2009 from Epic Cigars, as well as the E.P. Carrillo Edicion Limitada 2010. It's a Carrillo carousel only The Cigar Authority!
