Y justamente ahí conecta con una preocupación que atraviesa toda la conversación: la falta de pensamiento crítico en muchos espacios educativos y laborales.Susana comenta que, en entrevistas de trabajo, muchas veces encuentra perfiles técnicamente preparados, pero poco acostumbrados a preguntarse el porqué de las cosas. En cambio, sus clientes valoran precisamente esa capacidad de observar, cuestionar y replantear estructuras. Entender que detrás de cada decisión existe un impacto humano, emocional o funcional.La conversación también profundiza en algo que muchas personas viven en silencio: la necesidad de control absoluto. Planificar es importante, sí. Pero improvisar también lo es. Cuando una vida se vuelve demasiado rígida, cualquier imprevisto puede sentirse como un derrumbe. Y ahí aparece la ansiedad, el miedo al error y la frustración frente a aquello que no salió según el plan.En medio de esa reflexión, Susana defiende algo fundamental: darle espacio a la intuición, a la flexibilidad y a la capacidad de adaptarse. No todo puede anticiparse. On January 18, 1991, six teenage boys were standing on a curb talking in front of a house in the Los Angeles, CA suburb of Lynwood. Donald Sarpy, the father of one of the boys, stepped onto the driveway to call his son inside when a car drove by and two shots were fired, killing Sarpy. 16-year-old Francisco “Franky” Carrillo Jr. became a suspect in the case after he was mistakenly identified by the police as the shooter in separate case. On the night of the Sarpy shooting, the police showed one of the eyewitnesses a picture of Carrillo. That witness later identified Carrillo as the shooter and told the five other witnesses to identify Carrillo as the shooter. There was no physical evidence linking Carrillo to the crime. However, all the eyewitnesses identified Carrillo as the shooter and testified to the identification. Franky was convicted of murder, attempted murder and sentenced to life in prison.
