She mentioned that she used I Love My Bike Transport out of McKinney, Texas to get her bike there safely with no issues. Natasha also mentions some tips she uses for the morning of the race and much more. In this episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race, I talk talented athlete Natasaha Van Der Merwe about her race at the inaugural IRONMAN© 70.3 Waco. This race is unique for a few different reasons but for starters the race featured no swim and a time trail start. Natasha was the leader of the race and we talk about how this felt for her and what it meant for her as a professional to race the lead. She uses Tower 26 for her swim training and has a clever way of managing her life/work/training balance in order to integrate it all together. I learned so much from her in this episode and we catch up after her race at IRONMAN© Arizona. Stay tuned. Thank you Natasha for coming on the show.
