Apparently, in Britain, there is a new completely private police force probing hundreds of crimes, including murder and rape, and they have a 100 percent conviction rate so far. They have prosecuted more than 400 criminals and are led by former Scotland Yard senior officers. The name of the firm is TM Eye, and they are now believed to bring more private convictions than any other organization except for the RSPCA, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. WHAT'S IN THE NEWS In zero tolerance, zero brains news, 22-year old track coach, Tayler Boncal, is being charged with three counts of felony sexual assault, on a man who is 18 years old. I shit you not. In fuck the police news, a Tennessee sheriff is being sued for using excessive force after he was recorded boasting he told officers to shoot a man rather than risk damaging police cars by ramming him off the road. In kidnapped consent news, 18-year-old Anna was kidnapped from a parked car by two plainclothes detectives for having weed in the car. Handcuffed and kidnapped by the two over-six-feet tall detectives who were powerfully built, Anna, a slender woman just over five feet tall, was put into the back of an unmarked police van with tinted windows, where she was raped by both officers while repeatedly telling them, "No." In what the actual fuck news, ruling that graffiti — a typically transient form of art — was of sufficient stature to be protected by the law, a federal judge in Brooklyn awarded a judgment of $6.7 million on Monday to 21 graffiti artists whose works were destroyed in 2013 at the 5Pointz complex in Long Island City, Queens. No, I can't make this shit up. In the stupid protecting the stupid news, New York State Legislators have unveiled a bill that would require all detergent packages, such as Tide Pods, sold in New York to be of a uniform color that is "unattractive to children." The product would also have to come wrapped in child bite–resistant packaging. Also, there would need to be a warning label informing would-be Tide Pod champions that the product is dangerous to eat. In it's only stolen money news, the Pentagon failed to track more than $800 million in construction spending adequately, according to an internal audit of one of the Defense Department's largest agencies. Eight members of Baltimore's elite Gun Trace Task Force have been accused of a range of organized crime-level charges that range from robbery and extortion, to faking evidence, planting drugs, dealing drugs, and other serious crimes. Six of the officers, Sergeants Thomas Allers and Wayne Jenkins, and Detectives Momodu Gondo, Evodio Hendrix, Maurice Ward, and Jemell Rayam, have all pleaded guilty. Two, Detectives Daniel Hersl and Marcus Taylor, are in federal court. WHAT'S IN THE NEWS In security theater news, a serial stowaway was arrested for slipping past airports security, for the tenth time! The 66-year-old Marilyn Hartman was caught yet again after sneaking through security at Chicago's O'Hare Airport last week without a ticket or passport — but not before she made it all the way to London. In legalized theft news, police in the Dutch city of Rotterdam have launched a new pilot programme which will see them confiscating expensive clothing and jewelry from young people if they look too poor to own them. In unfit to exist news, Joseph Tigana III was arrested in 2008 and charged with running a marijuana-growing operation. Almost no one was even inconvenienced except perhaps some federal employees. Hell, even the Smithsonian and the National Zoo didn't close their doors. The US Legislature didn't even shut down. They will still completely ruling over us and deciding our fates during the supposed shutdown. This was not a shutdown. It was a magic trick. But here's the fucking kicker. Here's the proof that these supposed government shutdowns are nothing more than window dressing, a huge sham on the people, tugs at heartstrings, and fucking extortion. It actually costs the government more money to shut down that it does to remain open. The shutdown actually costs the government, or in other words you and me as taxpayers, tens of millions of dollars more a day than if they were to stay open. I shit you not. How could that possibly be? WHAT'S IN THE NEWS In theft news, after Trump's tax plan went through, several companies had good news for their employees. In security theater news, a Texas Tech student was questioned by the TSA for brandishing the school's iconic "finger gun" salute. In minimum wage news, according to Reason.com, Seattle's minimum wage killed Subway's "five-dollar footlong" deal. In the Democratic People's Republic of California news, the state and federal governments now make 20 times what gas station owners make on a gallon of gasoline after the latest tax hike. In church and state news, the Alabama Senate has approved a bill that would do away with marriage licenses and the requirement for people to go through a wedding ceremony. In government is evil news, the United States Border Patrol is being accused of vandalizing lifesaving water aid stations in the desert, essentially giving a death sentence to migrants. According to a report published by No More Deaths, a Tucson-based humanitarian group, this is "widespread and routine." In more government is evil news, the US House of Representatives voted to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act by a vote of 241-183. In government theft news, the US government has been approved by a federal judge in Utah to auction off 513 bitcoin and 512 Bitcoin Cash seized from an investigation into Aaron Michael Shamo, a dark web drug dealer. In why we don't want a gun registry news, Hawaii is one of 29 states that allow medical use of marijuana, but it is the only state that requires registration of all firearms. Now, they are using both of these laws to disarm patients who use medical marijuana for their illnesses. In ridiculous government rules news, Kellogg's has been accused of a "weasly" attempt to get around child obesity sugar rules after re-branding Frosties as an adult cereal to avoid the nanny state telling it how much sugar to use in its products. In the government owns your business news, an Indiana judge has taken an unusual step and temporarily barred Starbucks from closing 77 failing Teavana stores in Simon Property Group malls because the real estate giant was less able to handle the financial pain. Happy Independence Day! We look at what universal health care actually looks like, and it is grim. WHAT'S RUSTLING MY JIMMIES There are few things that piss me off more than children being harmed, as you likely heard on my last episode where I talked about children being tortured in public schools. This week, a case that I've watched for a few weeks came to a heartbreaking end, and it has me really pissed off. Charlie Gard is a 10-month-old baby who suffers from a rare genetic disorder called mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome. It's a horrendous condition that leads to organ malfunction, brain damage, and other symptoms. The hospital that had been treating the boy, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London, made the determination that nothing more can be done for him and he must be taken off of life support. He should “die with dignity,” they said. The parents, Chris Gard and Connie Yates, disagreed. This is the very crucial thing to understand: they are not insisting that Great Ormond Street Hospital be forced to keep Charlie on life support. Rather, they want to take him out of the hospital and to America to undergo a form of experimental therapy that a doctor here had already agreed to administer. Chris and Connie raised over $1.6 million to fund this last-ditch effort to save their child's life. All they needed the British hospital to do was release their child into their care, which doesn't seem like a terribly burdensome request. They would then leave the country and try their luck with treatment here. However slim the chance of success may have been, it was better than just sitting by and watching their baby die. Here's where things get truly insane and barbaric. The hospital refused to give Charlie back to his parents. The matter ended up in the courts, and, finally, in the last few days, the European Court of “Human Rights” ruled that the parents should be barred from taking their son to the United States for treatment. According to the “human rights” court, it is Charlie's human right that he expire in his hospital bed in London. The parents are not allowed to try and save his life. It is “in his best interest” to simply die, they ruled. WHAT'S IN THE NEWS In government theft news, a new federal bill seeks to track your money and assets incessantly, will enjoin any business with government ties to act as a de facto arm of DHS, and would steal all of your assets — including Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies — should you fail to report funds when traveling with over $10,000. In asshats using the nanny state news, Parents Against Underage Smartphones is collecting signatures to get Initiative 29 on the Colorado 2018 ballot to stop the sale of smartphones for use by children younger than 13 years old. In unintended consequences news, Seattle's first-in-the-nation $15 per hour minimum wage law is hurting the workers it aimed to help, a new study has found. In without the government news, charitable giving in the U.S. topped $390 billion in 2016, up nearly 3 percent from 2015. I wonder how high this would have been without the government stealing large portions of our paychecks? In government waste news, the money they steal from you can't even be used efficiently. The Pentagon overspent between $26 and $28 million on useless camouflage for the Afghan National Army (ANA), a government watchdog study found.
